The investigation focused on the complexes that emerged with regard to the individual, collective, and nature, how they developed and were worked on. We rely on the notion of cultural complexes to understand the relationships of individuals with themselves, with others, and with the environment in the community framework. We observed the participants in two ecovillages in Switzerland and one in Brazil. The analyses evidenced that life in ecovillages develops collective complexes that mediate the relationships of individuals with their relevant groups regarding aspects of individuality and collectivity and ways of relating to nature. Método Pesquisa qualitativa, descritiva e transversal desenvolvida com a participação de 21 mulheres atendidas em um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial do interior paulista. As entrevistas foram submetidas à análise temática reflexiva e organizam-se em três eixos. Resultados As mulheres relataram vulnerabilidades sociais ao longo da vida e fragilidades nas redes de apoio que culminaram em sofrimentos, desamparo e uso precoce de drogas. Tornar-se esposa foi construído como esperança para um novo modo de vida, porém de forma idealizada e engendrada. As relações afetivas mostraram-se centrais, tanto para experiências de aumento como de diminuição do consumo de drogas. O uso aumentou por necessidade de agradar o parceiro, cumprir o papel de esposa ou diante das violências. A diminuição ocorreu em situações de apoio do companheiro, auxílio para acessar o tratamento ou quando cônjuge restringiu sua liberdade. Esses relacionamentos se somaram às vulnerabilidades vividas produzindo demandas aos equipamentos de saúde e sociais. Método: Foi realizado um survey online em âmbito nacional com 180 supervisores de Terapia Cognitivo-Comportamental, sendo 73,8% do sexo feminino, com a média de idade de 40,3 anos (DP = 10,03). Resultados: Entre os principais resultados, ressalta-se a intensa formação acadêmica, treinamento para prática psicoterápica e tempo de experiência clínica (12,6 anos, DP = 7,64) e supervisionada (7,4 anos, DP = 7,26). Apenas 27,8% dos participantes indicaram treinamento específico para supervisor e houve uma lacuna de indicativos de treinamentos de recursos para supervisões remotas. Method A total of 22 adolescents aged between 14 and 17 years who were 9th grade public school students, participated. The assessment instruments were the Social Skills Inventory for adolescents and the Scale of Prejudice Against Sexual and Gender Diversity. Both instruments were applied before and after training. Results The results indicated a significant reduction in the levels of prejudice against sexual and gender diversity, an increase in the frequency of the issuance of skills related to assertiveness, an affective approach and social resourcefulness and a decrease in the difficulties related to civility. Method The participants were 21 victims of domestic violence with clinical or borderline scores on the Child Behavior Checklist and Young Self Report. They were also tested with Wechsler Abbreviated Intelligence Scale (T0) and designed by random to treatment and control groups. They were tested with the same instruments at T1 (after 20 sessions/ 20 weeks) and T2 (after 6 months). Results For the children, there were no changes across the groups, but a significant improvement in internalizing behavior problems in the sandplay group and in externalizing and total behavior problems in the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy group. For the adolescents, there was a significant improvement in externalizing behavioral problems in the sandplay group and in the total behavior problems for the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy group. Conclusion The results of this research do not allow to conclude that one technique is better than another since we did not have a consistent significative difference across the groups. These results may be due to the different approaches of the techniques. While Sandplay Therapy provides a free and protected space to allow the participants to express their feelings through images and histories, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy follows a program that focuses more on promoting behavior adaption to outside world. The objective was to select items for the Character Strengths Scale-Brief instrument and to identify its psychometric properties. Method Exploratory factor analysis and qualitative analysis of the items (Study 1) were performed in a database of 4,540 people who responded to the Character Strengths Scale (71 items). In Study 2, 1,014 participants responded to the Character Strengths Scale-Brief (48 items). Results The psychometric indices identified in the confirmatory factor analyses were unsatisfactory for the instrument when considering structures previously reported in the literature. Conclusion After successive analyses, the structure of two factors of first order was considered the most adequate for the Character Strengths Scale-Brief (18 items), with better fit indexes and theoretical relevance. Método: Foi realizada uma tarefa de associação em uma amostra composta de 205 portugueses aos quais foi dado como estímulo a palavra “Psicologia”. Os dados foram analisados através de análise de conteúdo, com apoio do software Max-Qda. Resultados: Os principais resultados evidenciam uma maior diversidade de representações face a estudos anteriores. No entanto, a representação dominante em termos interventivos continua a ser a clínica curativa e o paradigma médico. Esse estudo avaliou a percepção dos usuários de narguilé e a interferência do seu consumo sobre a saúde. Método Esse é um estudo qualitativo. Uma amostra intencional de usuários foi recrutada. Os participantes responderam a uma entrevista semiestruturada. Todas as entrevistas foram avaliadas pelo método de análise de conteúdo. Resultados A maioria dos discursos apontou que os entrevistados conhecem os malefícios à saúde advindos do uso de narguilé. Entretanto, os efeitos sobre a saúde mental raramente foram lembrados pelos entrevistados, embora muitos deles já estivessem em uso problemático de tabaco, álcool e ou de outras drogas. A percepção de controle sobre o uso, o poder reforçador dos efeitos e a ausência de experiências pessoais negativas com o narguilé são importantes motivadores para seguir o uso. Method The Portal de Periódicos Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior, Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde, and Scientific Electronic Library Online databases were searched for publications about risk factors for suicide attempts and suicidal ideation in adolescents, between 2010 and 2020. Results Intrafamilial violence was found to be a risk factor. Most suicide attempts occur between 15 and 19 years and are mainly due to drug intake. Gender violence, especially homophobia, is a risk factor for ideation and suicide attempts among adolescents, especially bisexual adolescents.
