Komponen penyusunnya adalah bubuk sangat halus yang memiliki kandungan silika tinggi. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menyempurnakan reaksi yang terjadi pada beton dan meningkatkan homogenitas beton. Beton bubuk reaktif terdiri dari semen, silica fume, kuarsa dengan diameter maksimum 300 μm, superplasticizer dan steel fibre untuk meningkatkan daktilitas. Beton bubuk reaktif yang memiliki kuat tekan yang tinggi dan daktilitas tinggi berpotensi untuk menggantikan material baja dalam pekerjaan konstruksi. Memiliki peluang yang sangat besar untuk material konstruksi di Indonesia mengingat tersedianya material yang dibutuhkan terutama kuarsa. Penelitian ini adalah langkah awal kemungkinan pengambangan beton bubuk reaktif di Indonesia, yang didasarkan pada penelitian sebelumnya. Eksperimental dilakukan untuk mendapatkan campuran beton bubuk reaktif dengan material lokal. Perilaku Eksperimental ini berfungsi untuk menghubungkan antara kuat tekan dan lentur dengan formula 0,62Öfc’. Beberapa standar metode analisis struktur telah dikembangkan dan diadopsi untuk keperluaan desain dan analisis konstruksi bangunan baja. Saat ini, beberapa analisis elemen hingga juga telah menyelesaikan analisis struktur. Penelitian ini telah memodelkan dan menganalisis struktur rangka atap baja tipe howie. Metode numerik kekakuan langsung telah dibandingkan dengan metode elemen hingga (FEM) dengan menggunakan SAP2000. Analisa tegangan dievaluasi dengan melakukan pemodelan 3D solid untuk batang tarik dan batang tekan dengan memanfaatkan Abaqus. Standar Nasional Indonesia untuk konstruksi baja (SNI 1729 2020) juga diverifikasi oleh AISC/ANSI 360 2022 digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kesamaan antara metode kekakuan langsung dan FEM sekitar 1% - 2%. Tegangan tarik maksimum pada batang bawah yang telah diverifikasi dengan model solid 3D masing-masing adalah 175 MPa (ASD) dan 213 MPa (LRFD) untuk kriteria luluh. Selanjutnya, untuk kriteria putus tercatat berturut-turut sebesar 140 MPa (ASD) dan 260 MPa (LRFD). Tegangan pada batang tekan telah tercatat masing-masing 267 MPa (ASD) dan 270 MPa (LRFD). Angka tegangan yang terjadi pada batang atas telah memenuhi persyaratan desain sesuai AISC/ANSI 360-2022. Bangunan yang sudah ada diwajibkan untuk menjalani evaluasi struktural sebagai prasyarat untuk mendapatkan SLF. Melakukan penilaian struktural untuk bangunan yang relatif tua, dengan dokumen yang terbatas dan tanpa uji non-destruktif (NDT) karena keterbatasan anggaran, merupakan tantangan yang signifikan. Makalah ini akan menyajikan contoh hasil evaluasi dari sebuah bangunan struktural bertingkat 3 yang sudah ada di Jakarta. Sebuah model analitis dari sistem struktural, mendekati kondisi aktual bangunan yang sudah ada, dibuat berdasarkan pengamatan visual, pengukuran lapangan, dan informasi yang sangat terbatas. Evaluasi kemudian dilakukan menggunakan 3 prosedur: ASCE 41-17 Tier 1, Tier 2, dan gaya seismik proporsional, untuk mendapatkan gambaran kekuatan struktur bangunan dan informasi tentang lokasi mana yang akan mengalami kegagalan struktural pertama dalam kejadian gempa bumi yang parah. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa persyaratan keuletan anggota sistem tahan gaya seismik dan kekuatan sambungan sendi balok-kolom tidak dapat memenuhi kriteria penerimaan yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya nilai presentase komponen pekerjaan pembentuk Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) dan mengetahui anggaran pelaksanaan atau biaya nyata yang dikeluarkan untuk setiap pekerjaan. Pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan pada kawasan permukiman kumuh dalam perkotaan salah satu lokasi yang ditinjau yaitu Desa Ketapang, yang terletak di Kecamatan Mauk, Kabupaten Tangerang, Provinsi Banten. Desa Ketapang. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan perhitungan volume gambar kerja berdasarkan harga satuan dari Pergub Banten No 39 Tahun 2021 dan volume pelaksanaan yang mengunakan harga satuan berdasarkan survey oleh Badan keswadayaan masyarakat (BKM). Pada pengolahan data RAB didapatkan hasil perhitungan rekapitulasi RAB secara keseluruhan sebesar Rp 81.001.345. Biaya komponen pembentuk RAB terbesar terjadi pada pekerjaan arsitektur sebesar Rp 36.213.105 dengan nilai presentase sebesar 44,71%. Based on Minister of PUPR Regulation No.10/2021, in implementing SMKK it must meet Security, Safety, Health and Sustainability Standards. Fulfillment of these standards ensures construction engineering safety, occupational health and safety, public safety and environmental safety. This study will discuss technological developments towards fulfilling Construction Safety by referring to the substance of the SMKK and K4 Standards that have been established. Based on this, data collection was carried out based on construction projects in Indonesia through scientific journals, proceeding papers, books, and/or related official websites. The data is then processed using descriptive analysis to obtain patterns or descriptions of technological developments related to construction safety in Indonesia. It was concluded that the development of digital technology related to construction safety has been developed and implemented in Indonesia. However, there are still other aspects of construction safety that could be opportunities for further research. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan model ARIMA (AutoRegressive Integrated Moving Average) sebagai metode peramalan untuk memprediksi curah hujan di Asahan, Sumatera Utara. Data curah hujan historis dari stasiun meteorologi yang relevan dikumpulkan dan digunakan sebagai dasar untuk mengembangkan model peramalan. Metode ARIMA melibatkan langkah-langkah identifikasi, estimasi, dan diagnostik. Serangkaian analisis statistik dilakukan untuk menentukan tingkat autoregresi (p), deret waktu yang perlu diintegrasikan (d), dan tingkat pergeseran rata-rata (q). Model ARIMA yang dihasilkan kemudian diuji pada data uji untuk mengevaluasi akurasi peramalan. The estimated value of toll tariffs can be usefull for regulators, investors and BUJT to consider decision KPBU, investment and company management. The aim of this study is to conduct a financial analysis of the toll rates for the Becakayu Toll Road. The research method used is the Quantitative Method, by calculating ATP, WTP, perceptions of applicable tariffs and analyzing the sensitivity of user movement to the toll road. The results of the analysis show that the ATP value is Rp 1,655.00 per km and the WTP value is Rp 1,515.00 per km. The results of the sensitivity analysis of price changes and their probability of moving to the toll road, for each increase in the toll fare (farthest distance) of Rp 3,000.00 has the potential to decrease 0.59% of toll road users. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence on the effectiveness of the communication coordination relationship due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the construction process and to analyze whether or not there is a difference in the effectiveness of the communication coordination relationship before the pandemic and during the pandemic from the contractor's point of view. It has long been understood that evaluating construction costs only on initial costs is not enough. Thus, it is necessary to calculate maintenance costs during the life of the building. Consideration of the usage costs required throughout the life of the building must be considered. The purpose of this research is to obtain the total cost of life cycle life cycle cost (LCC) for periodic maintenance per 20 years in building construction. In this study, the building to be reviewed is Building X of one of the universities. The part that is calculated for the Life Cycle Cost is the wall elements of the building taking into account the renovation and demolition methods. Through the LCC calculation process for wall work items in the two methods, a total demolition cost of IDR 2,249,506,566.56 was obtained and a total renovation cost of IDR 2,945,332,567. The use of concrete construction is in demand because concrete has beneficial properties such as fire resistance, durability, high compressive strength and in practice it is easy to shape into the desired shape. Concrete material consists of a mixture of cement, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, water and sometimes with innovative additives. The research method used in this research is experimental, by making sample test objects in the laboratory using two different specimens but with the same concrete quality, namely fc'25 MPa. Based on the results of the values on the flexural and compressive test specimens in the laboratory, it has been found that an unsuitable relationship between flexural strength (fs) and compressive strength (fc ') is in accordance with SNI 2847: 2013.
