This task is relevant for industrial transformers, including for metallurgical enterprises. Furnace transformers are one of the most complex monitoring objects at steel works. They operate with an asymmetric impact load, besides, as a rule, they do not have a power reserve. Several on-line condition monitoring systems have been implemented and are being operated at the furnace transformers of the Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works. Their disadvantage is the lack of the possibility to determine the places of occurrence (localization) and identify faults. In the presented report, a stationary transformer fault isolation system is considered. It contains information about its structure and hardware design. Information about the software developed on the basis of cluster analysis of the results of on-line signal measurements is presented. Screen forms are provided to give a visual representation of the diagnostic information. The evaluation of the results of the implementation and technical efficiency of the system is presented in the report. The feasibility of its enhanced implementation was specified.","PeriodicalId":106150,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Russian Automation Conference (RusAutoCon)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130327480","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Cost of errors in such systems is very high. Dynamic debugging allows to check the quality of control software and prevent breakdowns. However, there are no debugging tools for the Reflex language. In this paper, we describe a dynamic debugging module for the Reflex language. The debug module can be used with AVR168/328 microcontrollers as well as on the user's PC. Input port values can be managed either manually or by a simulated control plant, also described in the Reflex language. Users can debug Reflex program in step-by-step and cycle-by-cycle mode.","PeriodicalId":106150,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Russian Automation Conference (RusAutoCon)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129055580","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Possible ways of implementing such signals are described. The first method is to process the results of active experiments. The vibration signals recorded as a result of the experiment will be virtual standards. This method is very expensive. The second method is a synthesis of the time vibration signal. The task of the test signal formation involves modeling a complex signal from individual components. An analytical description of the time signal is given. A new method for obtaining vibration test signals by reconstructing a time signal from three types of spectra is considered. The results of mathematical modeling and experiments, as well as recommendations on the practical use of virtual test signals are presented.","PeriodicalId":106150,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Russian Automation Conference (RusAutoCon)","volume":"216 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115251007","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Marine and freshwater bivalves are widely used as biosensors, whose valve motion reflects both short and long-term responses to the abnormal physical properties and chemical composition of water. For many years, we have developed instruments to study the behavior of bivalves [7]-[11]. Algorithmic software for the collection, transmission, accumulation and processing of measurement data is of key importance for the high-quality performance of research tasks and direct monitoring.","PeriodicalId":106150,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Russian Automation Conference (RusAutoCon)","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132026287","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Designing a communication subsystem of networks-on-chip (NoCs) is a time-consuming process whose task is to select the optimal characteristics in a given range of values. Low-level modeling is an integral design step that allows obtaining accurate network characteristics, although it is time-consuming compared to high-level modeling. Most low-level NoC models include all the system-on--chip (SoC) components, thus slowing down modeling the communication subsystem (because to check one parameter, it is required to simulate the entire system). The proposed low-level model of a communication subsystem allows for automated generation of HDL model, as well as for modeling of both topology and routing algorithms for NoCs. The experiments carried out as exemplified by the study of circulant topologies showed an increase in the modeling rate, as well as the correctness and usefulness of such a model for various applications.","PeriodicalId":106150,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Russian Automation Conference (RusAutoCon)","volume":"44 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127548237","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Special attention is paid to the adaptation of SISO (single-input single-output) technologies to control MIMO systems. For this, it is proposed to carry out dynamic decoupling of control channels using a pre-switched on cross-link compensator. For the technical implementation of the cross-link compensator, a method is proposed for approximating its transfer functions, which makes it possible to significantly reduce their order. All conclusions are confirmed by the results of mathematical modeling of output processes in closed and open control systems.","PeriodicalId":106150,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Russian Automation Conference (RusAutoCon)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124284038","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This drive is widely used in the electric power industry and, in particular, in variable speed wind turbine systems (WTS). At the same time, the possibility of effective parrying of changes in pressure and wind speed by mechanical torque of DFIM controlled by RSC remains insufficiently studied. On the other hand, it is known that the dynamics of the DFIM does not provide effective operation with fast variations in the wind (speed and pressure). In modern WTS, the transmission of energy to the grid is most often blocked during strong changes in wind parameters. This significantly reduces the overall efficiency of the wind energy conversion system (WECS). The article presents the results of experiments that show a number of features of DFIM controlled by RSC when exposed to mechanical loads. And on the basis of previous studies, proposals were formulated to improve the efficiency of parrying DFIM of momentary variations from the wind side.","PeriodicalId":106150,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Russian Automation Conference (RusAutoCon)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126610586","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
