The Rayyan application and Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses extension for Scoping Reviews were used.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Of the 1,705 studies, nine published from 2006 to 2020 were included: 44% of interventions were theoretical-practical educational; 77.7% were randomized clinical trials; and the \"in-person\" intervention (56%) was the most common, carried out by nurses in 88.9% of cases. Three to 15 42-minute sessions were carried out. {"title":"Nursing terminology for the care of people with respiratory diseases and Covid-19.","authors":"Jacira Dos Santos Oliveira, Josilene de Melo Buriti Vasconcelos, Rafaella Felix Serafim Veras, Valkênia Alves Silva, Larrissa Mariana Bezerra França, Deborah Helena Batista Leite","doi":"10.1590/1980-220X-REEUSP-2023-0124en","DOIUrl":"10.1590/1980-220X-REEUSP-2023-0124en","url":null,"abstract":"<p><strong>Objectives: </strong>To build a specialized nursing terminology for the care of people with respiratory diseases and Covid-19 or who have respiratory diseases after Covid-19, based on ICNP®.</p><p><strong>Method: </strong>Methodological study developed in two stages: (1) identification of the relevant concepts for the health priority chosen from the literature; (2) cross-mapping of the identified concepts with the concepts contained in ICNP® version 2019/2020.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>9460 terms were extracted from the literature, of which 4065 terms were excluded because they were not related to the object of study and 5395 were submitted to the mapping technique, resulting in 290 constant terms in the ICNP® and 5134 non-constant terms. The constant terms were classified into the following axes: 120 in the Focus axis, 13 in Judgment, 48 in Action, 23 in Location, 38 in Means, eight in Time and one in Client. A total of 144 women participated. The Prenatal Distress Questionnaire, the Resilience Scale, and the Pregnancy-Related Anxiety Questionnaire were used. A descriptive analysis with measures of central tendency was performed, and the reliability of the instruments was assessed.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The average age was 33.57 years. 58.3% were multiparous and 41.7% primiparous. Anxiety was found in 21.5% and very high levels of resilience in 54.9%. Primiparous women showed higher levels of worry about the future and fear of childbirth than multiparous women. Pregnant women with high resilience showed lower levels of anxiety and stress.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Pregnant women with higher levels of resilience show less anxiety and stress during the first trimester of pregnancy. Two independent reviewers selected the final sample using inclusion/exclusion criteria using the EndNote® and Rayyan programs. Data was extracted using an adapted form and reported using the PRISMA checklist extension, and the protocol was registered in the Open Science Framework (OSF).</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>21 articles were selected, with nanofibers, nanogels and nanomembranes as the nanocomposites described in wound healing, alone or in association with other therapies: negative pressure and elastic. Data sources: interviews with 15 Venezuelan immigrant women sex workers and 37 Brazilian online media reports that addressed the topic. Data were submitted to thematic content analysis, with the support of Qualitative Data Analysis (WebQDA) software.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Thematic analysis of data from reports and interviews allowed the emergence of three empirical categories: Structural violence and reasons that led to prostitution: a question of social class; Among the forms of violence, the most feared: physical violence; Violence based on gender and race-ethnicity.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The study made it possible to recognize that Venezuelan immigrant women who are sex workers in Brazil are subject to different types of violence and exploitation. The search was carried out on the following bases: Embase, Google Scholar, PubMed, Scopus, LILACS, CINAHL, Scielo, Web of Science and Virtual Health Library Portal, between July and August 2023. Original studies available in full, in any language, were included.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Ten studies were chosen that pointed to three premises: (1) the ACE2 receptor is found in the epithelial cells of the gastrointestinal tract; (2) gastrointestinal symptoms are mediated by stress and infection is justified by the gut-brain axis; (3) it develops the process of Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome in children, affecting the gastrointestinal tract.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The synthesis of evidence provided three assumptions which guide the origin of gastrointestinal symptoms. Data collection took place between May 2022 and January 2023, with children and adolescents with chronic conditions from two hospitals in Rio de Janeiro. The instruments used were the Actigraph, Sandra Prince-Embury's Resilience Scale for Children and Adolescents and the Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory. Data analysis involved descriptive statistics and correlation tests.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>40 hospitalized children and adolescents between the ages of nine and 18 took part. The results showed compromised sleep, especially in terms of duration and time awake after sleep onset. Quality of life scores were low and resilience levels were classified as medium to high. Correlations were found between resilience and sleep. The training took place over three meetings. Data was collected using a questionnaire administered immediately before and after the training. McNemar's test for dependent samples was used to compare before and after training.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>25 nurses and 14 nursing technicians took part. Eligible tutors of Health Care Planning. Data collection using an electronic questionnaire composed of closed questions on sociodemographic characteristics, training and performance. Chi-square test used to compare proportions according to tutor typologies.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>A total of 614 tutors worked in Brazil's five geographic regions, the majority in primary care (82%), followed by state/regional work (13%) and specialized outpatient care (5%). The majority reported being female, of brown skin color, from the nursing field, having worked as a tutor for less than a year, and with no previous experience in preceptorship or similar. The most important topics were Health Care Networks, risk stratification for chronic conditions and the functions of specialized outpatient care.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The predominance of certain characteristics among tutors was identified, with differences between the types of work.
