The conventional way to find the coefficients of the second order equation is to solve the nonhomogeneous linear equation (Ax = b), where A is the Vandermonde matrix. Although this method seems to be quite simple to execute, matrix inversion must be performed at every iteration. Another disadvantage is that the Vandermonde matrix must be square, which means all data from the members in population cannot be used. Therefore, in this study, the iterative Kaczmarz's Method is integrated to IPSO. In this paper, SSR risk for Akkuyu NEPP which will be built in the southern region of Turkey close to series compensated transmission lines is investigated. The paper first provides brief information related to SSR phenomenon, types of SSR and techniques to analyze phenomenon. After, SSR study methodology for Akkuyu NEPP case and results are presented. In the current study, the positive feedback is used for reducing the input impedance of current differencing unit. The proposed current differencing unit is tested at the input stage of the ZC-CDBA (Z copy current differencing buffered amplifier) recently published as a current mode analog building block. The proposed circuit for ZC-CDBA is verified with the KHN analog filter application. This driver amplifier is implemented in a 0.25-μm SiGe BiCMOS process. The two-stage push-pull amplifier uses on-chip transformers for the purpose of single-ended to differential signal conversion as well as input and output impedance matching. In this paper, Energy Hub (EH) model as a strong solution is extended by smart grid key drivers; Renewable Energy, Combined Heat and Power (CHP), Energy Storage (ES), Demand Response (DR) to balance demand and supply in distribution system. EH is defined a super node in electric power system to utilize renewable and network energy carriers, then based on minimum cost decides how to act; convert, store or directly connect to serve hub required demands. Simulation results are applied on an urban place (Daran) in North-West of Iran where has strong potential to utilize agricultural and renewable resources. Current feedback methods from both line and converter sides are compared and theoretical analysis is stated. The analysis is based on the existence of a critical resonant frequency dividing the controlling frequency interval into two regions; namely low and high resonant frequency regions. The feedback types and damping methods are evaluated for both low and high resonant frequency regions with regard to resonant and low frequency poles of the system. In the low resonant frequency region, damping of LCL-filter resonance is necessary for line current feedback; while the current controller provides inherent damping when converter current feedback is utilized. Moreover, total harmonic distortion (THD) and power factor performance of the designed system employing either line or converter current feedback is assessed under varying load conditions. Detection is possible by exploring similar regions in an image and based on regional features' similarity. Many feature extraction algorithms are used to extract information from non overlapping blocks of the image. Similar features from separate regions are an indication of a copy move forged image. Image moments are used to represent the image blocks during forgery detection recently. Krawtchouk moments are used to extract regional features and detect copy move forgery in this paper. They are not used to extract features and detect forged images before. Experimental results indicate that the proposed method can detect copy move forgery for both regular and irregular shaped regions. Besides, the method is resilient to additive white Gaussian noise, blurring attacks. Automatic identification of gender information from speech signal is substantially important for many applications. With the identification of gender, gender-dependent systems are defined and accuracy and robustness of systems can be increased. In this study, a system identifying the gender of a speaker independent from a text is developed. The proposed system is based on the classification of MFCC coefficients obtained from speech signals with GMM. In the study, the effect of Gaussian mixture number and MFCC coefficients to the system success is investigated. Combined Heat and Power (CHP) is great example of the technologies which allows coupling of independent energy networks together. Energy Hub (EH) has been originated as a new approach to optimal planning and operation of combined networks in recent years. Wind turbine as an important of distributed generation in the world as beenh integrated to electricity network over two past decades. Optimal placement of wind turbine in multi carrier energy network in presence of CHP as another distributed produce source originates novel challenge which is considered in this paper. A multi objective function is formulated to solve the optimization problem with considering multi carrier energy network operation costs, loss and voltage profile. Simulation carries out a 33 bus radial distribution network which is supplied with CHP in some buses. CPLEX solver of GAMS and Genetic Algorithm of MATLAB is employed to solve the problem. Simulation results reveal optimal allocation of wind turbine in multi carrier energy networks in presence of CHP. Results demonstrate that optimal placement of wind turbine in the systems improves operation costs till 8% and loss power till 5%.
