Mogylevska","doi":"10.33405/2078-7480/2022/4/83/272338","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33405/2078-7480/2022/4/83/272338","url":null,"abstract":"The introduction NATO standards into the components security and defense sector is one of the priority tasks for our country on the way to the Alliance. This topic remains relevant for more than one year. One of these standards is taking into account the specifics of military servicemenʼs diet, including vegetarian servicemen. There are a significant number of servicemen in National Guard of Ukraine units and other military formations who do not consume meat and animal products. The main reasons for this are: ethical views; theism and observance of certain fasts; various disorders of the body (restricted ability of the body to absorb lactose, periodic problems with digestion), etc. With the start of a full-scale war in 2022, Ukrainian volunteers covered the most diverse needs of the army. It was not an exception to meet the needs of some servicemen in National Guard of Ukraine and other military formations in vegetarian dry rations. Being a military serviceman, a person has certain limitations in the choice of food, since in many situations it depends on what exactly the state provides him with (the difficulty or complete lack of opportunities to buy food and prepare it independently plays a role). The introduction of additional ones to the existing dry rations, which can take into account these features, can solve this problem, in particular, in the absence of a \"kitchen\", namely in the areas of direct performance of tasks. The lack of plant-based meals causes many military personnel to abandon their ethical principles and, as a result, suffer health problems due to a forced and drastic change in diet after years of veganism. Thus, taking into account the experience of the worldʼs leading armies can fundamentally improve the organization of food supply in terms taking into account certain needs of military personnel. Also, it should be understood that the introduction of vegetable dry rations is not a change in the nutrition itself in the National Guard of Ukraine, but only its addition and expansion.","PeriodicalId":110341,"journal":{"name":"The scientific journal of the National Academy of National Guard \"Honor and Law\"","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132827449","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The available military equipment used by the ground forces of the Russian Armed Forces shows that tanks and armored combat vehicles remain their main models. They are characterized by increased cross-country ability, maneuverability, ability to move in any season, fire at night and over long distances, overcome water obstacles, have increased protection, a fire control system, powerful weapons, the ability to transport troops, the necessary autonomy to perform certain tasks, etc. The military intelligence units solve complex intelligence tasks, which are achieved by its early organization, directing the efforts of all types of intelligence to the most important tasks, determining intelligence by the established deadline, thoroughly studying, comparing and further verifying it, and, if necessary, conducting additional intelligence, highly trained personnel, as well as using the most advanced intelligence methods and means. All of this requires the widespread introduction of new technical intelligence means into the troops. And the complexity of solving intelligence tasks, the need for effective use of technical intelligence means, in turn, requires highly professional skills of intelligence officers. The problems of equipping units of the Armed Forces and other military formations of the security and defense sector are caused by the fact that a significant number of available weapons and military equipment have long service lives, are morally and physically outdated and require appropriate modernization or replacement with new models. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and trends in the development of modern models of anti-tank missile systems, taking into account the practical experience gained by the troops during the Joint Forces Operation and combat operations to repel armed aggression, the article considers the problematic issues of increasing the combat capabilities of military intelligence units.","PeriodicalId":110341,"journal":{"name":"The scientific journal of the National Academy of National Guard \"Honor and Law\"","volume":"55 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133400399","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An analysis of modern scientific intelligence was carried out regarding the substantiation of the concepts and features of the organizational and tactical principles of the joint execution of official and combat tasks in the fight against smuggling by the security forces, judicial and law enforcement agencies of Ukraine. It has been established that the existing scientific works reveal the regulatory, legal and organizational aspects of the service and combat activities of the law enforcement forces, however, the issue of substantiating the concepts, principles and features of the organizational and tactical principles of joint implementation by the security forces, judicial and law enforcement agencies of Ukraine on an official basis is still not sufficiently developed ‒ combat missions to combat smuggling. It was determined that the analysis of the regulatory and legal framework of Ukraine and the research of the scientific community shows that there is currently insufficient regulatory definition of categorical concepts, such as «type», «form» and «method» of service and combat activity of security forces, judicial and law enforcement agencies of Ukraine. The development of the organizational and tactical forces of the security, judicial and law enforcement agencies of Ukraine during the performance of official and combat tasks to combat smuggling consists in the further development of such a type of official and combat combat activity as special actions, of such a form as a special operation based on the improvement of compatible methods of official ‒ combat activity during the organization of search-and-strike, isolation-restriction, and defense-security operations. It has been proven that in the future it is appropriate to carry out new research on the improvement of existing types of service-combat activity, as well as forms and methods of performance of service-combat tasks in the field of combating smuggling.","PeriodicalId":110341,"journal":{"name":"The scientific journal of the National Academy of National Guard \"Honor and Law\"","volume":"20 6","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"113977175","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Mainly according to all social indicators of civilizational development, Ukraine continues to be on a dangerous border. Domestic scientists and practitioners believe that overcoming the systemic crisis in Ukraine is possible through the reformatting of society. Successful modernization is the basis of the dynamic and democratic progress of the state. Such a situation necessitates the revision of goals, adjustment and clarification of social development priorities, the need to form new, modern approaches to ensuring social security and, above all, social protection of the population. The purpose of the study was to analyse the content of modelling in the security and defence sector for Ukrainian society. The infrastructure of socio-economic and military potential of Ukraine, the aging of material and technical equipment in almost all spheres of society, as well as physical and geographical features of Ukraine pose a potential threat of unforeseen occurrence and increase in large-scale disasters with significant human casualties. The article analyses the problem of applying the method of modelling the operational and service activities of the border detachment in the conditions of a man-made situation during a special period. The study revealed the following: modelling is an advanced method of optimizing the operational and service activities of the border detachment in peacetime and wartime, the essence of the concepts of modelling and emergency. The content analysed above of the simulation of the operational-service activity of the border detachment in the conditions of a man-made emergency in a special period allows to ensure a high level of border security and the quality of operational-service activity at a professional level that meets the demands of modern society. Prospects for further scientific research may be as follows: analysis of foreign experience in the use of modelling technology in the activities of security and defence sector formations in the conditions of a man-made emergency, analysis of the effectiveness of the designed models of operational and service activities of the border detachment in the conditions of a man-made emergency.","PeriodicalId":110341,"journal":{"name":"The scientific journal of the National Academy of National Guard \"Honor and Law\"","volume":"69 6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129087134","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main factor affecting civil-military cooperation activities at the current stage of repelling armed aggression by the Russian Federation is determined. The main directions on the organization of civil-military cooperation were determined, on which efforts had to be focused. Brief conclusions on the assessment of the results of civil-military cooperation of the Armed Forces and the National Guard of Ukraine are given. Prospective directions for concentrating the efforts of specialists in civil-military activities of the National Guard of Ukraine, taking into account the specifics of the assigned tasks, are proposed for consideration. Problems of building and improving the system of civil-military cooperation in the security and defense forces of Ukraine are periodically highlighted in various scientific sources, which indicate the relevance of this direction of military activity. At the same time, the procedure for involving units of the civil-military cooperation of National Guard of Ukraine and the tactics of their actions directly during the implementation of tasks for the settlement of armed conflicts are not determined by the governing documents. The development of the theory of the use of civil-military cooperation units and their spesialists directly depends on taking into account modern realities on the battlefield. Therefore it is necessary to conduct a periodic analysis of the activity of the civil-military cooperation units and its effectiveness and impact on the civilian environment.","PeriodicalId":110341,"journal":{"name":"The scientific journal of the National Academy of National Guard \"Honor and Law\"","volume":"252 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117302404","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
