This paper discovers the impact of job satisfaction and workload on the turnover intention of employees in IT projects in the Madinah Government of Saudi Arabia. The relationships between job satisfaction and workload on turnover intention are examined. A survey questionnaire was used to gather data from 56 IT employees for this study. The findings indicate that employees experienced a moderate level of job satisfaction and workload. Workload was significantly and positively related to turnover intention.
