摘要

ERP在企业生产管理中起着重要的作用。随着ERP的广泛应用,为了不断提高ERP的实施效果,对其应用性能进行评价显得尤为必要。ERP工程项目绩效评价是一个整体概念,涉及到多个方面,需要定性分析和定量分析相结合。为了评价电力公司ERP实施绩效,本文首先建立了一个综合评价指标体系。其次,提出了基于灰三角白化函数的ERP实施绩效评价模型。然后,本文描述了ERP项目实施绩效评价过程。最后,通过实证分析,验证了所提方法的实用性和有效性。
