摘要

电网企业每年都在电力工程上进行巨额投资。随着项目数量的不断增加,项目管理出现了严重的问题,审计监督就显得尤为重要。然而,面对庞大的监理工作,审计资源的不足显然不能满足工程审计100%覆盖率的要求。因此,有必要研究和创新一种新的监督模式,以解决监督工作量巨大与审计资源短缺之间的矛盾。本文着重探讨了如何选择工程审计的监控模式,如何构建实时动态的审计监控系统。

The Study of Auditing Monitor Mode in Electric Power Engineering
