Empati adalah kemampuan merasakan emosi orang lain baik secara fisiologis maupun mental yang terbangun pada berbagai keadaan batin orang lain. Perubahan biologis ini akan muncul ketika individu berempati dengan orang lain. Hal yang tidak sesuai dengan diharapkan adanya pengasuh yang cuek, tidak peduli dan antipati, sehingga membuat anak asuh tidak berani berkomunikasi langsung dengan pengasuhnya sehingga membuat anak asuh kurang nyaman dan betah tinggal di panti asuhan. Oleh karena itu yang menjadi tujuan umum penelitian ini yaitu: untuk mengetahui identifikasi sikap empati pengasuh pada anak binaan pada Panti Asuhan Bumi Moro Kecamatan Darul Imarah Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Sedangkan tujuan khususnya yaitu: untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk empati pengasuh dalam pengasuhan anak binaan, untuk mengetahui sikap pengasuh yang menunjukkan empati pada anak binaan dilihat dari verbal dan non verbal, untuk mengetahui respon anak binaan terhadap empati yang diberikan oleh pengasuh. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan 5 kriteria dan 7 orang responden, teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil yang di peroleh dalam penelitian ini meliputi: (1) Bentuk-bentuk empati pengasuh dalam pengasuhan anak binaan sudah berhasil dilakukan dengan cara memeluk, meranggkul dan mengusap kepala anak asuh ketika mendengarkan persoalan yang dialami anak asuh di panti asuhan. (2) Sikap pengasuh yang menunjukkan empati pada anak binaan dilihat dari verbal dan non verbal pengasuh sudah memberikan perhatikan terhadap anak asuh dengan cara menjenguk anak asuh ke kamar, duduk bersama anak asuh, ikut makan bersama dan sebagainya sehingga anak asuh merasa ada yang peduli terhadap dirinya. (3) Respon anak binaan terhadap empati yang diberikan oleh pengasuh diketahui bahwa anak asuh bahagia dan nyaman tinggal di panti asuhan karena memiliki pengasuh yang lemah lembut dan perhatian terhadap diri anak asuh. The purpose of this study was to prove whether or not the influence of group guidance with symbolic modeling techniques on student moral development. The type of this study was one-group experimental pre-test post-test design. This study was conducted in eight meetings with 10 students as a subject. The technique of data analysis used descriptive percentage analysis and wilcoxon test. This study showed that there was a change in the level of moral development of students before and after participating in group guidance services with symbolic modeling techniques that increased by an average 14.3% from the initial results during the pre-test of 62.5% to 76.8% at post-test. Additionally, data obtained from wilcoxon pairs match with n-10 significant 5% obtained with thitung < ttabel (0<8) or Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a correlational descriptive method with a population of 104 people who come from students of State Junior High School 7 Sungai Penuh who participated in Scout activities, then samples were taken using a simple random sampling formula then obtained a sample of 83 people. The tool reveals self-esteem data in an adaptation of the Coopersmith Self-Esteem Inventory (CSEI) and the altruistic motivation data researchers developed themselves, namely the Altruistic Motivation Scale (SMAL). The data of the study results were processed and analyzed descriptively to see the distribution of frequencies and then conducted a correlation test using Pearson Product Moment Correlation. Efforts to achieve goals, researchers use this type of quantitative research with ex post facto research designs. In practice, researchers used simple random sampling. Collecting data by spreading attachment scale, adjustment and self-esteem. The validity test used the product moment formula and the reliability test used Cronbach's alpha. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis test. The research that has been done has resulted in the level of self-esteem and attachment in the high category. Meanwhile, the level of adjustment is in the medium category. The results of the first hypothesis analysis show that there is a positive and significant effect of attachment on self-esteem. The results of the second hypothesis analysis indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of self-adjustment on self-esteem. The results of the analysis of the third hypothesis can be seen that there is a significant effect of attachment and self-adjustment on self-esteem. The results of this study concluded that the higher the attachment and self-adjustment, the higher the self-esteem of students. The research suggestion from these findings is that guidance and counseling teachers should provide several services that are related to attachment, adjustment and self-esteem by paying attention to student needs. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi adakah pengaruh resiliensi terhadap orientasi karir siswa kelas XII SMA . Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian ex post facto. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan skala psikologi resiliensi dengan tingkat signifikansi antara 0,000-0,071, sedangkan koefisien reliabilitas alpha sebesar 0,929, dan skala orientasi karir dengan tingkat signifikansi antara 0,000-0,045 dengan koefisien reliabilitas alpha sebesar 0,895. Sampel yang terlibat 146 siswa dari populasi 186 siswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel proportionate random sampling. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment pearson. Hasil analisis deskriptif kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa tingkat resiliensi siswa kelas XII SMA se-Kecamatan Candisari Semarang berada pada kategori tinggi yaitu 54,22% dari total sampel keseluruhan, sedangkan tingkat orientasi karir siswa kelas XII SMA se-Kecamatan Candisari Semarang berada pada ketori sedang yaitu 77, 23% dari total keseluruhan sampel. Selanjutnya hasil analisis korelasi product moment pearson didapatkan hasil pengaruh resiliensi terhadap orientasi karir siswa SMA sebesar 58,8% (r= 0,588) dimana sisnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu cluster sampling dan proportionate stratified random sampling dengan jumlah 251 siswa dari total 859 siswa yang tersebar di seluruh kelas VII, VIII dan IX. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu skala psikologis, baik skala psikologis keterlibatan keluarga maupun skala psikologis ketaatan beragama. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis Product Moment Pearson. And, (2) specific objectives namely (a) to produce guidance on cooperation skills that meet acceptability carried out through expert testing and prospective user testing, (b) to produce guidance guidelines based on traditional Balbudih games that are effective for enhancing cooperative skills. This research is a research development of the Borg and Gall model that examines the development of guidelines for cooperation skills based on the Traditional Balbudih Games for junior high school students. Small group trial subjects were conducted on 12 junior high school students. This study uses data collection techniques namely observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of the study show that: (1) the results of developing guidelines for the guidance of cooperation skills based on the Traditional Balbudih Games for junior high school students have met the acceptability criteria which are carried out through expert tests and prospective user tests. The purpose of this study was to see how much influence the group counseling approach to Cognitive Behavior Therapy to improve self-control of students of class XI IPS SMAN 1 Batipuh. This type of research is quantitative research using experimental methods. The design used in this study was pre-experimental design with the type of one group pretest-posttest design, namely by measuring the self-control of the experimental group students by using the same instrument in the pretest and posttest measurements. The population in this study were all students of class XI IPS SMAN 1 Batipuh, the sample in this study were 10 students who have low self-control. The results showed that cognitive behavior therapy approach group counseling had a significant effect on student self control.
