The purpose of writing this article is to explain how individual differences in learning and education understand the uniqueness of each individual. This research method uses literature study to examine through writings from books about individual differences. Research result There are three aspects of individual differences that must be considered by teachers and principals in a teaching and learning process, which include biological differences, intellectual differences, and psychological differences. On individual differences, the efforts that must be made by teachers in the classroom include using (1) improvement programs, (2) enrichment programs, (3) acceleration programs, (4) individual learning programs, (5) programs that specialize children for independent learning. Every educator needs to have knowledge of educational psychology. The conclusion is Educational psychology is a branch of psychology that specializes in understanding teaching and learning in an academic environment. Educational psychology has an extensive scope. The central problem in educational psychology is the problem of learning. This study aims to determine the form of collaboration carried out by the Guidance and Counseling teacher with subject teachers in diagnosing learning difficulties in the form of 1) identifying students who have learning difficulties, 2) determining the location of students' learning difficulties, and 3) determining the factors causing the occurrence. learning difficulties in students. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. The key informants of this study were 2 counseling teachers and 2 subject teachers, additional informants were 2 subject teachers who taught in class XI IPS at SMAN 13 Padang. This study uses interviews as a technique of collecting data. The data analysis technique consists of three stages, namely data reduction for grouping data relevant to the research objectives and focus, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study revealed: 1) Collaboration between counseling teachers and subject teachers in identifying students who have learning difficulties, namely providing information and discussing the data collected in determining students who have learning difficulties. 2) Collaboration between guidance and counseling teachers and subject teachers in determining the location of student learning difficulties, namely exchanging information and communicating informally in determining how to locate student learning difficulties. 3) Collaboration between guidance and counseling teachers and subject teachers in determining the factors causing student learning difficulties, namely conducting discussions, counseling and also discussing. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 59 siswa kelas XII. Adapun instrument yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah skala kesiapan kerja, efikasi diri, dan konsep diri. Data tersebut diolah dengan menggunakan metode analisis Regresi Berganda dengan bantuan komputer melalui aplikasi SPSS Versi 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi antara konsep diri dengan kesiapan kerja sebesar 0,804 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000<0,05 yang berarti terdapat hubungan positif antara konsep diri dengan kesiapan kerja dengan tingkat hubungan kuat. Selanjutnya nilai koefisien korelasi antara efikasi diri dengan kesiapan kerja sebesar 0,846 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000<0,05 yang berarti terdapat hubungan positif antara efikasi diri dengan kesiapan kerja dengan tingkat hubungan sangat kuat. Kemudian nilai koefisien korelasi (R) antara konsep diri dan efikasi diri secara bersama˗sama terhadap kesiapan sebesar 0,859 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi hubungan yang sangat kuat antara konsep diri dan efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII di SMK Negeri 5 Kerinci. It is also demonstrated by the community of Kerinci Regency and Sungai Penuh City so that the attitudes and behaviors indicated the signs of stress. This research aims to reveal the stress level of the people of Kerinci Regency and Sungai Penuh City against the spread of COVID-19. This research is early to uncover the stress data of the community by utilizing a descriptive quantitative study. The population of this research is the entire community of Kerinci Regency and Sungai Penuh City. They are willing to become respondents with a sample of 400 research people taken with convenience sampling techniques. Data is revealed using a scale of stress levels filled online and made anonymously; then, the research results are processed using the ideal score. This study showed that the average community of Kerinci Regency and Sungai Penuh City addressed the symptoms of stress analyzed from the emotional, physical, and behavioral responses. The perpetrator will be stimulated on a body part or an object which for some people is just a stimulus. The object will make the basis of fantasy and help romance but is not a substitute for more conventional sexual activities, fetishes that may be on body parts such as the buttocks of the eyes while on inanimate objects such as cloth, underwear, shoes, etc. this fetish is a form of sexual crossing which, if carried out continuously, can result in on going stress and disrupt the mental health of the perpetrator. The research method used in writing this journal is descriptive qualitative which is used to examine natural objects, by untilizing qualitative data and then sharing descriptively. The results of the analysis show that fetish behavior can affect mental health and can be cured by treatment in the form of sex education and Islamic therapy. Sex education is given, among others, about the ethics of asking permission to look at things, avoiding and various forms of sexual stimulation, provide lessons on how to protect yourself from despicable acts if you are not married, provide understanding and counseling related to the dangers of adultery. This study aims to analyze students' self-control when learning from home in using mobile phones during the Covid-19 outbreak. This study is a type of descriptive quantitative research with a research population of all students of State Junior High School 3 Sungai Penuh numbering 149 people, then the sample of this study was taken with total sampling techniques. The study data was collected using a scale of students' self-control in mobile phone use, then analyzed data using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the level of self-control of students in using mobile phones during the Covid-19 pandemic in aspects of self-control, diligent despite many obstacles, behaving according to rules and norms, controlling emotions, and the ability to adjust to be in the moderate category.
