When the target is stationary or travels in straight-line movement, it is able to be observed by range-only system. The target localization parameters are estimated by least squares estimator algorithm, which has simple form and does not need initial values. Prior most studies primarily examine cognitive factors. This paper argues that employees should be embedded in the social network of the organizational unit, and their interactions with coworkers can contribute to getting more help and capture about information systems' reasonable exploitation and exploration. Draw from related studies on social network, constructs of valued network density and valued network centrality are conceptualized and measured. We combine constructs from individual-level information systems post-adoption research with social network constructs to propose the research model. With 4-month longitudinal study in one business unit within a large-scale enterprise, we take the empirical study to analyze to collected valid data. The importance sampling densities should be constructed to pick up ‘important’ random variables to improve the estimation of a interesting statistics. In this article, we present an importance sampling in which its density function is constructed from the kernel density estimators. Because the vibration signal of the engine could reflect the faults types to a great extent, a fault detection method was proposed based on the extraction of the vibration signal correlation dimension. The collected vibration signal which was from different type of automobile engines was processed and analyzed. The correlation dimension was extracted and an improved correlation algorithm was proposed in the system, the computational accuracy was improved, and the standard deviation of the improved algorithm lowers about 50% in comparison with the traditional algorithm, the classification performance is raised variously, the excellent detection performance was showed in the system. Realistic cases and survey results show that the security situation of individual privacy information during the process of information resources commercialization is worrying. The analysis on the behaviors which invades individual privacy information in the information resources collection and development and utilization shows that information resources commercialization process aggravates the individual privacy information leakage.
