It can describe fault models and multiple faults nicely. It is shown how the design of a diagnostic system using a diagnostic model can be done with diagnostic test. Two important properties, sound and complete, that describe the power of a diagnostic system are discussed. For designing a diagnostic system, a set of models is selected to be tested such that a diagnostic system based on these tests is sound and complete, then tests are designed for all selected model to obtain a diagnostic system. At first, the watermark is done the scrambling by the Arnold transform. Then the digital wartermarking is done the chaos encryption by the chebyshev chaos sequences. At last, the watermarking image that has been done the chaos processing is embedded into the intermediate frequency coefficient of image that has been done the fast curvelet transform. The control system changes the delivery of the pump by the complicated mechanism to realize the adjustment of the pump flow rate. This paper takes advantages of the AMESim and ADAMS to build the system hydraulic model and mechanical model separately, and lets them exchange data to complete the system simulation. According to the electric operating mechanism and circuit breaker closing action sequence relations, drive motor current signal as a time stamp is applied to effectively extract switching vibration signal. Then, vibration signal feature vectors are structured by means of the wavelet packet energy spectrum, and BP neural network are applied to establish the three-phase closing asynchronous fault identification model. Based on the formation of CAD model, the equipment components could be redesigned. This paper introduces the key technologies of 3D data measure, 3D data preprocessing and CAD model reconstruction in RE. Combined with actual example, concrete realization method of equipment components design based on the use of object RE technology is researched. The class of switched system is firstly modeled as a time-delay system, where the control input has a piece-continuous delay. Sufficient linear matrix inequalities conditions for sampled-data state-feedback exponential stability of such systems are derived by a piecewise Lyapunov function and free-weighting matrix approach.
