Metode grouting atau Soil Injection Cement adalah suatu metode perbaikan tanah dengan cara menginjeksikan bahan dasar semen ke dalam tanah dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kestabilan tanah dan batuan yang ada. Semen banyak digunakan dalam aplikasi rekayasa geoteknik dan geo-environment yaitu pada stabiliasi tanah lunak atau lempung lunak dimana kinerjanya dipengaruhi oleh paparan bahan kimia yang ada sebagai campuran seperti zeolit. Zeolite merupakn alumunium silikat berhidrat dengan kation natrium sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan daya tahan berbahan dasar semen terutama untuk penggunaan sulfat. Penelitian yang dilakukan dalam memverifikasi potensi pada analisa perbaikan atau stabiliasi tanah lunak, lempung lunak dan tanah ekspansif dapat memberikan konstribusi yang baik dalam perkembangan teknologi. Penelitian ini hanya dilakukan pada analisa terhadap daya dukung tanah lempung dan perilakunya terhadap penggunaan semen dicampur bentonit dan semen grouting dengan zeolit. Pengaruh penggunaan ini sangat jelas terhadap karakteristik tanah dan material tersebut dengan menggunakan kekuatan tekan bebas (unconfined test / UCT). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perbedaan yang cukup baik dalam melihat perilaku antara semen-zeolit dan semen-bentonit, yaitu secara signifikan penambahan nilai kuat tekan adalah menggunakan dengan semen bercampur zeolite.","PeriodicalId":103613,"journal":{"name":"INDONESIAN JOURNAL OF CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT (CESD)","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124393359","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The DKI Jakarta Government has implemented a program that is expected to be able to answer these problems by carrying out a lot of simple flats for rent or simple flats for sale construction and providing subsidies to LowIncome Communities. There are 6 Criteria and 31 Sub-Criteria that underlie the selection of a residence. Analysis of the importance level of criteria segmented according to Low-Income Communities in South Jakarta, obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, where the 3 criteria with the highest order are safe residence, flood-free living area, availability of clean water for daily needs. The data on the importance of criteria based on Low-Income Communities are then analyzed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process by asking 5 experts for the views of what is the best alternative for providing livable housing for Low-Income Communities in South Jakarta. The selection of the location for the construction is based on 5 experts, according to expert judgment Jl. Joe belongs to a relatively quiet area that meets the criteria for a safe place to live, in the Jl. In the implementation of this project, several detailed dam planning is needed to support the construction process. Problems that occurred after the determination of the RMK (Rencana Mutu Kerja) as a project implementation guide are (1.) There are no synchronization work between packages (road and bridge access, diversion tunnel), (2.)There are design changes (grouting gallery, specification of main dam embankment material) and (3.) The quarry and borrow land acquisition. These three problems result in the potential for extension time and additional costs significantly.This research aims to examine the steps and methods needed to agree on the necessary contract amendments to overcome problems from the aspect of cost, time and quality. Fishbone analysis method is needed to analyze problems and impacts and to simulate improvement efforts for initial and post-repair conditions. The earned value analysis method is used to estimate the additional costs and extension of the contract execution time.The results of this research indicate a simulation process for the necessary improvement efforts by considering suggestions from competent parties, the Dam Safety Commission, which requires a significant increase in costs and additional implementation time. If the issue of the covid-19 pandemic and refocusing of the budget are also taken into consideration, then overall it will cost around 60% of the original contract and an extension of time for 41 months (estimated to be completed in 2027). Based on the simulation, the proposal for contract amendment from the aspect of cost and time is in progress.","PeriodicalId":103613,"journal":{"name":"INDONESIAN JOURNAL OF CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT (CESD)","volume":"70 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134272525","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The problems that exist in this project are: (1.) Procurement of Materials, (2.) Land acquisition, (3.) Design Changes, and (4.) The Covid-19 pandemic. As a result of these problems, the project was delayed and required an extension of 442 days (245% of the initial contract which was only 180 days) and 4.89% additional cost of the initial contract. This research aims to study the efforts in order to improve contract performance from cost, time and quality aspects. The analysis was carried out using the method of fishbone diagram analysis for two conditions, which were the initial conditions and its improvement efforts in terms of cost, time and quality, while the concept of earned value was to determine the dominant factor that caused the increase in costs and time. From the results of the analysis, it can be said that the dominant factor that affects the increase in costs is design changes which is 95% of the total amendment cost and causes an extension time of 73% of the total additional time for contract amendments. The impact of the covid-19 pandemic which resulted in the termination of the project for approximately 120 days was the dominant factor in the contract amendment (approximately 27% of 442 days). Regarding problems related to material procurement, it only causes 1.36% additional cost of the total cost amendment, which caused by transportation costs. Land acquisition carried out in stages does not result in additional time or additional contract costs. The quality of the foundation and tower structure work can be maintained in accordance with the requirements in the contract.","PeriodicalId":103613,"journal":{"name":"INDONESIAN JOURNAL OF CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT (CESD)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128526010","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The analysis of the productivity of the tower crane in the Bintaro Jaya Xchange construction project phase II, aims to analyze the productivity of the tower crane in the Bintaro Jaya Xchange construction project phase II. This research was conducted by observing the daily volume and cycle time of 4 tower cranes. The results of calculations that have been carried out show that the average productivity of tower crane 1 is 8,069.66 kg/hour, tower crane 2 is 8,444.26 kg/hour, tower crane 4 is 7,504.84 kg/hour, and tower crane 5 is 8,524. ,17 kg/hour. From the results of the data above, it can be concluded that tower crane 5 has a higher average productivity compared to other tower cranes. This is because tower crane 5 has a strategic position so that it is more productive. For tower crane 4 has the lowest average productivity because in that zone no structural work has been carried out, so tower crane 4 only functions as a support for other tower cranes.","PeriodicalId":103613,"journal":{"name":"INDONESIAN JOURNAL OF CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT (CESD)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134246124","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The use of reinforced concrete is considered to have strength in resisting compressive and tensile forces. Besides, concrete can be used according to the quality level required during the construction process. The use of concrete sometimes results in waste concrete such as used pile fragments, broken concrete from building repairs, or from tests in the laboratory. If waste concrete is not utilized, it will become an environmental problem in the future. The existence of waste concrete if it is utilized will be able to provide economic value and can reduce the occurrence of environmental problems, one of which is the use of waste concrete from broken electric poles from one of the producers. This waste concrete is the result of testing electric poles before being distributed to the owner. The fragments of electricity pile waste concrete can be used as a substitute for some of the coarse aggregate in high strength concrete. The waste concrete is cracked first and the granules used are those that pass the 30 mm sieve with a percentage of 20% of the total coarse aggregate. To get good workability, a superplasticizer is used as an added ingredient. The variation in the use of the superplasticizer is 0%; 0.5%; 1% and 1.5%.
