Indian English literature has been making great strides during the last few decades thereby attracting the international attention. In fact, the post-independence period in the history of Indian English writing is generally equated with the modern period. It must be said in the light of all considerations that the post-independence Indo-English prose and poetry has characteristics which make it distinctive and different from the writing of the earlier period. The post-1947 era, that is the period after India gained independence, is marked by the country‘s search for her own identity as a new-born nation in the modern world. This article focuses on the spread of the city of Yaoundé towards the eastern periphery and the changes over agricultural and forest areas, and has enables us to analyze the impact of urban growth on agricultural and forest areas. The methodology used consisted firstly of documentary research, then the acquisition of satellite images and the administration of a questionnaire to 50 households. The results show a trend in the evolution of the city of Yaoundé towards its Eastern periphery from 2001 to 2018 as well as changes in agricultural and forest areas as a result of the city's pressure. They also show that agricultural land is spreading, reinforcing the role of peri-urban agriculture in food supply to the town of Yaoundé. Finally, the results call upon public policies with the aim of the sustainable management of peri-urban areas.

This meeting was held in Lezha on December 9, 1918, organized by Catholic clerics and the mayor of Mirdita Bayribs, Preng Bib Doda as a movement, which included only North Albania, had not found extensive support. Another attempt was that of the city of Tirana, which took place on December 19-20, in which only representatives from some parts of Central Albania participated. These political movements gradually fused to the Durrës Congress, the organizers of the who had previously received Italy's political approval. \u0000The Durrës Congress opened on 25 December 1918 with the participation of 53 delegates, who were accompanied by the mandate of the province they represented, although these provinces were under the control of the Italian army. But delegates from the city of Vlora did not attend the congress because the Italian authorities had received instructions from Rome not to be allowed to be delegates from this city. The representatives of the provinces under the Serbian occupation, Peshkopia and Luma, and even those who were under French occupation, such as the city of Korca, were also missing. The delegates initially expressed political trust in the winners of the war, associating this with a special greeting against President Wilson, who had declared the principles of the selfdetermination of peoples. \u0000The Congress also discussed about the policy that should be followed in relations with Italy and the possibility of supporting it, which, from a strategic point of view, could have an interest in supporting Albania's territorial requirements. Through archival sources, it emerges that the most prominent politician of the Albanians, Mehmet Konica, at the Durrës Congress, had presented the Italian proposal for the formation of an "Enforcement Committee", which would try to send an Albanian delegation to the Peace Conference and acted to ensure the national and political life of the Albanian people. But, in turn, the sources reflect the political will of another part of the decalogue, which they expressed, for the creation of a provisional government, which should politically accept Roma as well. The over 2000 languages in the continent carry with them indigenous knowledge that has kept its speakers going over the centuries. The focus on the continent has been on the negative history, slave trade, colonisation, and neo-colonisation. It is time we lay emphasis on the vestiges of its glorious civilization. We need to salvage and revitalize it through mother tongue literacy. \u0000As far as indigenous knowledge is concerned, each language community has useful indigenous knowledge that has been handed over the ages. This is embedded in the language and culture. We need to write it the way it was handed down to us before looking for the translations into other languages. A translation from English, French and other languages into our mother-tongues will as well bring in external knowledge for the development of our communities. We therefore need more linguistics and applied linguistics research to bring out the orthographies and grammars of our mother-tongues to facilitate this process. \u0000An educational system built on its languages and cultures which exploits them to give confidence and hope to its students is what this book proposes. Its products will be proud to be Africans and hence think Africa first, Cameroon first. This system of education requires a bold volte-face; a return to our national languages as languages of instruction, especially in the rural areas. Provision should be given for African children especially at the basic level to learn how to read and write through their mother-tongues. They should be able to discover the sciences, technologies, cultures, histories, ethics, and norms of their communities through their mother tongues.

This is expressed through the "institution" of the wall, which is perfected in a certain historical context, found in the Ballad of Dukagjini, introducing a new element: the woman seems aware of her mission, and at the same time she knows that as the face of the walling institution, which is shown through its dialogue with the builders of the castle. The feminine deenization, in the construction of the castle, is treated not merely as symbolic of the violent resistance, but above all as a symbolic of institutional resistance, to build where the Albanian family will be born and develop, there is also the residence of the state. The main motive of the ballad "Sister and brother" is the "incest ban" analyzed not as episodic events of society but as a public phenomenon and as a social concern and phenomenon that has disturbed in certain historical circumstances the Albanian family and society, in the legend of this ballad, we may have to do with ancient subtypes that remember the difference between horizontal marriages and those within a womb.

India is one of the largest milk producers of the world since 1997. Now-a-days, dairy farming financed by microfinance and Self-Help Groups (SHG) has become a ladder for the poor to break out from the state of impoverishment and also give them a boost to feel secure, socially and psychologically. Even the landless labourers and households can rear a couple of animals where the facilities for collection of milk as well as veterinary facilities are available. For the villagers today’s diary is both a healthy and wealthy occupation. Small diary of two high yielding cows has become an attractive economic proposition for the SHG members, particularly women. Women with queuing in front of the society to supply milk in the early morning are a familiar scene in the rural areas today. The moment village women think about self-employment, the first business idea comes to her memory is a diary. Dairy farming is an ecofriendly business and can be easily ventured into and is capital light and quick yielding also. Field study experience identified a few of the successful women members who involved completely in SHG movement and graduated as women entrepreneurs in dairy farming and empowered both economically and socially. In a male dominated society, women have always been underestimated and discriminated in all spheres of life. The paper concludes that women development and empowerment to a great extent depends upon the economic empowerment of women and microfinance through dairy farming can prove to be a very powerful self-employment venture for women empowerment in the times to come.
