In addition, it is now difficult to track training progress because there is still a dearth of digital data recording of rehabilitation results. Thus, a website application based on a lower limb telerehabilitation system is suggested to help patients and doctors or therapists carry out rehabilitation in order to overcome various current problems. This telerehabilitation system has a feature that allows data to be displayed graphically and stores exercise outcomes data into a management database to make it simpler to track each patient’s development through telerehabilitation. A graph of the segments, joints, and stimulation time will be displayed on the online application as the output data from the telerehabilitation equipment in the form of FES. Additionally, the designed website application underwent user acceptance testing using the system usability scale evaluation method for 25 participants, and the results showed that it has a functional value of an average score of 69. This study aimed to propose a new mathematical optimization model useful as decision-making support for procurement planning problems in recovery time after a pandemic. It included several extraordinary situations, such as excess demand and uncertain parameters. The data available regarding the uncertain parameters were used to model the problem as probabilistic linear programming. The optimal decision regarding the raw parts and the product brands to be produced to maximize the expected profit was calculated by solving the proposed optimization model. Furthermore, numerical experiments were carried out with randomly generated data. The results showed that the optimal solution was derived, and all the extraordinary situations were handled. Mobile-learning as a medium for learning in higher education institutions in Indonesia, and it cannot be fully implemented in several universities. Apart from these diseases, m-learning is one of the challenges in the development of information and communication technology. The habit of using m-phone is one of supporting factors, but on the other hand the limitations of electrical needed is one of obstacles. In this paper, modeling of student behavior in using m-learning is done. Variables that influence in usage of m-learning (UbmL) are perceived usefulness (PU) and facility conditions (FC). The model in the fuzzy system is developed based on model adapted from Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Modeling is done based on data of Engineering Physics (EP) students at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) in online-learning activities. The data is pre-processed to analyze the correlation between the input and output of model. The data show that behavior of using m-learning is classified as frequent, and model is accepted. Furthermore, the model is developed in the form of fuzzy logic. The model is developed by determining the membership function in fuzzifier and defuzzifier. Both units are supported by set of fuzzy rules that are developed based on experts. This is because weather conditions are one of the factors that can affect the resistance experienced by the ship. Poor weather conditions can increase the ship’s resistance, resulting in increased fuel consumption and posing a threat to the safety of the ship. Predicting fuel consumption while considering weather conditions is a research topic that has been the focus of many researchers. Various methods, especially artificial intelligence methods, are used for prediction, but the artificial neural network (ANN) method provides the best performance among the methods used. ANN could provide the best performance because it can model the relationships of a complex and nonlinear system, which cannot be converted into mathematical equations. Weather factors have been used as one of the input variables in previous studies, so this paper proposes considering weather factors as disturbance factors. This paper can serve as a guide for researchers to further develop the ANN method as one of the methods for predicting ship fuel consumption while considering weather conditions. In response to this, the regional apparatus organization in charge of motor vehicle tax has created an Online Motor Vehicle Tax Payment Verification System. The current payment authorization system uses centralized storage, causing the system vulnerable to SQL Injection that compromises data. In addition, the system’s transparency can be misused by irresponsible parties. This study aims to introduce a distributed blockchain-based system to present more transparent and validated data. In addition, blockchain technology enables data to be immutable (permanent). This system uses the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS) by combining Hyperledger Fabric to store data in a distributed manner. This system also uses the blockchain smart contract to keep the hash file of motor vehicle tax payments. We conducted Quality of Service (QoS) experiments by observing throughput, packet loss, and delay parameters. The researchers used bibliometric analysis combined with VosViewer and Rstudio software quantification method for literature analysis. The results of the flushed articles show data such as publication year, journal, country, keywords, and authors, to the highest number of citations. Common keywords used by researchers are artificial intelligence, medical, and human. Researchers limited the findings through keywords such as in the last ten years, documents are journals, and English only so that 1868 articles were obtained. The results found that Harvard Medical School affiliation had the highest number of articles, with 101 articles, by subject area, Medicine had a proportion of 41.9% (n=1320). The advent of attention-based classification techniques and transformers brings promising results on multiple tasks in Natural Language Processing (NLP). In this study, we predicted the Big Five personalities from Indonesian-language social media by fine-tuning the IndoBERT model. The IndoBERT model is a Bidirectional Encoder Representation from Transformers (BERT)-based mono-language model trained in the Indonesian corpus. Based on the experimental results, the prediction model we proposed obtained an accuracy value of 72% and an F1-score of 71% using IndoBERT-base. Meanwhile, using IndoBERT-large can increase the accuracy value by 78% and the F1-score by 74%. In its development, human detection has been carried out in several different methods ranging from traditional to the most effective. This study uses the Faster R-CNN algorithm method with Inception ResNet v2 network architecture. Based on the tests that have been carried out performances that the improved network can effectively improve the efficiency of network operations, after testing 7 times ranging from 3000 steps to 13 steps, the accuracy of recognition of human body cut objects reached the highest 81.30% at 9000 steps Testing with a loss of 0.13671. These creatures are skilled at a variety of acrobatic maneuvers, including turning, jumping, steering rubber boats, and even counting. Dolphins are a symbol of marine tourism in Lovina, Bali because of their special abilities. Although dolphin tracking on Dolphin Tours is still done manually, so technology is required to recognize dolphin sightings. This research employs a binary semantic segmentation approach using the U-Net to learn new information about the detection of dolphin appearance using UAV footage. The dataset used in this study consisted of 1,400 images, of which 1,120 from 80 percent were used for training, 140 from 10 percent for validation, and 10 percent for testing (140 images). The U-Net model results were produced with a mean IoU value of 0.862, a recall of 0.909, and a precision of 0.789 through the adjustment of the hyperparameter training. This paper proposes a hybrid particle swarm optimization and simulated annealing (PSO-SA) to solve economic Dispatch. Economic Dispatch is a method of dividing the load on power system generating units optimally at system prices and loads. Economic Dispatch is used to plan the outputs of all available generation units in the power system so that fuel costs are kept to a minimum and system restrictions are met. This study uses real data from PLN company and simulation from the algorithm Particle Swarm optimization (PSO) to compare the simulation with the PSO-SA algorithm. From this study can be concluded at Jeranjang and Sambelia steam power plants using the PSO-SA method provides better solution performance compared to the PSO method, with a total cost is ${$}$ 173.860,69 for 24 hours, whereas if you use the PSO method, it is ${$}$ 174.006,39 for 24 hours. The simulation results show that the method PSO-SA and PSO methods obtained better results when compared to the real data system in the field of PT.
