{"title":"التخصصات العلمية لممارسي العلاقات العامة وعلاقتها بإدراكهم لوظائفها العلمية","authors":"Dr. Ayman Abdallah Al-Nour Al-Nazier","doi":"10.52981/cs.v7i3.2675","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.52981/cs.v7i3.2675","url":null,"abstract":"جاءت هذه الدراسة بعنوان: التخصصات العلمية لممارسي العلاقات العامة وعلاقتها بإدراكهم لوظائفها العلمية، حيث تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة التي تصدت لها في معرفة مدى تأثير التخصص العلمي لممارسي العلاقات العامة على إدراكهم لوظائف العلاقات العامة وانعكاس ذلك على وظائفها التي يمارسونها بالفعل، وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى عدة أهداف منها: معرفة مدى تأثير التخصص العلمي لممارس العلاقات العامة على إدراكه لوظائفها العلمية، معرفة أكثر الوظائف ممارسة في العلاقات العامة بالمؤسسات المستهدفة، التعرف كذلك على الفروق لممارسي العلاقات العامة وفق متغيرات: نوع المؤسسة، الإدارة، سنوات الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي، مجال العمل، سنوات الخبرة، وقد سعت الدراسة للإجابة عن عدة تساؤلات، أهمها: ما طبيعة التخصصات العلمية التي ينتمي إليها ممارسو العلاقات العامة في المؤسسات المبحوثة؟ ما مدى إدراك ممارسي العلاقات العامة لوظائفها العلمية؟ ما أكثر الوظائف التي يتم ممارستها فعلياً في مجال العلاقات العامة بالمؤسسات المستهدفة؟ ما تأثير الجانب التنظيمي للعلاقات العامة على أداء وظائفها العلمية؟ وقد استخدم الباحث في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، واستخدم الاستبانة كأداة علمية، وقد خرجت الدراسة بجملة من النتائج، أهمها: كشفت الدراسة أن إدراك ممارسي العلاقات العامة لوظائفها العلمية ضعيف، حيث أنهم يدركون الوظائف التقليدية الهامشية لها، وأن إدراكهم لوظائفها المهمة الأخرى ضعيف، ثانياً: توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة طردية بين التخصصات العلمية لممارسي العلاقات العامة ومدى إدراكهم لوظائفها العلمية، فكلما كان الممارسون من تخصصات: العلاقات العامة، الإعلام، زاد إدراكهم بوظائف العلاقات العامة العلمية، وكلما كانت التخصصات العلمية لممارسي العلاقات العامة من غير هذه التخصصات قل إدراكهم بوظائفها العلمية، ثالثاً: كشفت الدراسة أن بعض الوظائف التي تمارسها إدارات أخرى هي في الواقع من صميم اختصاص العلاقات العامة، كما وضعت الدراسة كذلك جملة من التوصيات أهمها: استيعاب دراسي العلاقات العامة للعمل بها في المؤسسات حتى يتم ممارستها بشكل علمي سليم، جعل العلاقات العامة بالمؤسسات المبحوثة(إدارة) وأن يتبع الإعلام لها، تفعيل الوظائف الغائبة عن أرض الواقع في ممارسة العلاقات العامة، مثل: البحث، التخطيط، إنتاج المواد الإعلامية، الوظيفة الاستشارية للإدارة العليا..","PeriodicalId":111945,"journal":{"name":"علوم الاتصال","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115558597","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To use dialects and vernacular languages in the majority of electronic publishing, which represents a challenge to the Arabic language in the face of this type of publication by the researchers. The study found: \u0000The respondents’ commitment to electronic publishing daily. University professors – the study sample – unanimously agreed on their commitment to Standard Arabic in their academic electronic publication, and their failure to adhere to it in non-academic electronic publishing. Also, the online language (Frank Arabs) negatively affects the Arab identity, and helps in not promoting the use of the Arabic language. The Arabic language, and also the most important obstacles that prevent the use of Standard Arabic in electronic publishing, were represented in the inability of some professors to master speaking and writing in Classical Arabic. To achieve the objectives of the research, this study relied on the survey method (quantitative and qualitative) for a sample of (300) individuals and analyzed four models of the TV company's advertisements that were published during the month of Ramadan. The data was collected and analyzed, and one of the most important results of the study: Zain's interest in publishing awareness ads that call for peace and spread cohesion in society by raising social issues in a distinctive dramatic musical style that affects the beliefs and behavior of the Saudi public, and Zain's ads fought racism and extremism between Islam and Christianity. The study has arrived at a number of main conclusions. To sum up, there is a lack of media programmes about woman’s status in rural areas and that the existing programmes are only devoted to urban women. The analytical descriptive approach was used in analyzing the interactions, and the number of images reached (60) static images during the extended period (1/1 - 21/3/ 2021), each four images were distributed in each of the topics of the Yemeni reality, and the most prominent findings of the research : The images of the topics of prominent Yemeni feminist elites, Yemeni women in traditional costumes and actors are given priority by representations of the Yemeni reality, through iconic interactions, with a high rate of (32.21%), and through interaction by viewing, at a high rate of (30.20%), as these topics came In the forefront of positive representations through interaction with positive comments, and with them pictures of common folk dance topics (men, women), scholars and contemporary thinkers, poets and writers, with a percentage of (73.21%) of the high representations. It did not show any positive high representations in the images of political, economic, scientific, intellectual, literary, artistic and civilized subjects. The study dealt with the extent of the audience's interest for Sudanese Television channels, the types of programs that are most followed, the media services provided by the Sudanese National Television channel, and the satisfaction it may achieve in the field of news, discussions, and entertainment among the channel's audience. \u0000The study followed the analytical and descriptive statistical approach where several results concluded, the most important of which are: Sudanese National Televisions on the top of the viewers list favorites followed by Blue Nile channel and Sudanese 24 Channel. It also found that 53.2% of the study viewers’ samples prefers to follow News and political content programs. \u0000The study recommended the Sudanese National TV’s management providing an atmosphere to exercise true freedom, having more discussions through TV interviews while paying attention to content and presentation. It is also necessary to provide opportunities for the various political and cultural groups to present and discuss issues and allow them to contribute in finding solutions.
