The proposed adaptive controller applies a leader-following strategy in which all agents are assumed to be informed of the leader's state. A new compensation techniques to minimize the second order effects caused by carrier mobility reduction in short channel MOSFETs is proposed. Tanner T-spice simulation tool is used to confirm the functionality of the proposed design in 0.18μm CMOS process technology. For extraction of maximum energy from the sun, the plane of PV panel should always be normal to the incident solar rays. The seasonal movement of the earth affects the radiation intensity received on the PV panel. Sun trackers move the PV panel to follow the sun trajectories and keep the orientation of the solar panel at an optimal tilt angle. Energy efficiency of a solar PV panel can be substantially improved by using solar tracking systems. In this work, two axis solar tracking system has been designed and realized by using LDR sensors and DC motors with gear arrangements. The tracking (azimuth angle and altitude angle) has been implemented via microcontroller based control logic. The discussed problem is an undesirable transfer in stop band of multifunctional frequency filters. It is caused by several occasions related to small-signal parameters of active elements (impedance levels) in the circuit. In some cases it leads to parasitic feedback and undesirable transfers in circuit. The design is basically based on the NGF (Normalized Gain Function) method which is very recently introduced into the literature. NGF is defined as the ratio of T and |S21|2, i.e. TNGF=T/|S21|2, shape of the gain function of the amplifier to be designed and the shape of the transistor forward gain function, respectively. Synthesis of input/output matching networks (IMN/OMN) of the amplifier requires target gain functions, which are mathematically generated in terms of TNGF. The particular transistor used in the design is FP31QF, a 2W HFET from TriQuint Semiconductor. In this system, BeagleBoard-xM as a single board computer, a USB camera, a conveyor belt and an LCD7 touch screen are used. OpenCV is used as an image processing library in this color detection system. The main goal of this study is to define the number of different colored packages passing on the conveyor belt according to their color. Then, real time results of the number of the packages and the total package number are displayed on the LCD7 touch screen. At the same time, the USB camera image of the related package on the conveyor belt is monitorized on the same touch screen. In this study, the non-smooth nonlinearity of Chua's circuit represented by absolute value is approximated with employing the 1/λ lncosh(λx) nonlinearity. In contrast to the other smooth approximation, the equation approximation has the property of yielding the absolute value nonlinearity |x| as the limit case when λ parameter goes to infinity. The bifurcation maps and attractors of introduced Chua's circuit obtained for different λ parameters are presented in the paper in a comparative way. The proposed circuit operates under ±0.2 V symmetric power supply. Consisting of only eight transistors, it consumes only 214 nW power while all transistors are working in the subthreshold region. It has a 570 kHz 3 dB-bandwidth from X terminal to Y terminal for the voltage gain. TSMC 0.18 μm process technology is used in the design of CCII block which is then employed in a band-pass filter configuration. Combined Heat and Power (CHP) is a great example of the technologies which allows coupling of multi carrier energy networks such as gas and electricity together in response to future energy infrastructures. In this paper, a practical and initiative method is presented to obtain the most optimal arrangement of supplying loads in each micro grid based on Energy Hub approach. In this paper, we examine the effect of various procedures of DLC programs (such as interrupt at the level of transformers or small groups of customers) of Demand Response (DR) on reliability indices in multi carrier energy networks. Simulation is applied on a 33 bus radial distribution network which supplies by two CHPs. MATLAB is employed to determine optimal combination of selected loads and transformers. Due to failure rate and repair time of each section, Outage cost, ASIDI and ENS indexes are calculated.
