In this new model, many factors such as the contribution of enterprise resources, risks, the minimum expected payments and the degree of support to other partners are taken into account. These different factors have a direct impact on the status in the supply chain coordination and the role in the project operation. Besides, they also lead to different weights of the benefits distribution in the collaborative supply chain enterprises. Such a scientific and rational allocation mechanism can not only maintain the stability of the supply chain to achieve resource sharing, advantages complement, costs reducing, but also promote the efficiency of circulation and the process of products transformation. Ultimately it will improve the competitiveness of the supply chain, and keep it developing healthy and stable.","PeriodicalId":112416,"journal":{"name":"2009 Fourth International Conference on Computer Sciences and Convergence Information Technology","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-11-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114943771","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, aiming at the problem of multi salvation points with priority, we study the issue of emergency evacuation from the perspective of mathematical analysis combining with interrelated algorithms of operations research and optimize network-flow-based analysis, and establish the emergency evacuation model in order to minimize the total evacuation time; also we bring forward the most short-circuit thinking based on discrete time , design the corresponding real-time dynamic algorithm to obtain the optimal solution of the target model , and establish the emergency evacuation decision-making system based on this model and the ArcGIS platform . This study has important practical significance for the prevention or reduction of accidents and emergency management, achieving fast, efficient and scientific decision-making and the protection of people's lives and property. At the same time it offers the reference for competent authorities for the development of emergency contingency plans and emergency evacuation.","PeriodicalId":112416,"journal":{"name":"2009 Fourth International Conference on Computer Sciences and Convergence Information Technology","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-11-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117320964","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As each node has various duties, a node's wrong performance leads to energy waste and its omission from the network structure. In this paper, thanks to sensors placement due to increasing of network lifetime, this paper introduces a vigorous algorithm to place sensors to cover maximum areas of network with the lowest cost. This suggested algorithm runs based on simulated annealing (SA) and it can work on networks in which sensors are organized randomly. Since this algorithm analyses sensors' status regularly it can be taken as a dynamic algorithm. The simulation results indicate that proposed algorithm can organize the best areas of networks with numerous sensors through the lowest possible processing, and it significantly enhances the network's lifetime. It also guarantees that during execution procedure, the most possible coverage occurs using the selected sensors.","PeriodicalId":112416,"journal":{"name":"2009 Fourth International Conference on Computer Sciences and Convergence Information Technology","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-11-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123712795","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper proposed to annotate Chinese subcategorization as a classification task by means of sequence kernel methods, which exploited the potential relations among the respective sentential constituents. Our final classification with word sequence kernel congregation and POS sequence kernel C-SVM achieved a very promising accuracy ratio of 92.36% on the testing set, which is 13.51% higher than the baseline performance of the existing Chinese SCF hypothesis generator.","PeriodicalId":112416,"journal":{"name":"2009 Fourth International Conference on Computer Sciences and Convergence Information Technology","volume":"17 8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-11-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123733394","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In addition, e-learning motivation has been mainly considered same as conventional learning motivation. But we propose that e-learning motivation is different than conventional learning. For e-learning motivation technology characteristic such effort expectancy must be incorporated. Moreover, there is no empirical proof of the role of students’ e-learning motivation on use and adoption of the e-learning system and vice versa in South American contexts. Thus the purpose of this research is to 1) empirically validate a modified UTAUT model, by adding “e-learning motivation” construct in a South American context, especially in the case of Peru 2). Try to figure out the role that e-learning motivation can play in the use and adoption of e-learning system vice versa. 3) In addition, we are considering “region” and “gender” as moderator in our model. Optical Burst Switching is an ultra high speed switching technology for optical fiber networks but has the data burst contention problem. In this paper, we introduce Virtual Path (VP) concept addressing burst contention resolutions in OBS networks. We propose two novel flow control schemes, named Static Inter Arrival Time Flow Control (S-IAT) and Dynamic Inter Arrival Time Flow Control (D-IAT). S-IAT keeps the data burst contention rat e in an acceptable level on OBS networks. Based on S-IAT, D-IAT achieves almost the same data burst contention rate and higher throughput than S-IAT by using the data burst loss rate threshold. We will show the availability of proposed schemes by computer simulations.","PeriodicalId":112416,"journal":{"name":"2009 Fourth International Conference on Computer Sciences and Convergence Information Technology","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-11-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126155516","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
