摘要

为了解决高校教师教学评价过程中遇到的问题,引入了层次分析法和动态模糊集分析法。在权重确定时,采用层次分析法减少对教师评价的主观干扰,采用DFS法获得动态的综合评价结果。实验结果不仅反映了教师的教学水平,而且反映了教师各项指标和综合水平的变化趋势。
