Through literature reviews and factor analysis, and on the basis of questionnaire survey, it has established an assessment target system and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the beverage enterprises in Wuhan city circle, and conducted a questionnaire reliability and validity analysis by using SPSS13.0. The scheduling engineering in resource center can be divided into two stages: the normal stage and emergency stage. In the normal stage, orders come brokenly to the resource center in small number, and the order seldom has emergency requirement. In contrast, a large number of orders, which always have different emergency requirements, reach the resource center in a very short time. This paper analyzes the differences between the normal stage and emergency stage, and proposes the corresponding scheduling methods of two stages. In order to feed the different emergency requirements of orders, various weights are given to different orders. A polynomial algorithm is proposed to minimize the weighted makespan of emergency resource scheduling. The grey clustering analysis is an algorithm based on the risk classification causes risk index system which clusters risk of harm degree into grey clustering risk index system, and realizes the decision overseas project loans to measure the risk accurately, and also can measure the results as a sample data set clustering analysis to get to the loan plan for clustering center decision model to complete the project implementation plan outside loans. Firstly, based on the safety engineering practices, an evaluation index system of individual emergency ability is established, and a hierarchical structure is set up, which includes security physiology, safety ability, individual psychology and sentiment in the top level. Secondly, Analytic Hierarchy Process is applied to determine each index's weight reasonably. Thirdly, fuzzy mathematical method is used to conduct the evaluation of single factor and the overall comprehensive evaluation respectively. Such reform has a great effect on individual stocks. However, it is difficult to predict bullish or bearish solely on ‘style’, such as industries, market capitalization, unlocking ratio and the size of the shareholders. This paper considers a wind-powered pumped storage system based on an 8 MW wind farm. The effect of pumped storage power station to wind power regulation is calculated, and an economic evaluation model was developed.
