I conclude that e-HR can promote the quality, speed, dependability and flexibility of human resource management, moreover, it can decrease the cost of human resource management. If the flux unchanged, through a given torque and actual torque difference to adjust the voltage vector in each sector of the imposed time to keep the torque stability within the tolerance range. The size of the torque tolerance affect switching state of the converter switching frequency and torque ripple size. Use MATLAB/simulink simulation model to establish the open-loop direct torque control system in this paper. The simulation results show that the smaller tolerance, the greater inverter switching frequency and greater pulse of system. Therefore, the idea that the unified identity management and the access to the controlling platform is put forward. The unified identity management centered on the single sign-on and the access controlling platform can realize single sign-on through a unified identity and authority, which makes it more convenient for the user to use the system supported by several services, and reduces the user's inconvenience caused by too many application systems and accounts. Meanwhile, the centralization of the authority management realizes a unified access control so that the manager can manage the overall resources at one point. Aiming at the question, a multipath routing protocol applying to dynamic topology environment, which is named as Dynamic Topology-Multipath AODV(DT-MAODV), is proposed in this paper. It adopts link-disjoint path strategy to set up many backup routes, and when a route breaks, it firstly takes advantage of available local backup paths to recover it in order to decrease frequency of route rebuilding. At the same time, data salvage mechanism is also introduced to increase delivery ratio of data packets.
