The objective of this study is to explore the potential of group exercise techniques in fostering gratitude among adolescents. Adolescents are expected to exhibit various positive traits, such as competitiveness, intelligence, self-regulation, self-disclosure, and a heightened sense of gratitude. The data analysis in this study employed the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of three stages: 1) reduction, 2) presentation, and 3) verification. The findings suggest that gratitude is a crucial characteristic in adolescents, and group exercise techniques can potentially enhance this trait. This study aims to uncover the implementation of the guidance and counseling program in public madrasah aliyah. The study employs qualitative research with a naturalistic approach, which describes the actual conditions without manipulation but is based on data obtained qualitatively through observation and interviews. The informants of the research are state Madrasah Aliyah teachers in the era of Society 5.0. The data analysis technique uses a pattern developed by Miles and Huberman. The findings suggest that the guidance and counseling program at state Madrasah Aliyah has not been optimally implemented and falls into the less than satisfactory category. Therefore, the most effective solution for the inadequate implementation of the guidance and counseling program at this school is for the principal to hold meetings with the counselor and subject teachers regarding the implementation of the counseling program at the school and the challenges faced. This situation arises from the management practices within these schools. This study aims to uncover the management of facilities and infrastructure in the delivery of guidance and counseling services in high schools. The study employs qualitative research with a naturalistic approach, which depicts the actual conditions without manipulation, but based on data obtained qualitatively through observation and interviews. The subjects of this research were three individuals: one guidance and counseling teacher, the school principal, and one student. Data collection was conducted using interview and observation techniques. However, the impact of this behavior on students’ psychological well-being is still not well understood. This study aims to gain a deeper understanding of phubbing behavior among students and its implications in a multicultural context. The focus of this study is to explore how phubbing behavior affects students’ social interactions across various cultural backgrounds. This study uses a literature review approach, where various relevant scientific literature sources are collected and analyzed to gain a better understanding of this topic. The results of the study indicate that phubbing behavior can have negative impacts on students’ psychological well-being, including a decrease in the quality of interpersonal relationships and an increase in feelings of loneliness. In addition, these findings also indicate that the impact of phubbing behavior can vary among students from different cultural backgrounds. This study indicates the need for a multicultural counseling approach in addressing the issue of phubbing among students. Education transcends national borders, facilitated by technological advancements and various methodologies. The era of globalization has both positive and negative impacts on students. Consequently, counselors must guide students towards global progress while preserving existing cultural values. The execution of guidance and counseling management must be technology-based and globally oriented. This has implications for the programs developed and the collaboration with all personnel implementing guidance and counseling in senior high schools. To conduct guidance and counseling management in line with the developments in the globalization era, the quality of human resources, or the competence of counselors, needs to be enhanced to be sensitive to opportunities and responsive to global challenges. The method employed is descriptive with a naturalistic qualitative approach, which reveals real events in natural conditions (natural settings). The instrument in this naturalistic qualitative research is the researcher himself, through self-evaluation regarding his understanding of qualitative methods, mastery of theory, insight into the field being researched, and readiness and provisions for fieldwork. The subjects in this research were five guidance and counseling teachers, the principal, and three students at State Senior High School 4 Sungai Penuh. This research focuses on work-family conflict as experienced by women. The aim of this study is to understand how work-family conflict is experienced by female educators. This study employs a descriptive quantitative research method, utilizing a work-family conflict scale. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample, comprising 21 female educators. The results indicate that the work-family conflict experienced by female educators falls into the high category. The aim of this research was to analyze the learning behavior of this gifted child at State High School 4 Sungaipenuh City. This research is qualitative in nature, employing a case study approach and an exploratory case study design. The case study began by defining the research questions, selecting the research layout and tools, gathering data, determining the data analysis methods, and finally producing a report. Data was collected through interviews. Data analysis involved data reduction, display, verification, and drawing conclusions using the Milles and Huberman models. The validity of the data was ensured through source data and method triangulation, which tested the validity of data related to the research problem under investigation. The findings revealed that the learning behavior of the gifted child involved revisiting lessons to enhance their understanding of the learning materials. The child’s behavior in preparation for exams, their values, and their attitudes in interactions were also examined. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of academic procrastination of students at SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Tarab and to compare academic procrastination during face-to-face learning with online learning. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative method. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The sample used is all students of class XI which consists of 63 students. From the research that the author did in the field with 63 respondents as students. it can be concluded that the classification of academic procrastination of class XI students at SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Tarab, some of the students who experience academic procrastination are in the high classification, and very few are in the medium classification, then a few students who experience the low classification and very few students is in the very low category.
