Consequently, the evaluation of intangible assets plays a very important role in the evaluation of the firm's management performance. The measurement of brand equity is the most regarded part of intangible assets. However, in recent years, there have been news that high-end brand enterprises have reduced the market scale or to declare bankrupt. It led to consider that the establishment of firm value is not only based on brand strategies, but also should focus on the performance of management to keeping the firm value going. Therefore, exploring the law of rumor spreading has always been a hot topic of current research. Inspired by the explosion process of explosives, this paper constructs an explosion model of network rumor spreading. Firstly, analogy the explosion process of explosives and the process of rumor spreading and establish the theoretical basis of the model. Secondly, the UBEN network rumor propagation model based on the explosive explosion principle is constructed. By establishing the average field equation, the rumor impact threshold is studied, and the influence of the factors on the rumor spreading process is simulated. The experimental results verify the rationality of the model and provide a theoretical basis for the formulation of relevant policies. The people born in the 1980s are the intergenerational subjects, they are the main force of the workplace. In order to better manage and guide the social behavior of this group and improve the level of human resource management, it needs to be explored from more perspectives. This paper takes the new generation employees as the research subject, and aims to study the influence of work well-being on job performance, and analyzes the mediating role of willingness to stay and the moderating role of work embedding. Through a questionnaire survey of 319 new generation employees, the results of data analysis showed that work well-being significantly affected job performance, that is, the higher the work well-being of the new generation of employees, the higher the job performance, and the willingness to stay played a partial mediating role at work well-being and job performance. Increasing employees' willingness to stay was beneficial to increasing employee's job performance. Finally, work embedding had a moderating effect on the relationship between willingness to stay and job performance. This article takes the Western Sichuan Plateau as the case object and adopts the single case method to study the E-commerce competitiveness of special agro-products. The studies find out the improvement mechanism of e-commerce to the competitiveness of special agro-products, put forward the evolution path of e-commerce competitiveness of special agro-products and analyze the macro-micro status quo of e-commerce competitiveness of special agro-products in Western Sichuan Plateau. The research results would contribute to understanding the improvement mechanism and evolution process of the e-commerce competitiveness of special agro-products, and providing operational policy recommendations to enhance the e-commerce competitiveness of special agro-products in Western Sichuan plateau. This paper analyzes the impact of two types of business model design on the innovation performance in medium and small sci-tech enterprises through empirical research method, and discusses the moderating effect of the dual technology innovation strategy on the relationship between the two above. The objective of the paper is to provide a new incentive model for PV users in China, which plays an important role in promoting the further development of household PV in China. The results show that the current level of carbon price in Guangdong Province is not enough to promote residents' investment in rooftop PV. Then, this paper further studies the impact of carbon price on the investment value of household rooftop PV power generation project. Yet research on cyberbullying in Chinese has previously been extremely limited, despite the fact that cyberbullying has become a significant problem in China. With this context in mind, this paper will use Sina Weibo as a case to analyse cyberbullying, including language features and detection. It aims to contribute to the academic understanding of cyberbullying, as well as media regulation and governance.
