In order to solve this issue, car manufacturers are upgrading internal combustion engines, designing alternative engine units. This article analyzes various modern engine units, highlights their strengths and weaknesses. Statistical data demonstrating the growth of production and sales of electric and hybrid vehicles in Russia and abroad are presented. Cars equipped with traditional internal combustion engines (ICE) have unique advantages and today make more than 99 % of the global fleet. Based on the analysis, a scheme of a hybrid power plant (HPP) was formed, combining the components of engine units of electric vehicles and internal combustion engines. The main elements of installation and their layout in the car are described. A schematic diagram of transmission is presented, its components are listed and their operation is described. The HPP scheme was developed within the framework of the concept of a motor vehicle corresponding to the trends of modern automotive industry. The analysis of malfunctions of railcars stepping off the tracks of non-public use enabled us to determine that most of the railway cars have damages common for loading and unloading operations. It is possible to ensure the safety of railcars by applying, in particular, digital technologies, including when receiving freight cars from non-public railway tracks. It is noted that for the points of technical transfer of railcars (PTTW) as a subdivision of technical service points (TSP), the main form of internal primary accounting is the book VU-15 («Book of full-scale inspection of railway cars at technical transfer points»), the electronic format of which is only being introduced into the production process. The special significance of the transition to the electronic version of the VU-15 is manifested in enterprises with several PTTW, where railway cars transferred to the access railway through one point can be returned to the railway through other points. Often, the electronic form of the VU-15 greatly limits the capabilities of railcar inspectors when working on the tracks (operational search for data on railcar malfunctions, the possibility of photo and video recording of damage, the use of regulatory and reference information). The solution to these issues can be the use of mobile workstations (MWS) with additional functions for monitoring the safety of railway cars, which allow monitoring the technical condition of the freight cars before they are delivered to the non-public track and returning them to the infrastructure. This involves performing verification by calculation methods. The article considers the possibility of determining the critical level of external overpressure on the shell of the tank cauldron on the basis of experimental data on the minimum frequency and shape of natural oscillations. In order to solve this problem, the differential equation of flat cylindrical shells is used. The equation used was proposed by Donnell and has proven itself well in calculation of cylindrical shells, in particular cauldrons of tank cars. The peculiarity of the proposed solution lies in a certain analogy of the mathematical description of the processes of loss of stability and natural oscillations. As a result of transformations of the differential equations under consideration, an expression is obtained that connects the critical level of external overpressure and the natural oscillation frequencies of the objects under consideration. Numerical values of the studied parameters are given, the reliability of which is confirmed by similarity with the data given in previously published sources. Recommendations are given on application of the proposed approach in engineering verification of carriage structure elements stability. In order to support decision-making concerning its development, it is proposed to use a set of strategic management models successfully applied in strategic planning of the sustainable functioning of the Russian economy, including Siberia, the Russian Arctic and the Far East, as well as in JSC «Russian Railways». The adoption of these and other decisions in the improved model of public administration should be based on the array of data on the conditions of economic entities and internal and external factors affecting them. This requires creation of the national public administration platform. The strategic transport infrastructure management platform should become an integral part of it. As a theoretical basis for its construction, it is proposed to use the theory of large transport systems. On the basis of this theory, a design solution for creation of the strategic transport infrastructure management platform based on the above-mentioned set of models and requirements of regulatory documents is proposed. As an example, one of the subprocesses of the design solution is considered - mathematical modeling and forecasting of the consequences of the onset of new events for transport infrastructure based on the theory of large transport systems. At the same time, the state of the infrastructure is formally determined as a result of the interaction (decision of the game) of interested parties under certain mechanisms of public administration. The value of the road safety coefficient shows how many times, at the same levels of motorization, the risk of death of a resident in road traffic (social risk) decreased/increased in comparison with the average social risk that existed in the world in the 40s of the last century, when there were no special programs on improving road safety. The use of the road safety coefficient allows you to compare the level of road safety in countries and regions with different populations and different levels of motorization. It is shown that social risk is a complex indicator, the value of which depends on the indicators of road safety at a lower level - the probability of participation of a resident in road traffic, which is equal to the value of motorization, the probability of death of a road user (transport risk), the probability of a road accident (active road safety), the intensity of road accidents (reliability of driving) and the average annual mileage of the car, the probability of death in a road accident (passive and post-accident safety). An equation is obtained that relates the value of social risk to the values of lower-level road safety indicators. The analysis of the level of road safety in Kyrgyzstan is carried out. It is shown how the condition of the traffic flow affects its average speed and the probability of road accidents. The influence of traffic flow density on its average speed and intensity of road accidents is considered. To assess the impact of the condition of a traffic flow on its average speed and road safety, the concept of the conventional density of a traffic flow is used. It is revealed that in the road conditions of Kyrgyzstan there is a critical conventional density, when exceeding it the transport risk, the probability of a road accident and the probability of death in a road accident begin to decrease rapidly with a further increase in the conventional density. The low efficiency of detection of exceeding a permitted speed when measuring the maximum speed of cars at certain points is shown. Thanks to the information on the controlled parameters of the wheel pairs (rolling, flange thickness and rim diameter) of ES2G electric trains operated by the MCC (Moscow Central Circle ) and the Oktyabrskaya Railway, a comparative analysis of the wear surface intensities of the rolling surfaces for seamless-rolled wheelsets has been performed. The analysis of the dependences of the mathematical expectation for the controlled parameter on the operating time showed that the wear rate of the rim for the electric trains operated by the MCC is 2,9 % higher than by the Oktyabrskaya Railway. Similar results were obtained for milling bar (2,33 % ) and the ridge thickness (24,3). Based on the results , it was concluded that the wheelsets wear of the ES2G series electric trains differs significantly in the two compared sections of circulation. Electric trains serving the Oktyabrsky direction has the intensity wheel pair wear lower than the trains serving the MCC. This will allow more time before turning to restore the profile of the rolling surface. The technology is based on a time series model which includes trend, seasonal and cyclical components. Particular attention is paid to the choice of the number of levels of the series used to build the model, identify and evaluate the significance of its parameters, study the quality of the constructed predictive model and the adequacy of its initial data. The process of constructing the forecast is considered on the example of the temporal distribution of passenger traffic on road transport according to daily data on the example of the Sverdlovsk region for November 2021 - October 2022. All necessary statistical procedures are applied to identify and evaluate the parameters of the model, check its adequacy and accuracy. The scheme of inter-cluster subject mutual integration based on implementation of unified technological (transport and production) processes is presented. The model of the system of subject mutual integration in the single transport and information space of the cluster of integrated transport services has been developed. Methodology for constructing a matrix of indicators in the system of determining and recognizing optimal solutions based on the ratio of three-dimensional cubes has been formed. The information architecture of the environment of subject mutual integration is proposed, based on the multi-agent method of construction and displaying specific properties, culture of information behavior, memory and goals, uniqueness of definition and recognition of management decisions. A three-level model of the algorithm of subject mutual integration has been developed, which establishes the procedure of actions aimed at achieving continuous integration and updating of a single knowledge database, along with this, the knowledge gained is used as an information resource opportunity in the development of production entities and regions.
