The analysis of publications on the influence of the electromagnetic field on bacteria and viral infections is given. The physical nature of EMF energy is presented, which is based on estimation of EMF energy in the surrounding space using the Poynting vector. A device for creating the energy load of low-frequency EMF is proposed in order to consider its harmful effect on coronavirus strains. The possibility of using disinfection cabins along with alternative methods of disinfection of premises is shown. The proposed use of disinfection cabin in railway transport will allow for safe disinfection of personnel, clothing and materials during mandatory medical examinations of employees and ensure the safety of train traffic. With successful results of the use of disinfection cabins, the procedure can be used to disinfect passenger traffic. The authors consider practical methods and tools for prevention and reduction of the risks of spread of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19 in JSC «Russian Railways». It is worth mentioning that with alternative methods of disinfection, there is not always the possibility of a person being in the room, which significantly complicates the disinfection procedure and affects the result.","PeriodicalId":118708,"journal":{"name":"Herald of the Ural State University of Railway Transport","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127355967","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We propose a method of driving quality assessment by developing a neuro-fuzzy model of engine fuel consumption. In the first layer of the developed neuro-fuzzy model, the membership degrees of input parameters in fuzzy set are calculated. The outputs of the first layer neurons are the membership degrees of input values in fuzzy sets associated with the neurons. The second layer determines the degree to which the values of the input signals correspond to the rule conditions. The signals at the output of the third layer are the sum of products of weights and normalized degrees of the rules activity. It has been found that the cut of the surface appears smooth, which demonstrates that it is possible to obtain a control effect for any values of input variables from a given range. Values of the actual fuel consumption and fuel consumption according to the model are obtained. The relative error of individual measurements is calculated, as well as the average value of the model error. The maximum error was 3,5375 %, and the average model error was 0,4429 %. The developed method has been tested during road tests. The results of the tests confirm its adequacy on the public road (Ufa - Moscow route).","PeriodicalId":118708,"journal":{"name":"Herald of the Ural State University of Railway Transport","volume":"70 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133791694","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, if in information technology these principles lead to the achievement of high performance when solving volumetric simulation and modeling tasks, then in the organization of distributed or parallel cargo deliveries, the goal is to minimize costs. The main thing in the scheme is the principle of parallelization of routes using several shipping carriers simultaneously, and these auxiliary shipping carriers can be based on the main shipping forwarder. An example of such a delivery system can be a van transporting several autonomous carriers, which, in turn, can carry out simultaneous (parallel) deliveries. Delivery routes are determined based on customer coordinates, selection of acceptable starting points for auxiliary shipping carriers, technical and energy limitations of the main and auxiliary shipping carriers, as well as minimizing the amount of time spent on delivery operations. The constructed algorithm for solving the problem of routing parallel deliveries using primary and secondary carriers reduces the time and resources of delivery. The algorithm is implemented in Python using libraries for processing and visualizing trajectories and other spatiotemporal data, packages for extracting, modeling, analyzing and visualizing street networks.","PeriodicalId":118708,"journal":{"name":"Herald of the Ural State University of Railway Transport","volume":"272 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133656241","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is important to use the shipping manifest not only as a digital document, but also as a specialized software tool for calculating planned and actual performance indicators of vehicles as part of the enterprise management information system. An algorithm is proposed for constructing the information system for managing transport activities using electronic waybills, which are used as software for calculating planned performance indicators of vehicles and summarizing the results of transportation. The established standards and legal documents regulating the transfer of document flow in the field of road freight transportation to electronic basis are given. The importance of reasonable standards of average technical speed and idle time of vehicles at loading and unloading points for scheduling the performance of freight trucks on routes is illustrated. The factors influencing the value of the average technical and operational speed of a vehicle during transportation are studied and systematized, recommendations on establishing of their regulatory standards are given, formulas for calculating quantitative values are provided. Based on the specified standard of average technical speed, the calculation of the radius of cargo delivery during the day in intercity communication is demonstrated.","PeriodicalId":118708,"journal":{"name":"Herald of the Ural State University of Railway Transport","volume":"81 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133666510","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

When passing such sections by the crew, a centrifugal force arises, which is proportional to the square of the speed and inversely proportional to the radius of the circular curve. This force is partially neutralized by elevation of the outer rail in the curve. There is a so-called outstanding acceleration, the magnitude of which is limited by technical conditions. On high-speed railways, when the permissible outstanding acceleration acting on the passenger is exceeded, trains with a car body tilt are operated to neutralize this acceleration. The tilt of the body can be passive due to centrifugal forces and active with the help of special tilt mechanisms. In any case, the tilt speed should be linked to the process of passing the curved section by train. It is shown that the use of the biclotoid curve design smooths the inertia of the kinetics of the car body tilt. Biclotoid design is the design of a curved section with two transition curves butt-to-butt, without a regular circular curve. Such a design reduces the forces of interaction between the wheel and the rail, increases the smoothness of the train movement, which makes it easier to adapt the process of tilting of the body to the passage of a curved section by train. It is proposed to take into account the concept of “force impulse”. This will allow, at high speeds, to use a more technically permissible outstanding acceleration equal to 0.4 m/s2.","PeriodicalId":118708,"journal":{"name":"Herald of the Ural State University of Railway Transport","volume":"106 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116577432","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The transport and terminal logistics infrastructure of the Nizhneleninskoye - Tongjiang border crossing is considered. The paper uses theoretical research methods, including modeling, visualization and comparison. Crossborder infrastructure projects, including railway and automobile bridge crossings, are considered, indicating the existing and prospective capacity. The technical and operational characteristics of the transport and terminal logistics infrastructure of the Nizhneleninskoye - Tongjiang railway border crossing are given. The technical and technological parameters of the warehouse complex of the transport and logistics center Nizhneleninskoe are described. The results of two modeling scenarios are presented - at the first stage of operation of the transport and logistics center «Nizhneleninskoe» and at the second stage of operation with infrastructure development for prospective cargo handling. With the increase in the incoming cargo flow by 2.5 times at the second stage of operation of the warehouse complex, during the simulation, the load of the storage area of the warehouse complex increased by 40%, the load of lifting and transport equipment increased, which affected the reduction in the number of handled and shipped loaded vehicles. In order to speed up intra-warehouse operations, it is proposed to develop options for moving lifting and transport equipment, designate «hot» and «cold» zones of the warehouse, determine the required staff numbers with distribution by working positions, draw up technological maps and daily work schedules of the warehouse.","PeriodicalId":118708,"journal":{"name":"Herald of the Ural State University of Railway Transport","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132739295","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It allows us to use simulation models to create digital counterparts of railway stations and junctions. The experience of using simulation models to perform the tasks of designing and operational planning of railway transport systems of various complexity is analyzed. An overview of modern computer programs for simulation of railway transport is presented, the advantages and disadvantages of the specialized software tools are illustrated. The authors propose an approach to build a digital twin of a railway junction based on the universal simulation tool AnyLogic. The problems and limitations of using simulation models in digital twins for operational management of railway stations and junctions are systematized. Software solutions are proposed, the implementation of which makes it possible to provide an adequate representation of the operational situation at the railway station in the digital twin. A three-level architecture of a digital twin of a railway junction has been developed, including a description of the track development scheme, the technology of the transportation process, as well as a method for synchronizing model and actual data. Examples of the interface of a digital twin of non-public railway tracks are presented.
