The availability of transportation services, including land transportation, affects the mobility of people who make these trips. Opportunities to work that provide better income are an important factor for someone to migrate, especially for groups of people of productive age. The purpose of this study is to identify labor mobility patterns. The results obtained can enrich knowledge about labor mobility in Indonesia. This study shows that roundtrip mobility and circular mobility are the travel patterns that are mostly chosen by workers in metropolitan areas, using road and rail transportation modes. Ketersediaan layanan transportasi, termasuk transportasi darat, memengaruhi mobilitas manusia yang melakukan perjalanan tersebut. Kesempatan untuk bekerja yang memberikan penghasilan yang lebih baik menjadi faktor penting bagi seseorang untuk bermigrasi, terutama bagi kelompok masyarakat dengan usia produktif. Tujuan studi ini adalah mengidentifikasi pola mobilitas tenaga pekerja. Hasil yang diperoleh dapat memperkaya pengetahuan tentang mobilitas tenaga kerja di Indonesia. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa mobilitas ulang-alik dan mobilitas sirkuler merupakan pola perjalanan yang banyak dipilih oleh pekerja di daerah metropolitan, dengan menggunakan moda transportasi jalan dan moda transportasi rel. Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) is currently an alternative to replace conventional visual inspections. This study aims to determine trends in the use of Structural Health Monitoring on bridges, including cost factors and challenges faced, so that they can be considered and referenced in the installation of Structural Health Monitoring on bridges in the future. This study uses biblio-metric analysis methods and literature review. Bibliometric analysis was carried out to determine the type of bridge, the method of Structural Health Monitoring, the type of sensor, and the part that the sensor was installed on, so that the trend of Structural Health Monitoring installation could be observed. A literature review was carried out on the challenges that occurred and the cost factors that were considered and their potential in the future. This research shows that the method of Structural Health Monitoring is still evolving and that new technologies have been used to overcome various challenges, including the cost factor. Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) saat ini menjadi alternatif untuk menggantikan inspeksi visual yang bersifat konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tren penggunaan Structural Health Monitoring pada jembatan, termasuk faktor biaya dan tantangan yang dihadapi, sehingga dapat menjadi pertimbangan dan acuan dalam pemasangan Structural Health Monitoring pada jembatan di masa mendatang. Studi ini menggunakan metode analisis bibliometrik dan tinjauan literatur. Analisis bibliometrik dilakukan untuk mengetahui jenis jembatan, metode Structural Health Monitoring, jenis sensor, dan bagian yang dipasang sensor, sehingga tren pemasangan Struc-tural Health Monitoring dapat diamati. Tinjauan literatur dilakukan pada tantangan yang terjadi dan faktor biaya yang menjadi pertimbangan serta potensinya di masa mendatang. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode Structural Health Monitoring masih terus berkembang dan berbagai teknologi baru telah digunakan untuk mengatasi berbagai tantangan, termasuk faktor biaya. Good business strategy planning needs to be a concern for coal mining business owners, so that production targets can be met. This study aims to be able to provide recommendations for travel scenarios for coal hauling trucks in South Kalimantan. These recommendations are designed by considering the results of the analysis of travel time and truck speed for each coal transportation activity, which is obtained from the implementation of a fleet management system using a Smart GPS Tracker tool mounted on a transport truck. This study shows that the total duration of one cycle of coal hauling trip, which is currently around 6 hours, can be shortened by around 35%, which means that coal hauling productivity can be increased. \u0000 \u0000Keywords: coal mine; coal hauling trucks; Smart GPS Tracker; fleet management \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000 \u0000Kalimantan Selatan merupakan salah satu eksportir batu bara terbesar di Indonesia, yang setiap tahun mengalami peningkatan permintaan. Perencanaan strategi bisnis yang baik perlu mendapat perhatian bagi para pemilik bisnis tambang batu bara, agar target produksi dapat terpenuhi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat memberikan rekomendasi skenario perjalanan untuk truk pengangkut batu bara di Kalimantan Selatan. Reko-mendasi tersebut dirancang dengan mempertimbangkan hasil analisis terhadap waktu tempuh serta kecepatan truk pada setiap kegiatan pengangkutan batu bara, yang didapat dari penerapan sistem manajemen armada menggunakan alat Smart GPS Tracker yang dipasang pada truk pengangkut. In addition to improving the quality of the environment, this plastic waste is expected to increase the skid resistance of the road pavement surface, so that in the end the level of traffic safety can also increase. This study aims to examine the use Low-Density Polyethylene film plastic waste, as an additive to increase the skid resistance of road surface. The asphalt mixture mixing process in this study uses 2 methods, namely the dry mixing process and the wet mixing process. This study shows that the use of Low-Density Polyethylene plastic waste has succeeded in increasing the skid resistance of the samples. Selain untuk meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan, limbah plastik ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kekesatan permukaan perkerasan jalan, sehingga pada akhirnya tingkat keselamatan lalu lintas juga dapat meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penggunaan limbah plastik Low-Density Polyethylene film, sebagai bahan tambah terhadap untuk meningkatkan kekesatan permukaan jalan. Proses pembuatan campuran beraspal pada studi ini menggunakan 2 metode, yaitu proses pencampuran kering dan proses pencampuran basah. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan limbah plastik Low-Density Polyethylene berhasil meningkatkan kekesatan benda uji. This study aims to determine the impact of the construction of Pertamina's LPG Refrigerated Terminal on traffic congestion on the road network located around the construction site. To analyze traffic performance, PTV Visum 18 software is used. This study shows that the construction of Pertamina's LPG Refrigerated Terminal, from construction to operation, has an impact on increasing trip generation, from 49 pcu/hour to 126 pcu/hour. From the construction period to the operational period, the Service Level for roads and intersections around the development area is still good, with V/C Ratio values smaller than 0.85. This study also shows that the number of trips has increased, from construction to operation periods, so handling is needed to minimize congestion caused. Keywords: development; traffic generation; traffic performance; V/C Ratio; service level \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000 \u0000Pembangunan Terminal LPG Refrigerated Pertamina di Desa Remen, Kabupaten Tuban, akan menimbulkan bangkitan dan tarikan lalu lintas, yang akan menimbulkan beban pada simpang dan jalan yang dilalui. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pembangunan Terminal LPG Refrigerated Pertamina terhadap kemacetan lalu lintas di jaringan jalan yang terletak di sekitar lokasi pembangunan. Untuk mengana-lisis kinerja lalu lintas digunakan perangkat lunak PTV Visum 18. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa pembangunan Terminal LPG Refrigerated Pertamina, mulai saat konstruksi sampai dengan saat operasional, berdampak pada kenaikan bangkitan perjalanan, dari 49 smp/jam menjadi 126 smp/jam. Mulai masa kontruksi hingga masa operasional, Tingkat Pelayanan ruas-ruas jalan maupun simpang di sekitar kawasan pengembangan masih bagus, dengan nilai-nilai V/C Rasio lebih kecil daripada 0,85. One of the important things that must be considered by the Electric Rail Train service provider is the quality of service for commuter. This study aims to measure the potential for improving the service of the Solo-Jogja Electric Rail Train, which is measured using 5 variables, namely reliability, comfort, service, vehicle access, and safety. The method used is quanti-tative method and ANOVA statistical test. This study shows that the demographic factor of commuters has a significance with the service variable. The demographic factors are domicile, private vehicle ownership, station distance from home, and the income of travelers. Based on the mobility pattern of the commuters, it can be seen that there is an imbalance in the availability of facilities at large stations and at small stations, which makes travelers prefer to depart from large stations. In addition, the lack of integration between transportation modes at the station is an obstacle for commuters who live in suburban areas. Salah satu hal penting yang harus diperhatikan oleh penyedia layanan Kereta Rel Listrik tersebut adalah kualitas pelayanan bagi pelaku perjalanan komuter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur potensi peningkatan pelayanan Kereta Rel Listrik Solo-Jogja, yang diukur dengan menggunakan 5 variabel, yaitu reliability, comfort, service, vehicle access, dan safety. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan uji statistika ANOVA. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor demografi pelaku perjalanan komuter memiliki signifikansi dengan variabel pelayanan. Faktor demografi tersebut adalah domisili, kepemilikan kendaraan pribadi, jarak stasiun dari rumah, dan penghasilan pelaku perjalanan. Berdasarkan pola mobilitas pelaku perjalanan komuter, terlihat adanya ketimpangan keter-sediaan fasilitas di stasiun besar dengan di stasiun kecil, yang membuat pelaku perjalanan lebih memilih kebe-rangkatan dari stasiun besar. Selain itu, belum adanya keterpaduan antarmoda transportasi di stasiun menjadi kendala bagi pelaku perjalanan komuter yang berdomisili di daerah pinggiran kota. Two modes of transportation are available on the observed transportation route, namely Train and Bus DAMRI. The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents at Tugu Station and at Giwangan Terminal, and the survey results were analyzed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process. This study shows that to travel on the Jogja-Yogyakarta International Airport route, about 62% of respondents will choose to use the Train and about 38% of respondents choose to use the Bus DAMRI. Important factors in choosing the mode of transportation on the Jogja-Yogyakarta International Airport route, in order from the most important, are the safety factor, comfort factor, convenience factor, headway factor, travel time factor, and cost factor. Dua moda transportasi yang tersedia pada jalur transportasi yang diamati, yaitu Kereta Api dan Bus DAMRI. Survei dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 orang responden di StasiunTugu dan di Terminal Giwangan, dan hasil survei dianalisis dengan Analytical Hierarchy Process. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk melakukan perjalanan pada jalur Jogja-Yogyakarta International Airport, sekitar 62% responden akan memilih menggunakan Kereta Api dan sekitar 38% responden memilih menggunakan Bus DAMRI. Places that are prone to traffic accidents are scattered in areas in Indonesia, one of which is in Batu City. Batu City is a city located in East Java Province, which has a high traffic volume. This is due to the large number of road users who pass through the streets in Batu City, where the roads connect districts and cities. The large number of road users who pass through Batu City has an impact on road damage in Batu City, which has the potential to cause traffic accidents. The factors of the type of road surface and the condition of the damaged road are thought to affect the level of traffic accidents that occur. This study examines the relationship between the type of road surface and the condition of the damaged road with the level of traffic accidents in Batu City. The method used is literature study and the data utilized is secondary data. Data analysis was done using multiple linear regression method. This study shows that the type of road surface and damaged road conditions have a significant effect on the level of traffic accidents that occur in Batu City. \u0000 \u0000Keywords: traffic accident; traffic; roads; road surface; damaged roads \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000 \u0000Tingkat kecelakaan lalu lintas yang terjadi di Indonesia relatif sangat tinggi, sehingga World Health Organization menetapkan bahwa kecelakaan lalu lintas menjadi penyebab kematian terbesar urutan ketiga di Indonesia. Tempat-tempat yang rawan kecelakaan lalu lintas tersebar di daerah-daerah di Indonesia, yang salah satunya adalah di Kota Batu. Kota Batu merupakan sebuah kota yang terletak di Provinsi Jawa Timur, yang mempunyai volume lalu lintas yang tinggi. Hal ini disebabkan karena banyaknya pengguna jalan yang melewati jalan-jalan di Kota Batu, yang mana jalan-jalan tersebut menghubungkan antarkabupaten dan antarkota. Banyaknya pengguna jalan yang melewati Kota Batu berdampak pada rusaknya jalan di Kota Batu, yang berpotensi menyebabkan kecelakaan lalu lintas. Faktor-faktor jenis permukaan jalan dan kondisi jalan yang rusak diduga memengaruhi tingkat kecelakaan lalu lintas yang terjadi. Pada studi ini dikaji hubungan antara jenis permukaan jalan dan kondisi jalan yang rusak dengan tingkat kecelakaan lalu lintas di Kota Batu. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dan data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Analisis data dikerjakan dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. This study aims to identify black spots and set priorities for repairing road infrastructure components needed to improve road safety on 3 provincial roads in Sleman Regency. The black spot is determined using the Accident Equivalence Number Method and the Upper Control Limit. The evaluation carried out resulted in the 3 worst segments on each observed road segment. The results of the road safety evaluation show that the technical implementation of traffic management and engineering, the technical use of road components, and the technicality of road equipment are the 3 technical requirements of the road with the lowest level of application. To improve road safety, this study recommends adding rumble strips, adding signs, relocating roadside hazards, and adding sidewalks and crossing zones. \u0000 \u0000Keywords: fatality; black spots; traffic accident; road; road safety. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000 \u0000Tingkat fatalitas kecelakaan lalu lintas di Kabupaten Sleman meningkat setiap tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi black spot dan menetapkan prioritas perbaikan komponen infrastruktur jalan yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan keselamatan jalan di 3 ruas jalan provinsi di Kabupaten Sleman. Black spot ditentukan dengan menggunakan Metode Angka Ekivalensi Kecelakaan dan Batas Kontrol Atas. Evaluasi yang dilakukan menghasilkan 3 segmen terburuk pada setiap ruas jalan yang diamati. Hasil evaluasi keselamatan jalan menunjukkan bahwa teknis penyelenggaraan manajemen dan rekayasa lalu lintas, teknis pemanfaatan bagian-bagian jalan, dan teknis perlengkapan jalan merupakan 3 persyaratan teknis jalan dengan tingkat penerapan terendah. This study aims to design an operational ship to serve the two campuses of the Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka. The ship is designed using fiberglass. This study resulted in an operational ship design made of fiberglass, which has a capacity of 20 people with a maximum speed of 25 knots. The university's operational ship is 14.5 m long, 3.2 m wide, and has a draft of 0.5 m. Studi ini bertujuan untuk merancang kapal operasional untuk melayani kedua kampus Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka. Kapal dirancang menggunakan bahan fiberglass. Studi ini menghasilkan rancangan kapal operasional yang terbuat dari fiberglass, yang mempunyai kapasitas 20 orang dengan kecepatan maksimum 25 knot. Kapal operasional universitas ini mempunyai panjang 14,5 m, lebar 3,2 m, dan sarat 0,5 m.
