The power he held was so broad that it covered Central Asia and the Middle East – stretching from Anatolia to Punjab in southern Asia. The Great Salajiqoh Empire, which began to take power in the 11th to 14th centuries, was founded by the Turkic Oghuz tribe who embraced Islam. These devices constitute and form an integral unit and integrity in a system of state government including viziers, qadi, tax officials, close friends, intelligence, military. The author finds that in Islamic law there are differences of opinion on how to refer to a wife who is referred after the fall of a raj'i divorce (one or two divorces). In the Hanafi Madzhab, the view is that referral is valid if the wife is in the iddah period, whether the referral is by saying sorih (clearly) without intention or in the form of kinayah (innuendo) must be with intention and it is also valid to refer to the wife with actions such as intercourse with intention or not, The Hambali Madzhab is of the view that reconciliation is valid if the wife is still in the iddah period, whether or not he reconciles her with words of sorih (clear) without or with words of kinayah (innuendo) because reconciliation is the cause of making intercourse permissible.","PeriodicalId":109805,"journal":{"name":"Al-Jadwa: Jurnal Studi Islam","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131216328","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research is a type of library research, which involves reading, studying and analyzing various relevant literature. keeping containers of gold and silver is haram, and can be understood as a step taken to avoid the potential for excessive use, waste of property, or even the impression of arrogance that can arise from the use of these luxury items. However, al Imrani argued that there was no prohibition against keeping containers or cutlery made of gold. According to him, keeping valuable cutlery, such as those made of gold and silver, is permitted because it has economic value which can assist in the development of one's wealth. In the Ushul Fiqh Science Discipline, the prohibition of the use of storing containers made of gold and silver is carried out using the sadd al-żari'ah approach, namely deciding the path of damage. Imam Ibn al-Qasim outlines his views on the use of vessels involving gold or silver coating. There is a parallel in thought between Sufism and modern physics, where Sufism is based on direct understanding into the natural world of reality and modern physics is based on on observations of natural phenomena and scientific experiments which are interpreted and communicated through words which will become too abstract when close to reality which causes awareness of facts. Sufism has very many values in modern physics, but this may be unnoticed by the Muslim community. Whereas in Sufism which takes the verses of the Qur'an there are many things that are actually in modern physics quantized in the form of formulas, which we can take as the rationality of the highest existence of the Creator (Allah Subhaanahu Wa Ta'ala). so that modern physics can be used as an analysis of the verses of the Qur'an in demonstrating the essence of spirituality. In its transmission, the hadith qudsi was verbalized by the Prophet Muhammad, in contrast to the Qur'an, which must be conveyed according to what was received. Hadith qudsi is different from hadith in general because the hadith qudsi is based on Allah. This is because the messages contained in the hadith qudsi contain Allah's sciences which were previously unknown to humans, then conveyed to the Prophet as an explanation of the Qur'an as well as dharuriyat sciences. As Nabiyyi> al-ummiyyi (the deaf illiterate Prophet), the question will arise about the process of transmission from Gabriel to the Prophet Muhammad. Therefore an analysis was carried out using the Library Research method, to answer this problem. With this method, three ways can be found that the Prophet used in narrating hadith qudsi, namely through the intermediary of Jibril by memorizing all the messages conveyed by Gabriel, then understanding with all his intelligence (fatanah). In addition, Jibril also breathed knowledge into the heart of the Prophet, so in this case the Prophet narrated knowledge according to his own meaning which had been guaranteed by Allah to be true.","PeriodicalId":109805,"journal":{"name":"Al-Jadwa: Jurnal Studi Islam","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116812859","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
