The intensive agricultural production is trying to compensate the conditions for the altered production by changing methods of soil cultivation and building up irrigation systems. The long-term aim of choosing the right method of soil cultivation is the protection of the soil structure and surface, and also the beneficial affecting of its biological activity, moisture and air circulation. The experiment was set in Szarvas, on the experimental area of Szent István University, Faculty of Agricultural and Economical Studies, organised as 5 by 2 repetition. By the planned experiments we were seeking answers for the ways of possible optimisation of soil cultivation in order to reach the highest possible value of water management for the soil, to improve the hydrating ability of the soil and also to provide sustainable agricultural production and to reduce the effects of farming which are hazardous to the water quality to the lowest possible level. The aim of our experiment is the reasonable utilisation, protection and preserving the diverse abilities of functionof the soil resources as parts of our most important natural resources. Within the framework of our monocultural duration experiment we examine the plant physiological and harvest effects of the various soil cultivating systems, deep disintegrating, deep ploughing, semi-deep ploughing, disc ploughing and strip-till cultivation by applying irrigated and non-irrigated cultural techniques. The results of non-rotating soil cultivating techniques show that they have beneficial effects on the water and nutrient management of the soil. The other technology we applied is the strip till technology. The advantage of strip cultivation that instead of the whole area one only cultivates the line/strip. In the cultivated strip the best possible soil conditions are provided for the plant by preparing seedbeds, sowing and fertilizing only in the line. We were trying to find an answer for the relationship between soil resistance measured on methods of soil cultivation and the estimated average production. The Variance analysis shows significant results, the soil cultivating method influences the soil resistance at 40,231%, and also the expected harvest.","PeriodicalId":104429,"journal":{"name":"Hungarian Agricultural Engineering","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130312545","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The obsolete technological solutions of waste management cannot support efficient and sustainable urban waste management processes. We would like to present a possible solution to development of the municipal solid waste management system in a high population density megapolis, Hanoi (Vietnam). We examined the development opportunities at three strategic levels (governmental, enterprise and personal levels). We have analyzed the system at strategic, tactical, operational and reflexive levels also, using a transition matrix. Five development aspects and technological directions have been identified, and all of them could be applied at the three decision levels. We came to the conclusion that intervention is needed at all three levels. Based on our results, we have made proposals for the transformation of Hanoi solid waste management structure in the overall organizational structure.","PeriodicalId":104429,"journal":{"name":"Hungarian Agricultural Engineering","volume":"114 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117313322","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a case study, a strategy toward the circular economy of Samsung, one of the largest Korean multinational companies, was considered. The research results concluded that the country puts significant effort in order to achieve its goals in sustainable development. The main players are the government and private companies. The main means that help the country to implement the circular economy are government policies and technological development. However, the results show that it is hard to say that South Korea lives in the circular economy.","PeriodicalId":104429,"journal":{"name":"Hungarian Agricultural Engineering","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123526099","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A key concept for limiting such vibrations is vibration control that avoids or at least minimize unintentional product behavior or negative effects on the health and safety of humans and animals. A concept for attacking vibrations in mechanical systems is outlined based on time-periodic modulation of a physical parameter in the system. This concept can be applied in parallel to existing controls and allows the artificial increase of damping transient dynamics.","PeriodicalId":104429,"journal":{"name":"Hungarian Agricultural Engineering","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116508352","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It considers the characteristics of machines used at the production technologies of different plants and it especially focuses on the appliance of machines with the convenient capacity and level from the side of costs at different farm sizes. The survey was based on the work tasks of a “classical” crop production farm. By the technicaleconomical analysis of the production-technology of sweet sorghum it has been determined that the total production cost of this plant per hectare in case of small-scale farm size is minimum 965 EUR. Examining the large-scale production, the costs are decreasing, but they cannot be reduced under the 860 EUR/hectare level.","PeriodicalId":104429,"journal":{"name":"Hungarian Agricultural Engineering","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129637391","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

From other side, customers would prefer to deal with firms that offer goods and services with high level of quality, reliability and those at par with international standards. This has given the birth to the concept of TQM in service sector after proofing success in industrial sectors. The aim of the paper is to investigate the level of compliance to TQM practices in Banking sector in Palestine. In the beginning researcher reviewed literature studies to develop a knowledge about TQM practices (Leadership and Human resources development & management) in specific. and try to investigate the relationship between TQM practices and bank’s efficiency. Then, researcher have prepared a questionnaire to measure the level of compliance of Palestinian banks to TQM practices. 100 questionnaires have distributed for the bank employees, who work in different positions and departments. The results showed that less concern to TQM practices in leadership system, human resource development and management. Finally, researcher recommended that banks should give more attention to motivate employees through satisfying them financially and activate their role in decision making and work in a team soul.","PeriodicalId":104429,"journal":{"name":"Hungarian Agricultural Engineering","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125443551","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We used the bean as a test plant, grown in five soils with different texture and organic-matter content and estimated them (biomass production and shoot length). The seeds of the test plants were inoculated by combined strains. Results have shown that the treatments influence the counts of microorganisms. This study, therefore, was highlighting the importance of soil physical-chemical parameters, so as to result in a successful application of the biofertilizers in the different soil-plant systems.","PeriodicalId":104429,"journal":{"name":"Hungarian Agricultural Engineering","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125447472","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
