AHP is used to reduce subjective interference in the teacher evaluation when the weights are determined, and DFS to obtain dynamic comprehensive evaluation results. Ziegler and Nichols proposed the well-known Ziegler-Nichols method to tune the coefficients of PID controller. Although this tuning method is simple, but it gives fixed values for the coefficients which makes PID controller has weak adaptabilities for the model parameters variation and changing in operating conditions. In order to achieve adaptive controller, fuzzy logic (FL) based controllers are tested in this paper which combines conventional PID controller and FL capabilities. The conventional PID controller in the robot manipulator is replaced by fuzzy based controllers so as to achieve trajectory tracking with minimum steady-state error and improving the dynamic behavior (overshoot). Controlling Population and improving the quality of the population are China's basic national policies. To solve the problems of low per capita health care resources and space and time limitation of sports activities, this paper analyzes the bidirectional impacts between grassroots' physical fitness and sports medical projects. The study collects power, speed, stamina, agility, flexibility and other basic data of local residents in Guangxi to calculate the composite score of the physical quality of the local residents, and uses the multiple linear regression models to analyze the impact of community sports projects and basic medical projects on residents' physical fitness. The results show that the economic development has little impact on the improvement of residents' physical fitness while community sports physical and medical projects have some impacts. In this process, on the basis of training philosophy which is application-oriented, internationalized and personalized, our school persists in “Four in One” running schools pattern which united all powers from government, enterprises, training institutions and schools. As well as we focused on the development of students capacities that included rudimentary knowledge, professional skills, applied foreign languages, comprehensive quality and engineering ability.
