This research has been developed by a questionnaire, taking a sample of professors from Abdel Hamid Ibn Badis University –Algeria. The study concluded; the majority of teaching staff use TIC in educational process permanently with a percentage reaches 73.52%, among the motives and reasons behind using TIC attributed to their scientific supervision towards students' researches and their guidance permanently with a percentage 44.11% , then , to respond to students' scientific concerns easily with a percentage 30.88% , then , with a meagre percentage reaches 23.52% refers to acquire the needed information to provide knowledge efficiently. It also turns out that the cognitive gratifications are the most gratifications achieved from the study sample's use of modern communication technology, therefore, we find that the content gratifications, are the ones that imposed themselves on the study sample. This study sought to identify the extent which Artificial Intelligence technology is used in the Arab television production environment and to measure its ability to deal with these technologies. Thorough and in-depth interviews in Saudi channel 1's AI technologies Abu Dhabi television, Saudi news channel, Algiers beur TV channel, Al-arbya channel, Alsharq Bloomberg channel, Dubai channel. \u0000The acquired findings revealed that the Arab media environment is equipped to enable AI technologies at the level of financial capacity to adopt technical capabilities to use, however, the empowerment of this technology at the actual level and in the near perspective seems to be somewhat unlikely. The researcher used the content analysis and statistical method, where a stratified sample of master's and doctoral theses were selected at Omdurman Islamic university, department of public relations and advertising. \u0000Based on the forgoing, the problem of the study is represented in (what is the real extent of the researcher's knowledge regarding the scientific base which the questionnaire built upon?).The findings of the study have proven that public relations researchers selected a sample to measure the validity of the tool depended on the validity of the arbitrators , they did not care enough about the validity of the concept , the validity of the factor , the validity of the set criterion and the correlative and productive validity. They also depended on the increasing number of options to measure the reliability of the questionnaire. Cornbrash's Alpha was adopted to measure the general validity, in measuring the validity of the content they depended on the arbitrator's agreement on the set paragraphs. Questionnaire has been distributed among 400 respondents, ranging in age from 20 years old to 40 . The study has conclusive findings: 29.3% of the respondents spent 1-2 hours per day using snap chat, according to their view point the value of helping other is ranked as the top priority moral value issue that is supposed to be circulated by snap chat application. With a percentage approaching 74.8% , social issues are viewed as most crucial issues to share among Saudi youth \u0000Via snap chat . The study identified numerous positive effects of snap chat use on strengthening social values. Prominent example here is the insistence of youth to check the content before sharing it with friends. On the other hand, there are some negative consequences on using snap chat, such as the inclination to practices that are religiously and morally forbidden. According to the study, there are statistically significant differences in the quantity and kind of Saudi youth who use snap chat application concerning moral values, based on age and academic qualification. The study emphasized the necessity of social censorship to control snap chat application's abuse. The research problem focuses on the lack of scientific method in dealing with organizational communicative skills. Moreover the study attempts to answer the following question: \u0000'What are organizational communicative skills?' \u0000Also the study aims to expose the role of organizational communicative skills and their genuine relationship with the efficiency and success of work. \u0000The study follows the descriptive survey method, and uses interview, observation and questionnaire as tools of data collection. \u0000Both theoretical and applied aspects of study reach to a number of results. \u0000The most important organizational communicative skills required in different media institutions' managers are organizational and coordination skills in business administration up to 85.7%, academic and personal skills up to 82.7%, communicative with writing and conversational skills along with spreading teamwork spirit up 80%, and technological and technical skills up to 74%. \u0000The study finds out that the most organizational communication type used is (meetings). Another finding by the study is that one of the problems of administrative communication is misunderstanding of information and distortion of communicative messages. The number of its respondents reaches 50, questionnaire and direct observation were employed to collect concerned data , the researcher has come out with some results , the most important is awareness of communicator which the study sample tackles, the governance concepts and principles , the targeted communicator should aware the importance of applying these principles to achieve quality institutional performance . \u0000The results showed that the principles of transparency came at the forefront of the principles of governance applied in the government media institutions Sharjah , the research topic , with percentage of 98.67% , followed by the principle of participation in the second rank , with a percentage of 94.67% followed by the principle of accountability in the third rank with percentage of 93.33% , then the principle of social responsibility in the fifth rank then the principle of integrity in the six last ranking . The results showed the existence of positive repercussions for the application of principles of governance on professional standards and the work environment in the media institutions , the sample of research. \u0000The researchers recommended the necessity of spreading the culture of governance among employees and communicators in government media institutions in the Emirate of Sharjah and make governance part of training programs for senior administrative leaders and employees in those institutions.
