This study uses a qualitative method. The emphasis on the components of the teaching program includes centered on the teacher (teacher), students (students), the techniques used are discussion lectures, and team teaching techniques. The results of the study obtained several important points, namely regarding the concept of learning strategies, language skills strategies. Strategies that relate directly to teachers and students so as to generate stimulus and response play an important role. Components of teaching programs centered on teachers, students and teaching materials also need to be implemented so that learning can be carried out properly. A student-centered strategy is a learning strategy that provides opportunities for students to be active so that the teacher only acts as a facilitator and motivator. In conclusion, learning strategy is a major factor in improving the learning process and language skills. This study used a quantitative method with a gradual pre- and post-test evaluation approach to apprentice participants at four levels, namely 1) the level of satisfaction of the participants with the implementation of the training, as measured by a questionnaire for the participants; 2) the participants' level of understanding of the training material, as measured by the pre-test and post-test questions for the participants; 3) changes in the work behavior of the training participants after returning to work, as measured by a questionnaire for the participants' superiors and subordinates; 4) the impact of changes in the work behavior of the training participants on the company's productivity level, as measured by the reduction in waste due to decreased absenteeism and tardiness of staff led by the training participants. The first three levels of data are processed using Kirkpatrick's weighting formula. The results of the evaluation show that the satisfaction level of the participants ranges from 77-83%. The pre-test average value was 46.58%, while the post-test average value was 58.50%. Of the 20 participants, 16 people had better work behavior according to their superiors, and all of them according to their subordinates. The data shows that there is no decrease in the lateness rate but there is a decrease in the absenteeism rate. The pre-experimental design and One Group Pretest-Posttest were used in this study with a sample of 20 students in a school in Makassar. Pretests and posttests are given to learners to obtain data on improving learning outcomes, which are then analyzed using t-tests and N-Gain. The results showed that there was a significant difference in test results between pretest and posttest seen from the sig.2-tailed value of 0.000, where this result was smaller than 0.05. In addition, an N-Gain of 0.49 indicates a moderate category and indicates that the trial of educational game-based digital learning media can improve student learning outcomes. This type of research is an evaluation research that uses a quantitative approach supported by a qualitative approach. The evaluation model used is the CIPP model (context, input, process, product). Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation with informants from learning residents, organizers, and tutors. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative techniques. The results of the study show that: (1) the level of community need for the Package C Program in SKB is high and most of the learning residents state that it is relevant to the learning needs of the community; (2) learning residents in terms of educational background and age have met the criteria, tutors and administrators in terms of educational background and experience have met the criteria; (3) the activities of learning residents in class and at home are quite good, although not optimal, the activities of tutors in learning in class are in the good category. Most of the learning residents state that they do not get skills education; and (4) the academic achievement of the learning residents in the form of an average odd semester score in 2022 is in the sufficient category, and almost all learning residents state that the Package C Program provides benefits. The conclusions based on the results of the study are that the needs of the learning community for Package C are classified as high, the characteristics of the tutor have met the criteria seen from their educational background and teaching experience, the infrastructure used is quite good. The research conducted was a classroom action research regarding the application of multi-strategic methods that aimed to increase student learning activities and outcomes in learning proposal texts at SMA Negeri 2 Soppeng, Soppeng Regency. This study used 2 cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II which consisted of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Data collection techniques used test and non-test techniques. Data analysis techniques using quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis, this research was considered sufficient and successful, because the students' learning outcomes had reached 75% of the KKM and mastery in class had reached ≥75%. In conclusion, the multi-strategy method can improve the quality of learning. The results of the research show that there are several efforts that have been made by schools through the public relations team, these efforts are by using word of mouth techniques and providing additional or extracurricular activities at school. These two efforts have had a positive impact on increasing student interest in learning, the quantity of prospective new students and public enthusiasm for enrolling their children at Al-Kamal High School. The conclusion of this study is that effective learning is a process of producing students' absorption of learning material and changes in student behavior that are useful for their lives. Data reduction was carried out then analyzed and verified using source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that, PPKN learning strategies in instilling character values in students are by identifying changes in students' behavior and personality, choosing an appropriate approach system in the learning process, choosing and establishing teaching and learning policies and techniques to guide teachers in carry out teaching activities, establish conditions for success as a benchmark for success standards so that they can be used as a guide for teachers to evaluate the results of teaching and learning activities. This study used a Quasi-Experimental Research type. The results showed that the use of the AIR learning model could improve the ability to understand mathematical concepts of class V-A students at SD Negeri 1 Sukamaju in the 2022 academic year, this was demonstrated by an increase in the test results for understanding the ability of concepts from pretest to posttest. The average ability to understand mathematical concepts in the experimental class was 76.68, after being analyzed using the two average similarity test formula (t test) it showed that the value was > (2.4677 > -1.67722). The results of the study, from data analysis using the t-test the pooled variance medel t-test pretest experimental class and pretest control class obtained ρ a value of 0.02 which means that Ho is rejected, meaning that there is no difference in the experimental class pretest and the control class pretest, the experimental class posttest and the control class posttest are rejected, while H1 is accepted, meaning there is a difference between the experimental class posttest and the control class posttest using the model project base learning in writing poetry.
