This paper aims to develop a decision-making tool that can be used by government agencies in emergency rescue, when they need to match present situation to one of the fittest scenario described in emergency plan. As clear disaster date in emergency rescue could hardly be gotten, we study the scenario matching with uncertain data IFSs. Obviously garment industry provides necessary commodities. On the other hand these goods include diverse fashionable elements, and thus end customers have various choices among brands, drapes, fabrics and colours. Based on Delone and McLean's IS success model, we constructed the scale for evaluating Emergency Management Engineering Information System (EMEIS) success. We also examined impacts of five critical success factors (i.e. internal organization management, quality of product and technology of suppliers, external technical environment, the external policy environment, and coordination and supportive ability of information center) on EMEIS. It was found that these five critical success factors are significantly related. It was also found from Pearson correlation coefficients that all but external policy environment are statistically related with EMEIS. It is found that the model was statistically significant. Since the correlation among independent variables, it was found that internal organization management, external policy environment are final significant variables. Combining existing research result of perception theory with classification of power supply service, a house of quality (HOQ) was built to realize requirement transition from customers’ demand to service requirements. Then, an empirical analysis was made, using investigated result of Evaluation of Power Supply Enterprises’ Service of State Grid Corporation of China in 2007. To assess the ERP implementation performance of Power Company, this paper firstly established a comprehensive evaluation index system. Secondly, the evaluation model of ERP implementation performance was proposed based on gray triangle whiten function. Then, this paper described the ERP project implementation performance evaluation process. Through a literature review this paper paves the path for the possible development of a forecasting model for making short term predictions during chaotic events so as to assist business practitioners in navigating their way out of chaos, thereby facilitating organizational emergence. That's to say, if we want to price the capital asset, we should study the debt maturity structure of listed companies indirectly. In this paper, we employ financial engineering approach to test the influencing factors of debt maturity structure with the data of 202 listed companies distributed in 11 industries, by the simulation of single equation models and simultaneous equation model, using stepwise multiple regression analysis, and then got the result that, the endogenous relationship between capital structure and debt maturity structure matters a lot. Therefore, when the companies consider this relationship, the short-term debt maturity will not be an effective way to solve the problem of insufficient investment. In contrast, growth opportunity and leverage rate are significant negative correlation. In this article, a novel MapReduce based SNA (Social Network Analysis) system was proposed on layered distributed system. In this paper, a single-stage deterministic model is proposed to study the interaction of strategies between both enterprises, based on the game analysis of generation and transmission planning. Then, Cournot model is used to simulate the expansion strategies of generation and transmission enterprises. The equilibrium is obtained by using the Mixed Complementarity Problem approach.
