Enablers Analysis of Knowledge-sharing in University Research Innovation Teams

Abstract

The objective of this research is to explore the relationship between internal and external knowledge sharing and research innovation team performance, the focus of this study is on analyzing differences and influencing factors of internal-external knowledge sharing. an empirical is carried out study by means of a survey of 341 academic researchers. We provide evidence in the present paper that two kinds of knowledge sharing have a significant impact on the performance of research teams. The results show that different factors have important and complex impacts on the internal and external knowledge sharing.
