Laboratory research and equipment are developing rapidly, but lab management and safety learning are still using the traditional way which is unreasonable and unsafe. It need use big data related technology to solve disorganized management and protect effectiveness of safe learning. Using DOSA platform technology, we can collect all data from lab, protect research data, statistics of hazardous chemicals and consumables. In order to solve the distrust problem of students \"safe learning\", blockchain can ensure the effective learning, and it can provide a certificate in certain disciplines, avoiding repeated learning. In this paper, we design the whole chemistry lab management framework based on DOSA using MySQL. Meanwhile, it also provides safe education application strategy using blockchain technology.","PeriodicalId":106478,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2021 4th International Conference on Education Technology Management","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134194141","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There are three dimensions of learning engagement: behavioral engagement, cognitive engagement, and emotional engagement. To better understand the impact of the three dimensions of engagement on the overall engagement in the fully online situation, this study uses machine learning algorithms to explore the importance rank of three dimensions of learning engagement and the accuracy of four different machine learning algorithms in predicting students’ engagement. We investigated 3172 primary school students in Hubei Province with a distance learning engagement scale. The results show that emotional engagement is the major contributor to fully online learning. In the case of predicting Engagement, SVM is more accurate than other algorithms.","PeriodicalId":106478,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2021 4th International Conference on Education Technology Management","volume":"93 6","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132905852","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

{"title":"#bikeparking now: Bike Parking Patterns in the Landscape with Instagram Crowdsourced Data","authors":"Jose Antonio P. Bimbao, S. Ou","doi":"10.1145/3510309.3510354","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1145/3510309.3510354","url":null,"abstract":"Progress in human development creates unwanted consequences in society. The public has been threatened with health issues that stem from the anthropogenic use of the environment. This is mainly the reason why the idea of a healthy city is an emerging topic. There must be a balance between having convenience and efficiency by affording health-supportive environments in the urban setting. The concept of active mobility is pushed for as it requires people to get exercise as a mode of transport. The mode of transport takes advantage of walking and cycling to get from one point to another. Between the two, the paper looks at cycling as it can reach farther distances and more locations with shorter periods. In looking at active transport as a necessity to navigate between locations, the destination is the important reason for travel. If cycling active mobility is to be further encouraged, a sense of inclusivity must be provided through bike parking. This paper investigated current bike parking patterns in social media. Data was crowdsourced from Instagram with the hashtag “bikeparking” - #bikeparking (n=440). This study suggests a framework behind the considerations of bike parking by looking at dimensions of the user (parking typology, human presence, and type of bike used), cycling infrastructure (count of bikes parked, built overhead protection, and bike parking load), and environmental settings (visible elements and time settings) viewed through what social media labelled as #bikeparking. The sampled images were processed through content analysis. The variables collected were analyzed by Chi-square tests to find relationships within the suggested framework. The data revealed that although there is a trend for cycling mobility, bike parking strategies in the landscape tend to vary based on the interactions between the variables of the user dimension to the other identified dimensions of cycling infrastructure and environmental settings. The contemporary patterns of bike parking elaborated in this paper provides an idea of ways wherein contributors of crowdsourced data find a scene they deem acceptable to be tagged as “#bikeparking.” In planning for more developments geared towards active mobility and health supportiveness, the landscape at the endpoints needs bike parking. Social media data through #bikeparking can contribute to this process through consideration of the framework interactions with security, demand, and environmental settings dimensions.","PeriodicalId":106478,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2021 4th International Conference on Education Technology Management","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116226793","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aims to describe how students experience errors in the selection of majors and the ability to adapt to the majors that have been taken. Researchers conducted various literature studies to make ideas relevant to the indicators that must be met. Based on the results of data analysis, the error in taking majors is due to the lack of career guidance services which results in students not understanding the purpose of their career direction. Furthermore, students have difficulties making adaptation which is lead to unemployment rate case and unconsciousness of career path dominated by vocational school graduates. This problem shows that SMK students have not been able to adjust to the majors that have been taken. In addition, this research is expected to be a master plan for curative steps to help students adapt to the majors they take.","PeriodicalId":106478,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2021 4th International Conference on Education Technology Management","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116637980","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

According to the data of learning platform, the relevant factors influencing students' performance are analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient and information weight method. The results show that: students’ comprehensive scores are significantly positively correlated with 5 factors such as group work, but have no correlation with 6 factors such as the number of resource views. According to K-prototype cluster analysis, the students are divided into three parts: good, medium and weak. Through the questionnaire survey, the factors affecting students' learning behavior are analyzed from the aspects of student characteristics, curriculum characteristics, learning environment and teacher characteristics. The results show that factors such as student attitudes, the learning atmosphere of the class, the logic and systemic nature of the curriculum knowledge points have a greater impact on student behavior in online teaching. At the end of this paper, it puts forward some suggestive points on the improvement of students' learning behavior in online teaching. With the rapid development of the post-epidemic era and Internet + education, online teaching is increasingly appearing in various teaching situations. In online teaching, students can better carry out independent, collaborative and exploratory learning according to their own learning habits; the teaching platform has become an effective carrier for recording students' learning behaviors. In online teaching, there are many ways for students to behave, such as watching videos, online discussions, interactive communication, online homework, etc. Taking students as the main body, this paper explores the main factors that affect students' learning behavior in online teaching. At the same time, based on behavioral science theories, the paper analyzes the influencing factors of student behavior from the perspectives of student characteristics, curriculum characteristics, learning environment, teacher characteristics, and students' learning attitudes.","PeriodicalId":106478,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2021 4th International Conference on Education Technology Management","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114167181","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The central dilemma of the current 1+X certificate system lies in the lack of effective integration between academic certificates and vocational skill level certificates. The reconstruction of vocational teaching materials is an important carrier to realize the integration of \"1\" and \"X\". How to discover the organic integration of the curriculum teaching materials corresponding to \"1\" and the textual research teaching materials corresponding to \"X\" is the critical problem in the development of new form integrated teaching materials. This paper will take the teaching material of CNC milling of parts as an example, and put forward corresponding countermeasures for the development of new form stereoscopic teaching materials from the four aspects of teaching material positioning, content, layout and evaluation, to further highlight the cultivation role of emotion, attitude and values of teaching materials.","PeriodicalId":106478,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2021 4th International Conference on Education Technology Management","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115639735","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There is substantial literature on coproduction for governance, but much of it is aspirational and methodological, and it does not ask why such processes fail to meet stated objectives. This review examines the literature on governance and co-production to fill this gap. The conceptual paper discusses governance through co-production. The purpose of this study is to identify gaps in the literature concerning the relations between co-production and governance in order to better understand co-production in governance. The study, therefore, identifies that the literature does not adequately address the cause and effect relationship between co-production and governance. When there is no shared decision-making framework and no common rules, the potential of co-production is likely to be limited. The main causes are that the many actors' values differ, and there is a lack of a defined framework for decision-making, which can lead to conflicts. Second, due to a lack of expertise and resources, not all citizens have equal access to co-production. As a result, in the case of co-production, it is vital to first clarify the governance model by outlining the process by which choices are made and implemented.","PeriodicalId":106478,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2021 4th International Conference on Education Technology Management","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129059177","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The metaverse is emerging as an alternative space for meetings in the wake of the new crown outbreak and the shift from offline meetings to online, non-face-to-face methods. As trust in the \"virtual\" realm increases, so does the scalability of the metaverse and the industries it supports. This thesis analyzes the status of the design of the display space of the world's representative aquariums and evaluates the viewers' needs, uses PEST analysis of the external factors in the metaverse environment according to Maslow's hierarchy of needs, and combines SWOT analysis to investigate and analyze the internal and external environmental factors in the design of the aquarium display space. Through the design and implementation of online discussion organization, the results show that the discussion topics put forward by students according to the given scope of teachers can stimulate the enthusiasm of discussion participation; Compared with class group discussion, students in panel discussion show higher enthusiasm and deeper interaction; Without a host in the discussion, students have higher enthusiasm for discussion and are easier to achieve higher-level goals. It can be seen from the research that when teachers design online discussions, it is more conducive to achieving the goal of online discussions by letting students put forward discussion topics for spontaneous panel discussions.","PeriodicalId":106478,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2021 4th International Conference on Education Technology Management","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130482938","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
