Vision is now considered one of the most important organizational dimensions.For this reason, organizations are constantly searching for visionary leaders to maintain their competitiveness. Although the concept of visionary leadership is well known, the antecedents of this form of leadership are less so. Thus, this study aims to demystify the nature of visionary leaders and investigatethe relationship between personality and visionary leadership. The emergence of this model, on the one hand, conforms to the trend of the contemporary era of \"group purchase\"; on the other hand, it largely meets the consumption needs of different groups and integrates the fragmented market. Distribution is the key to community group purchase, so the choice of the appropriate distribution model has become an urgent problem for community group purchase enterprises. Based on the analysis of the fresh community group purchase distribution mode, this paper uses the Balanced Scorecard to construct the evaluation index system of the fresh community group purchase distribution mode, and uses the related methods of the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate and select the four distribution modes, in order to provide guidance for the development of the fresh community group purchase.","PeriodicalId":108255,"journal":{"name":"International journal of business and social science","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123256318","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is because domestic saving finances investment and therefore economic growth. A non-experimental research design was utilized using secondary data collected from a national-wide household survey in Kenya in 2009. Cluster stratified probability sampling was used in selecting regions and households that were included in the survey. A total of 6,598 households were used in the survey, using a questionnaire to gather information on financial access. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used for data analysis. The results indicated the factors that influence household’s decision to save in formal financial institutions were availability of loans, level of financial information, location of household, sector of employment, expectations about future economic conditions, level of income, number of banks in district of residence, transaction cost and time to nearest bank branch.","PeriodicalId":108255,"journal":{"name":"International journal of business and social science","volume":"44 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116549635","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Given the importance of using a skills framework to better analyse and predict future skills demand in the workforce, educators, employers and recruits need to better appreciate the value certain skills will hold over others in terms of future employability. Using a data-driven approach based on text analysis we will analyse the aggregate information contained in existing frameworks to discover the future capabilities. This paper discovers the impact of job satisfaction and workload on the turnover intention of employees in IT projects in the Madinah Government of Saudi Arabia. The relationships between job satisfaction and workload on turnover intention are examined. A survey questionnaire was used to gather data from 56 IT employees for this study. The findings indicate that employees experienced a moderate level of job satisfaction and workload. Workload was significantly and positively related to turnover intention. The results indicate that a significant negative relationship exists between job satisfaction and turnover intention.","PeriodicalId":108255,"journal":{"name":"International journal of business and social science","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122870830","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The case centers around the detrimental impact that negative word of mouth (NWM) may have on a small business, and how such unfavorable publicity can be avoided. The case focuses on Katya, a sales associate at Vagabond Boutique (a small vintage clothing shop), and the poor sales service of her fellow employees that led to several negative Yelp reviews and thereby influenced the boutique’s market positioning. The analysis that follows posited that had the owners of the boutique had more time to focus on the employee training, and then such negative promotion would not have come to fruition.
