Ta'zir is a form of sanction given to individuals or groups and institutions in the event of a violation that has been agreed upon. The provisions and forms of sanctions do not exist in Islamic law. Thus, there are pros and cons when applied to certain fields such as Islamic Financial Institutions. Because the mechanism and form are not explained. The application of ta'zir in Islamic banking refers to the provisions of the DSN-MUI fatwa No. 17/DSN-MUI/IX/2000 while the sanctions referred to in the regulation are sanctions for customers who can pay, but deliberately delay payments. This study is qualitative in nature by using library data sources. Data collection techniques are carried out using literature studies related to the object of research in the form of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis. The urgency of implementing ta'zir in Islamic banking, especially for financing customers by the DSN-MUI fatwa criteria, is an effective rule to discipline and provide a deterrent effect to those who violate it. This study describes the concept of amar ma'ruf nahi munkar based on Rasyid Rida's perspective and its implications as a pillar in building ummah unity. Using a qualitative method with a literature review, the findings of this research show that according to Rasyid Rida, amar ma'ruf nahi munkar is divided into two levels. First, it is inclusive which accompanies the da'wah process for non-Muslims. Second, it is exclusive to fellow Muslims. The classification of the perpetrators of the implementation is divided into two groups: (1) It is intended for scholars and scholars because in its application it requires qualified skills and knowledge to explain the amar ma'ruf nahi munkar and its implementation within the conditions of each individual; (2) It is intended for all elements of society so that everyone can take part according to their respective portions by advising each other. From these findings, it can be concluded that the amar ma'ruf nahi munkar perspective of Rasyid Rida contains the classification and implementation provisions. Each party has the same obligations but has different duties and portions. Ar-Raghib Al-Ashfahani said that is oralic of gratitude (syukr al-lisan) is praise to Allah. Ar-Raghib Al-Ashfahani also said gratitude in our heart (syukr al-qalb) which remembering to Allah about everyting given to us and gratitude with our bodies (syukr sair al-jawarih) is using favors for charity. QS. Al-Fatihah started with oralic gratitude, so based on this argumentation of this verse containt wishdom of gratitude as three aspects. The first till third ayah contain gratittude in oral and heart, which say Alhamdulillahirabbil ‘aalamiin as of all favours given to His creatures, inner believe and ask to Allah. This study aims to describe the educational values that exist in the story of Prophet Ibrahim in Surah Ibrahim verses 35-41 and Surah Maryam verses 42-48 so that they can be implemented in everyday life. This type of research is qualitative, which focuses on texts and documents. The primary data sources are Tafsir al-Qur'nul 'Adzhim and Tafsir Fi Zilalil Qur'an. The analytical method used is content analysis. The results of the study indicate that there are educational materials in learning, namely the material of faith, worship, and morals. Hybrid Contract is the flagship product of Islamic banks to respond to the needs of the community where the single form of contract is no longer able to answer and respond to the needs of modern financial transactions. A hybrid Contract is a case of contemporary muamalah fiqh that requires answers from scholars. If you refer to the hadith literature that the Messenger of Allah forbade one transaction of two contracts, then indeed the study of Islamic fiqh is very shallow and narrow. The understanding of progressive, dynamic, and relevant fiqh with the times is the point of this contemporary muamalah fiqh study. This research is qualitative research with the library research method. The author searches read and analyze the literature related to the topic. The results of the study show that the rules of fiqh state that the original law of everything is permissible until there is a proposition that states its prohibition. Therefore, according to the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council (DSN), hybrid contracts are allowed because the application in the current Islamic banking sector is different from the case of buying and selling transactions during the time of the Prophet. The result of the study shows that the impact of the covid-19 pandemic has caused economic health crisis and even the implementation of social distancing has closed many business activities outside in inside the home, as well as termination of employment (PHK) making people’s lives more difficult besides needs must also be met. In difficult times like this, the role and contribution of the sharia economy is a solution and a definite answer is a solution and a definite answer in an increasingly chaotic economic recovery.
