Through Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation it achieves the reasonable conversion from qualitative to quantitative and through Gray Relational Analysis it sets the weight of each index, which making sure that the evaluation model is scientific and rational. Then, with the combined evaluation model, it evaluates the performance of SCR, SNCR, SNCR/SCR which are relatively more mature flue gas denitrification technology. The evaluation result verifies the effectiveness and practicality of the model. And meanwhile, it could be a valuable reference for the promotion of the denitration devices and the formulation of the denitration price. In this paper, the minimum risk-based portfolio hedging model is first analyzed. It is then followed by the investigation on various major estimation methods for the minimum risk hedge ratio. Aiming at the newest Shanghai and Shenzhen (HS) 300 index futures hedge, the empirical analyses are eventually performed for the hedge strategies, thus validating the application of these different estimation methods in China's market. The results revealed in the current study show that the HR obtained by the ordinary least squares (OLS) model is maximal and the out-of-sample hedging performance is the best; however, the hedging effectiveness is not sufficiently stable for both the out-of-sample and in-sample estimation. In addition, the in-sample hedging performance accomplished through the bivariate vector autoregression (B-VAR) model is superior to those achieved via other methods. In this paper, we use the values of flight parameters to construct the state-space of pilots’ operations. A flight is seen as a point in it. Basing on the distributions of normal flights and flights triggering an exceedance, risk analysis is carried out to divide this state-space into dangerous and safety regions. A multi-objective programming is established to analyze the safety risk in pilot's operations and we use Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) to find the boundaries of regions-of-interest. The wind power generation engineering group chooses the right time to go into wind power equipment manufacturing industry, which will be conducive to the development of the wind power industry of China, corresponds with the development of the wind energy of China and conforms to the trends new energy strategy. This article constructs a framework of the feasibility study on merging a wind power equipment manufacturing enterprise into a power generation engineering group. After controlling the firm size, growth power as well as other variables which also have great impact on the financing structure decision of the company, we find out from the empirical results that the effects of diversification degree on capital structure are disparate for firms facing different financing constraints. For companies that are in extremely terrible solvency condition, the leverage ratio is negatively related to the diversification degree. Evaluating the ability of the current resources reserve system is the first step of developing Emergency Plans, while the demand of affected areas are always different for different kinds and levels of the disasters. In this paper, we will present a multi-stage multi-objective evaluation model. Based on satisfaction function of resource, we consider both the amount and arriving time of resource arrived at each affected area. Because of the dynamic rescue process, the transportation scheme is multi-stage and we divide the emergency rescue period into three stages. Then a heuristic algorithm is proposed for the evaluation model. Flight reschedulling is a classic aviation production engineering. Based on flight priority levels, models are built responding to large-area flight delays in this paper. The models adopt different rescheduling rules to flights in different status. Meanwhile they take the restraint of connection of flights and surplus flight time of IA flights (flights in the air) into account, which makes the model accord with practical situation. A case study is given which demonstrate the Effectiveness of the models. We obtain some interesting insights about the behavior of these plants and compare the similarities and differences of the optimal pump-wait-release cycle between two-dam control and an otherwise similar one-dam control.
