Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memahami bagaimana factor-faktor ini saling berinteraksi dan mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel data penelitian sebanyak 87 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS. Adapun variable bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah : (1) Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah , (2) Manajerial Kepala Sekolah , dan (3) Kemampuan Teknologi Guru . Sedangkan yang menjadi variabel terikat adalah Kinerja Guru . Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi kepemimpinan dan manajerial kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMK. Sedangakn kemapuan teknologi guru tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Indonesia, dengan populasi sekitar 270 juta orang tersebar di 34 provinsi di seluruh kepulauan besar, tidak luput dari dampaknya. Pandemi ini memaksa guru untuk menghadapi tantangan adaptasi dan transformasi yang belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya, dengan pembelajaran daring menjadi solusi utama. Pembelajaran daring memungkinkan pengiriman materi instruksional dan kegiatan melalui alat digital, memberikan fleksibilitas dalam hal waktu dan tempat, meningkatkan komunikasi, dan mengurangi biaya. Namun, keberhasilan dalam pembelajaran daring sangat tergantung pada kemampuan peserta didik untuk mengambil inisiatif, mengelola waktu, dan beradaptasi dengan perubahan, sehingga menjadikan otonomi sebagai faktor kunci dalam kesuksesan pendidikan di masa pandemi ini. The subjects in this research were the Industrial Practice Coordinator and 148 students from the class of 2017 who had carried out industrial practice. The students who were used as respondents were taken using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection was taken through questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis in this research uses descriptive statistics and is presented in the form of tables and histograms. The research results show that: (1) There is a gap in the implementation of industrial practices in the informatics and computer engineering education study program for students class of 2017 in terms of the design/definition stage with an average total gap value of 0.75, which is in the very insignificant category. (2) There is a gap in the implementation of industrial practices in the informatics and computer engineering education study program for 2017 class students in terms of the implementation stage with an average total gap value of 0.48, which is in the very insignificant category. (3) There is a gap in the implementation of industrial practices in the informatics and computer engineering education study program for 2017 class students in terms of the process stage with an average total gap value of 0.69, which is in the very insignificant category. The technique of collecting observations during the learning process and tests given at the beginning and end of the cycle. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, the average score for cycle I was 1305 while the classical completeness reached 20 percent. And in cycle II obtained an average score of 1542.5 with classical completeness of 80 percent. The increase in students' English learning outcomes by using the Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) learning model is characterized by an increasing percentage of categories from the low category in cycle I to the high category in cycle II. Observation data shows an increase in student learning outcomes in learning English during learning. Namun, saat ini, pendidikan dihadapkan pada beragam permasalahan yang kompleks dan memerlukan perhatian serius. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran komprehensif tentang peta permasalahan pendidikan abad 21, dari berbagai aspek yang mempengaruhinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni literatur review dengan mengkaji beberapa artikel dan buku yang relevan dengan topik. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa terdapat empat permasalahan besar dalam pendidikan abad 21, yakni: permasalahan infrastruktur pendidikan, tantangan kualitas dan relevansi kurikulum, permasalahan tenaga pengajar, dan tantangan dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh. This research was conducted at UIN Alauddin Makassar. The research subjects were six students Department of English Education class of 2017 PBI 1.2. The method used in this research is qualitative research using a case study design. Instruments used to collect the data is an interview guide to explore sources of self-efficacy. Interview data were analyzed based on data analysis procedures consisting of compaction data, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/ verification data. The results of the study show that students who have a high grade point average have efficacy high self-esteem, seen from his confidence in answering questions and seen from the source of self-efficacy students who have a high grade point average have high self-efficacy in experience and mastery physiological state. Students who have a moderate grade point average have high self-efficacy because they have High confidence in answering questions. and seen from the source of student self-efficacy having a moderate achievement index has high self-efficacy in representative experiences and circumstances physique. Students who have a low grade point average have low self-efficacy because they have no sense High confidence in their ability to answer questions. So, students who have low achievement index has low self-efficacy in mastery of experience and physical condition.Based on these findings, the researcher recommends that it is important for students to identify their self-efficacy because self-efficacy is very important for students to deal with problems in academics College. Dalam rangka mengembangkan moda perkuliahan blended, diperlukan persepsi mahasiswa sebagai masukan dalam pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi mahasiswa Indonesia terhadap perkuliahan blended. Sebanyak 915 mahasiswa yang berasal dari seluruh Indonesia berpartisipasi dengan mengisi kuesioner digital. Kuesioner untuk mengukur persepsi mahasiswa terhadap perkuliahan blended diukur menggunakan bentuk ringkas dari Perceptions of the Blended Learning Environment Questionnaire (PBLEQ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa menganggap integrasi perkuliahan tatap muka dan daring sudah baik, begitu pula dengan kontribusi dan partisipasi mahasiswa dalam perkuliahan blended. Hasil berbeda ditunjukkan oleh faktor beban kerja yang berada dalam skala kurang baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keterlibatan aktif mahasiswa dalam model flipped classroom. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Semua mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Informatika & Komputer merupakan populasi penelitian. Dengan teknik sampling probabilitas diperoleh sampel sebanyak 38 orang mahasiswa. Penelitian ini diperoleh dari kumpulan hasil pengisian kuisioner online yang diisi oleh mahasiswa. Sedangkan pada tahap analisis data dilakukan analisis deskriptif. Bahwa keaktifan mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Informatika & Komputer Universitas Negeri Makassar dalam model pembelajaran flipped classroom dapat dikatakan baik dengan rata-rata 2.8775 dan persentase 2.8775%. Desain penelitian yang dilakukan dengan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan model pengambilan data jenis kuesioner online (google form) terhadap mahasiswa aktif pada masa pandemi dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 67% mahasiswa mengetahui dan mampu menggunakan pembelajaran online, 51% mahasiswa mendukung pelaksanaan pembelajaran online, dan 37% mahasiswa menyatakan puas dengan pembelajaran online. Hasil data secara general, menunjukkan analisis bahwa persepsi e-learning dengan kepuasan belajar mahasiswa pada masa pandemi menyatakan berguna, dan dapat meningkatkan motivasi, memudahkan dan mengambil materi pembelajaran, serta dapat membantu kesiapan dalam pembelajaran online. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan oleh peneliti dapat diambil sebuah kesimpulan bahwa mahasiswa memiliki komitmen tinggi dalam hal pembelajaran jarak jauh atau online di masa pandemi.
