Dyptan","doi":"10.33405/2078-7480/2022/3/82/267192","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33405/2078-7480/2022/3/82/267192","url":null,"abstract":"The modern stage of the functioning of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, like many other countries of the world, is characterized by the presence of a significant number of aviation means of attack in their armament and military equipment, the resource indicators of which have been exhausted or are at the stage of completion. At the same time, the vast majority of them were developed and manufactured in the Soviet Union, after the collapse of which their developers and manufacturers were abroad, mainly in the Russian Federation. As a result, copyright supervision on the territory of Ukraine ceased to be carried out at the end of 1991, and the system of ensuring serviceability actually ceased to exist. This led to the fact that aviation means of destruction gradually exhausted not only the warranty, but also the designated resource indicators (service terms, storage terms), as a result of which their further operation should be stopped, first of all, for safety reasons. At the same time, after the large-scale aggression of the Russian Federation, Ukraine received military and technical assistance from foreign partner countries, including aviation weapons, which must be stored, maintained and restored in case of malfunction. Thus, the current situation requires a well-founded decision to provide the Armed Forces of Ukraine with serviceable aviation means of attack. At the same time, the issue of maintaining the serviceability of aviation means of destruction and their restoration comes to the fore. The article describes a mathematical model of the process of operation (storage) of aviation weapons containing an electromechanical basis, with the application of the diffusion-nonmonotonic law of distribution at the \"use\" and \"maintenance\" stages of the life cycle. At the same time, to describe the processes taking place in the mathematical model, a semi-Markov random process is used, and the coefficient of technical use is chosen as a criterion for the efficiency of the technical operation of aviation weapons. The dependence of the coefficient of technical use on the scale and form of the diffusion-nonmonotonic distribution law, the periodicity of technical maintenance, the reliability of control, and the duration of the restoration of the failed product was established.","PeriodicalId":110341,"journal":{"name":"The scientific journal of the National Academy of National Guard \"Honor and Law\"","volume":"342 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123514861","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An analysis of modern methods of technical diagnosing of the bores of firearms was carried out, and the contradiction between their capabilities and the growing needs of practice was determined. The need to create a diagnostic method and tool that would ensure obtaining a detailed image of the inner surface of the bore and identifying both the type of defect and the degree of its manifestation is substantiated. The detailed image of the inner surface of the bore should be presented in the form of a data array containing the spatial coordinates of the points on its inner surface and the corresponding values of the radius of the bore. It is shown that it is most expedient to diagnose the bore using the laser triangulation method, which makes it possible to determine their geometric characteristics and create tables of coordinates of surface points in a cylindrical coordinate system with a given step. The number of points at which measurements are made in each of the sections is chosen depending on the purpose of the research and the requirements for detailing the technical condition of the surface of the bore. The general principle of measurement based on the application of the triangulation method of determining distances to the controlled surface of the object, as well as the structure of the sensor and the features of its integration with the measuring probe and the positioning module, are considered. An approach to determining the required amount of measurement information and the number of control points is proposed. The method of grouping the measurement results into the given options for their presentation for the next analysis is defined.","PeriodicalId":110341,"journal":{"name":"The scientific journal of the National Academy of National Guard \"Honor and Law\"","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123977240","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Quite often, sergeants are more experienced than their immediate commanders ‒ junior officers. The reform of the sergeant's staff contributed to the formation in the minds of servicemen of the image of a sergeant as close as possible to the requirements of NATO, intensive participation in military operations and their provision put forward the requirements for the sergeant's reliability ‒ his ability to perform the task under any conditions, his loyalty to his comrades in arms ‒ to the leading positions and the Motherland. However, servicemen who perform tasks in the zone of direct combat conflict rate more highly the necessary characteristics of a sergeant, which ensure effective teamwork. In support units, sergeants are expected to have the most human-centered approach to personnel. The results of the study of the perception of the image of an effective sergeant in combat units and support units of the National Guard of Ukraine are presented. Reasoned groups of characteristics that determine the effectiveness of sergeants, as assessed by servicemen with intensive combat experience and rear support experience. It is proved that the structure of the characteristics of the sergeants of combat units and rear support units of the National Guard of Ukraine has similar features that allow us to describe them as effective managers who are able to organize the work of the unit and achieve the set goals in the existing circumstances, taking into account the characteristics of each of their subordinates and the available resources for their motivation. However, it is expected from the sergeants of combat units that they will be able to activate, so to speak, the \"zone of immediate development\", contribute to raising the level of training of subordinates to a qualitatively new level, and as motivation they will use not only personal needs, but also stimulators belonging to to semantic regulation, go beyond the boundaries of an individual personality.","PeriodicalId":110341,"journal":{"name":"The scientific journal of the National Academy of National Guard \"Honor and Law\"","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129753486","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The scientific and methodological foundations of the formation of the architecture of the information-analytical system for maintaining and making decisions on the use of the National Guard of Ukraine during the escorting of special cargoes are proposed. The option of applying recursive reduction in the process of forming the architecture of the information-analytical system for maintaining and making decisions for use during the escorting of special cargoes is given. The ontological model of the processes of escorting special cargo by the forces of the National Guard of Ukraine is considered. It was established that the structure of this ontological model includes informational and functional components (models). The information component (model) is used to present and describe information flows, data structures, and software modules in the software system. The functional component (model) is used to present interaction processes, relationships and dependencies of software modules, as well as for a detailed description of the components of the information and analytical system. The essence is revealed and the main stages of the method of forming the architecture of the information and analytical system for maintaining and making decisions for the use of the National Guard of Ukraine during the escorting of special cargoes are given. It was determined that the considered method of forming the architecture of the information-analytical system involves the implementation of such main stages as: structuring of input information (in the form of text) using recursive reduction, building an ontology and ontological model of the processes of escorting special cargo by the forces of the National Guard of Ukraine, and forming the architecture of the researched information- analytical system.","PeriodicalId":110341,"journal":{"name":"The scientific journal of the National Academy of National Guard \"Honor and Law\"","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131481750","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
