Manurung, Sarjono Puro","doi":"10.25105/cesd.v6i1.17152","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.25105/cesd.v6i1.17152","url":null,"abstract":"High rain intensity and limited draninase capacity result in high waterlogging on the  road surface for a long time.   After dry inundation,  the pavement surface undergoes a bond between the aggregate and loose asphalt.   This loose condition, when crossed by vehicles,  causes cracks and holes so that the road is damaged.   In addition,     large-scale waterlogging can cause  groundwater located below the  soil surface to become saturated.  The research method  is an  experimental laboratory with the help of  descriptive statistics in analyzing data to find out an overview of the   characteristics of concrete asphalt mixture materials. Penelitian aims to: Knowing the relationship between variations in soaking  duration  to the  durability performance of  asphalt concrete mixtures, Evaluating differences in residual strength index values  due to  length soaking by using seawater and  rainwater  with continuous and periodic mrtode,  and Determining  the  relationship  model between the  Residual Strength Bonding of  the asphalt mixture to  time of soaking seawater and rainwater. The residual  strength bond value (IKS) is greatly influenced by  the  soaking time, where the  longer  the  concrete asphalt  issoaked, the significantly  lower   the  IKS  value. Salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur produktivitas tenaga kerja adalah parameter LUR (Labor Utilitation Rate) dari setiap pekerja. Pada masa pandemi ini terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas para pekerja di masa pandemi ini antara lain usia, pengalaman kerja, tingkat pendidikan, kesesuaian upah, tanggungan keluarga, kesehatan pekerja, dampak kesehatan, penerapan protokol kesehatan, hubungan antar pekerja, serta manajerial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat produktivitas (LUR) masing-masing pekerja saat pandemi Covid- 19 pada Proyek Bintaro Jaya Xchange Tahap II, dengan Batasan penelitian adalah pengambilan data menggunakan observasi dengan waktu penelitian dilakukan pada hari Senin s/d Jumat (Weekdays), Sabtu s/d Minggu (weekend)  di jam 08.00 WIB sampai dengan 16.00 WIB (selama 7 hari kerja). Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui LUR (Labour Utilitation Rate) yang paling besar di lakukan oleh Leso, Rahman, Didi, Basuki, Saluyu, dan Caca yaitu sebesar 86.61%. Sedangkan rata-rata tingkat LUR (Labour Utilitation Rate) Total sebesar 79.53%. The significance of self-weight in building construction is essential, particularly when dealing with seismic loads. The larger the inertial force from the weight of the structure itself, the greater the inertial force from the weight of the building itself, therefore lightweight concrete can provide an opportunity to lower its own weight with a smaller unit weight of 1850 kg/m3. Fly ash was employed as a substitute for cement in this investigation, while pumice was used as a substitute for coarse aggregate. The goal of this research was to establish the unit weight, compressive strength, and workability/slump value of concrete. In this investigation, 30% of the fly ash was utilised. Pumice is determined at 0%, 5%, 10%, and 15% of the weight of coarse aggregate. The SN sample has the highest slump value of 8.8. However, the slump value continued to fall with the addition of pumice. The use of larger pumice stone results in   a reduction in the volume weight of concrete up to 1845 kg/m3, permitting it to be classified as lightweight concrete. The resulting carbon emissions are from electrical energy and food consumption. The formulation of the problem of this research is how the value of the carbon footprint resulting from the consumption of food and electricity energy. The purpose of this study is to determine the value of carbon emissions. Based on the data obtained, the value of emissions from the electricity sector is 1061.106786 (kg CO2)/day, the food consumption sector is 526.33299 (kg CO2)/day. Dalam memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih, maka diperlukan evaluasi dan perencanaan pengembangan kebutuhan air bersih masyarakat agar terpenuhi secara optimal. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui kebutuhan air bersih pada perkotaan dimana lokasi studi pengelolaan sistem jaringan distribusi air bersih yang sumber air bersihnya berasal dari IPA Legundi Kabupaten Gresik. Aplikasi yang digunakan untuk mendukung analisa jaringan distribusi air bersih adalah perangkat lunak EPANET. Pemanfaatan program berfungsi untuk menganalisa aliran air yang didistribusikan dan dapat mengetahui tekanan yang terjadi pada masing-masing pipa dan node. Dari hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan layanan air bersih untuk daerah layanan Sumber Air Kali Surabaya Kabupaten Gresik dari 39,78% ditahun 2021, menjadi 50,88% ditahun 2031. Dengan menggunakan metode Least Square hasil proyeksi penduduk daerah layanan Sumber Air IPA Legundi pada tahun 2031 berjumlah 131.555 jiwa, dengan pembagian node sebanyak 1278 node ditahun 2020 menjadi 1352 node ditahun 2031 dengan diameter pipa 2 inch hingga 24 inch. Sustainable development must of course support various aspects, from the aspect of development to the maintenance of the development process to the establishment of a building. Departing from this, innovations emerged in which in terms of the development process, construction projects can run better, of course taking into account global climate conditions. The construction project itself certainly has an impact in the form of large-scale waste, as is the case with the construction of houses which still tend to use wood construction. Utilization of construction waste can be optimized by utilizing this waste. The material substitute is a form of innovation to make concrete that is different from normal concrete. Substitutes for this material vary from cement substitutes, fine aggregate to coarse aggregate. In this case sawdust became a substitute for fine aggregate with a 5% substitution. Mix design using SNI 7656:2012. As a consequence, there has been an increase in the volume of traffic from one year to the next, particularly on the section of road that connects Ahmad Yani and Doctor Soetomo, which has led to a decline in the quality of the road. The objectives of the research will be to: 1) Determine the typical daily traffic levels and class scores along a number of different portions located within the Pasuruan area. 2) To assess the nature of the destruction that was sustained by the road that is the subject of this investigation. 3) To determine the significance of the state of the route that is being studied. This research makes use of a road final inspection calculated using the Bina Marga method. The survey data collected for this study includes both LHR and road damage data. According to the results of the study conducted on Jalan Ahmad Yani and Jalan Dokter Soetomo, the LHR class value for this location is 4, and the LHR value is 1234 pcu/hour. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan Serat serabut kelapa dan Batu Apung (Pumice) sebagai campuran beton untuk mengurangi berat dari beton sehingga menjadi lebih ringan. Pengujian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan Batu apung sebagai substitusi parsial dengan penambahan Serat serabut kelapa terhadap karakteristik mekanik beton yakni kuat tekan dan kuat tarik belah beton. Batu apung (pumice) yakni sebanyak 20% digunakan sebagai pengganti parsial berat agregat kasar dengan penambahan serat serabut kelapa yang digunakan sebesar 0% , 0.5%, 1%, 1.5% dan 2% dari berat semen sebagai campuran dalam beton. Pengujian dilakukan pada benda uji silinder ukuran Ø 100 x 200 mm yang meliputi kuat tekan dan kuat belah pada umur 28 hari. Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan data nilai kuat tekan mengalami penurunan dari 20.97 MPa untuk beton normal tanpa penambahan batu apung dan serat menjadi 15.45 MPa untuk beton dengan substitusi parsial batu apung, sedangkan dengan adanya penambahan persentase serabut kelapa, nilai kuat tekan yang didapatkan sebesar 16.55 MPa, 17.88 MPa, 13.90 MPa dan 14.57 MPa. Kondisi drainase yang ada di Perumahan Jatibening Permai saat ini masih kurang baik secara keseluruhan. Ini terbukti dengan masih terjadi banjir saat musim hujan tiba. Sehingga evaluasi dan perencanaan ulang saluran drainase harus dilakukan dengan cara melakukan analisis perhitungan terhadap data Cross Section dan Data curah hujan sehingga didapat dimensi saluran drainase. Hal ini bertujuan agar Perumahan Jatibening Permai tidak lagi menjadi kawasan yang terkena banjir yang disebabkan curah hujan yang tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Periode ulang yang dipakai pada perencanaan saluran drainase di Perumahan Jatibening Permai adalah kala ulang 2 tahun dengan Metode Log Pearson Tipe III. Debit banjir rencana dianalisis dengan metode rasional berdasarkan intensitas curah hujan dari data curah hujan harian maksimum dalam periode 10 tahun sebesar 212,05 mm/jam. Debit banjir maksimum kawasan perumahan Jatibening Permai adalah 1,650 /detik. Implementation elements in this sector include materials, labor, delivery or transportation processes, time and mobility that are directly related to the Covid-19 outbreak, so that it can create uncertainty, while infrastructure development is the government's focus. In an effort to overcome the impact of the pandemic in the construction sector. This study aims to learn the implementation of the Covid-19 prevention protocol in the implementation of the National Strategic Project in Margatiga Dam Project work and to determine the significance of the effect of the implementation of the Covid-19 protocol on project management in the aspects of cost, quality, time, health and safety construction. Analysis of the problem was carried out by collecting data and conducting a questionnaire related to the implementation of the Covid-19 prevention protocol at the Margatiga Dam. The data that has been collected is then analyzed or data validation is carried out using the validity test and reliability test methods. \u0000The results showed that the Covid-19 Prevention Protocol Implementation has no effect on the Work Execution Time, and the Implementation of the Covid-19 Prevention Protocol has no effect on the Cost of Work Implementation.
