The sample was 400 elderly people aged 60 years and over who have lived in Bangkok and consumed sukiyaki food. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument. Data were analyzed using statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation as well as Chi-Square for hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicated that : 1) overall opinion of the sample towards the marketing mix factors influencing sukiyaki consumption in terms of six aspects, namely: people, place, price, product, process, and physical evidence were at a high level while promotion was at a moderate level. 2) In terms of sukiyaki consumption behavior, the most popular ingredient in sukiyaki was fresh vegetables, followed by meat, and meat products, noodles and flour products, eggs and mushrooms, respectively. The most popular place for sukiyaki consumption was eating in a restaurant. The most commonly reasons for sukiyaki consumption were the taste, quality, freshness, various menus, and reasonable price for quality and quantity. The most commonly frequency for sukiyaki consumption was less than once a month, followed by once a month. An average consumption cost per time per person was 201-300 baht. Most of the sample preferred consuming sukiyaki during Saturday - Sunday from 1.01 PM - 4.00 PM. The number of people eating at one time was 4 people or more. The sample is consumers in Chonburi who chose to buy products Chinese Pastry Cake number 400 people and 7 entrepreneurs selling products Chinese Pastry Cake. The research instruments are questionnaires and interviews. The statistics are use for data analysis frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, chi-square and descriptive data analysis. The research was found that as follows: 1) most of the consumers were female, aged between 31-40 years of age and run a private business with an average monthly income of 20,001 - 30,000 baht and domiciled in Chonburi Province accounted for 74.00 percent. 2) Consumers were value the overall marketing mix at a high level. When were considering each aspect, in descending order, namely distribution in terms of location, personal side, price service, marketing promotion and product side. 3) The consumer's choice of buying traditional Chinese pastry products were for the purpose of choosing to buy as a souvenir,gift or souvenirs for other people most of them choosed to buy a mix of golden beans stir, and sweet wax gourd once a month, 3 - 4 each, about 201 - 500 baht per time, and most consumers were buying by themselves. 4) Factors affecting consumers' were choosing to buy products Chinese Pastry Cake of consumer in Chonburi Province; 4.1) the personal factors affecting consumers' purchasing products Chinese Pastry Cake of consumer in Chonburi Province were found that sex, age, occupation and average monthly income. They were affecting the selection of products Chinese Pastry Cake of consumer in Chonburi Province with statistical significance at the .05 level. Then compared the information before and after revision. The results of this study indicated that: 1) after studying, analyzing and improving the working process, the cost of installing the roof truss per area was reduced (Unit per square meters). Project I had installation cost for truss type roof trusses 194.43 baht per square meters. Project II had installation cost for truss type roof trusses 89.91 baht per square meters. It showed that cost was reduced for 104.52 baht per square meters, accounting for 53.76 percentage. Or calculated as reduced cost from Project I to 74,780 baht, accounting for 30.3 percentage. 2) Completed time for installation was reduced for 795 minutes or 1.66 days, accounting for 25.4 percentage. Consequently, work was completed successfully within 4.86 days as planned (5 days) without overtime work. This way could reduce cost when comparing the ratio of the area of project II. The area was greater than 643.91 square meters, accounting for 33.66 percentage. In addition, the weight of the steel frame was greater than 13 tons, accounting for 34.21 percentage. Even though it was using to lift the building floor 72 times, it could be reduced waste. It could be actually reduced the time of installing of trusses it so true. It has resulted in a lot of efficiency and productivity within the organization. The research population is parents, students with special needs, 215 administrators and person in charge of the lunch arrangement, with a sample of 164 are dividing into 140 parents, students with special needs and 24 administrators and person in charge of the lunch arrangements. The instrument is a statistical questionnaire. The statistics are using for data analysis frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way analysis of variance and analyze the content. The research was found that as follows: 1) student parents with special needs most of them were female, approximately age 31-40 years of age with an education lower than a bachelor's degree. There was a general employment job and had been an income not exceeding 10,000 baht at the most. 2) to study operation of lunch project management in Central Special Education Center BKK Found that overall was at a high level in descending order, it was found that the side with the highest average was raw materials, followed by management, and the least is the personnel side 3) Student parents with special needs were a high opinion on overall lunch efficiency. When was considering on a particular side, in descending order, namely, the quantity side of lunch, side lunch, the quality of the lunch hygiene of the day food operator and popular lunch items. 4) Compare the efficiency of lunch arrangements of Central Special Education Center BKK was found that the parents sex, age, status, educational level, occupation and averaged monthly income of the parents. There were two objectives of the study as. 1) To study the results of cooperative learning activities in astronomy, in knowledge and self-evaluation on the astronomy activity., 2) To compare the learning achievement before and after organizing collaborative learning activities. The samples in this study were grade 4–6 students of the Demonstration School. The Instrument in dependent study was learning activities in astronomy at the elementary level that used collaborative learning. The collected data were. 1) The characteristic of working as teamwork. The result yielded that the students who were receiving collaborative learning by the self-assessment survey they had teamwork skills. The overall score was 91.93/125. The average score was 3.57. The standard deviation was 1.08 which was very high level. Most of the students 32.64% reported they moderately work as team meanwhile 27.73% of them regularly work as team. For the remaining, 24% of them. Sometimes work as team 11.64% and 4% of them rarely and never work as team respectively. 2) Fourty multiple choices learning achievement test were administrated measured before and after the experiment or a single group, measured 2 times. The data were analyzed by T-tests dependent. The target group used in research was 65 lecturers at the bachelor’s degree program at Faculty of Industrial Education, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi selected by purposive sampling. The tools used for data collection were open-ended and closed-ended questionnaires. The data were analyzed using content analysis method. The closed-end questionnaire was an estimate. Data were analyzed to determine the mean and standard deviation. The research results found that the current state of the undergraduate program at Faculty of Industrial Education, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi was at a high suitability level.
