The research based on descriptive method that describes, explains and analyze concepts, the researcher also has used the tool of observation. The most important findings are that Islamic heritage is rich with freedom of speech and expression, media discourse should be authenticated to address crises and dilemmas that humanity face. The psychological and educational preparation of the media contributes positively to the professional and functional application of the exercises of freedom of speech.
