Radionov","doi":"10.33405/2078-7480/2023/3/86/287129","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33405/2078-7480/2023/3/86/287129","url":null,"abstract":"The process of performing a firing task is detailed and, based on the conducted research, the dependences between the contrast of the target on a conditionally homogeneous background and the probability of performing the firing task are determined and given. he contrast of the target (target) with the background in the range from 1 to 0,5 has almost no effect on the object detection time and is up to 2 seconds. Targets painted in such a contrast to the background can be used for military personnel in the first months of service, training in target reconnaissance and during preparatory firing exercises. Using contrast on the background in the range from 0,5 to 0,2 significantly increases the time to detect the target, and leads to its almost complete invisibility. Such a contrast is advisable to be used during shooting exercises by experienced shooters and for use at short distances. For a specified (previously established or constant) time to perform the exercise, the contrast of the target with the background should not be lower than 0,4. Otherwise, it is impractical to set a clear time for target detection and, accordingly, for the execution of the shooting exercise. The conducted calculations and studies also indicate a decrease in the probability of target detection depending on the contrast on a conditionally homogeneous background, the range to the target, the observation sector and the shooter's personal experience. For further stages of training with the aim of gradually acquiring the skills of performing fire tasks, there is a need to develop a scientific and methodological apparatus for determining the conditions of the exercise, taking into account the current level of training of the shooter. It is emphasized that a background for international recognition that Ukraine is consistent in its actions to restore territorial integrity that was violated as a result of neglect by the Russian Federation of its international obligations, is a number of legal acts that have been adopted in 2014 and that define the organizational, normative and legal principles of de-occupation and reintegration of the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol. Legal relations that are the subject of regulation of deoccupation and reintegration of the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol are regulated by the Constitution of Ukraine, laws of Ukraine, in particular \"On Ensuring the Citizen's Rights and Freedoms and the Legal Regime on the Temporarily Occupied Territory of Ukraine\", \"On The Administration Of Justice And Criminal Proceedings In Connection With The Conduct Of The Anti-terrorist Operation\", \"On Temporary Measures for the Anti-Terrorist Operation Period\", \"On Ensuring Rights And Freedoms Of Internally Displaced Persons\", \"On Military-Civilian Administrations\", \"On The Peculiarities Of State Policy To Ensure The State Sovereignty Of Ukraine On The Temporarily Occupied Territories In The Donetsk And Luhansk Regions\", etc., by international treaties, the consent of which was given by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to be binding. It was concluded that the activity of the occupying forces and occupation administrations of Russia directly contradicts the norms of international law, is illegal, and any act issued in connection with such activity is invalid and does not create any legal consequences. Normative and legal acts of the aggressor state that are related to temporary occupation, normative and legal acts of the occupying forces and occupation administrations of Russia are null and void and do not create any legal consequences. A comparative analysis of the capabilities of the Motorola DP4800 and Harris RF-7800S-TR radio stations was carried out in providing control over the deployment of the mobile communication center of the auxiliary control point of the territorial control of the National Guard of Ukraine. Proposed recommendations for the implementation of the topology of the Harris RF-7800S-TR radio station programming file for the management of the process of deploying a field communication node on one operating frequency with the separation of all radio networks and ensuring their simultaneous operation independently of each other and with access only to the appropriate management levels. The research results make it possible to develop an innovative frequency plan for the deployment control system of the auxiliary control point field communication node. At the same time, all radio stations operate on the same frequency, using different positions of the radio station channel switch. Separation of radio networks is temporary, and access to radio networks is carried out using various tangents, the functions of which are programmed in advance. Russia has demonstrated that such seemingly wild actions for the modern civilized world as the seizure of territories, the destruction of cities, attempts to destroy the statehood and self-consciousness of nations will remain relevant as long as autocratic regimes exist and there are no effective international mechanisms that would make any armed aggression impossible. Consequently, the issue of protecting territories and infrastructure in the face of large-scale aggression using the entire list of available types of means of armed struggle will, unfortunately, be relevant in the near future. The article analyzes the recent massive attacks on infrastructure facilities and modern technologies of air defense weapons. As a result of the analysis, possible directions for improving the protection of critical infrastructure facilities were proposed, the main of which is the use of a wide range of systems and complexes of very short-range weapons. In course of time, under the action of both external and internal factors, properties of standards of armament and military technique change in a worst side, that, accordingly, results in worsening of their tactical – technique descriptions. Now there is not general methodology on prognostication of the real state of standards of armament and military technique for realization of previous (future) verification m/p. However, the use of the known theories of reliability and probability allows beforehand to conduct the calculations of the real state of standards of armament and military technique. Thus, application of requirements of Instruction on verification and estimation of the state of armament and military technique in Military Powers of Ukraine also allows beforehand to define the estimation of future verification m/p on the real state of standards of armament and military technique. Consequently, in the article prognostication of the state of standards of armament m/p before future verification and probability of receipt is considered m/p of corresponding estimation for the state of standards of armament for future verification. On the basis of the obtained data about the actual state of standards of armament m/p in the moment of prognostication, that expressed through the coefficient of readiness of standards of armament, calculations are conducted: general estimation of readiness of standards of armament to implementation of tasks on purpose, estimations of middle and most credible amount of standards of armament m/p at any moment to time, that are in a complete alertness, probability of good condition the determined amount of standards of armament, probabilities of receipt m/p on the state the standards of armament of positive (negative) estimation during verification. Methodology of prognostication of the state of standards of armament is offered m/p before future final verification that allows to define a positive (negative) estimation m/p on the real state of standards of armament.
