The aim of this study is to create a pleasant environment for buying goods, receiving official service, entertainment and communication of human. In order to access the goal, the researchers’ focused on the history of commercial and official in Iran. Moreover, the researchers investigate the evolution of the complexes during the history. The main objective of this study is to design the complex properly according to the regional typological approach. The researchers analyzed the site through different directions as follows a) the placement of building on the site b) the directions of building and entrances. The researchers tried to have the building that has the best harmony with the environment. The researchers received the most important tools from the site analysis. Physical planning determined required spaces and their measurements. It is obvious that the researchers considered the concept, view according to the site features in order to access the best concept and design.","PeriodicalId":92980,"journal":{"name":"Advances in social sciences research journal","volume":"41 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140229322","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The present study examined the correlation between ecological sustainability, tourists’ satisfaction, and the tendency to revisit past destinations to understand the impact of tourists’ perceptions regarding the environmental practices in travel destinations on overall satisfaction and subsequent revisit intention. A total of 200 local and international tourists participated in this study. The data collection process was conducted via self-administered questionnaires distributed in Langkawi, Malaysia. The results indicated a significant positive association between ecological sustainability and tourists’ overall satisfaction with respective trip experiences. A positive correlation also existed between tourists’ perception of travel destinations actively engaging in ecological sustainability practices and the reported satisfaction levels. Moreover, this increased satisfaction level positively impacted tourists’ intention to revisit the same destination in the future. The findings provided significant implications with high relevance to both destination planners and policymakers. Implementing and promoting effective ecological sustainability practices could not only enhance the attractiveness of travel destinations but also sustain high loyalty among tourists.","PeriodicalId":92980,"journal":{"name":"Advances in social sciences research journal","volume":"35 5","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140230339","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A sudden but not unexpected increase in fossil fuels, in the face of a delay in renewable energy. Apart from the incidence of delays that favored the phenomenon, it must be said that there is a relationship between humanity's strategic objective for full neutrality with the environment and the quality of the development of economies - that is, we will be able to achieve the strategic objective of neutrality if the development of the global economy is also sustainable and supported. Well, the global picture does not seem to correspond to this evidence. Because many countries in Africa, Latin America and others have been grappling with high inflation for a long time. Furthermore, after the ruffle of inflation driven by international costs, we can see that half the globe is grappling with long-term deflation, certainly not affected by the short-term inflation caused by the costs of fossil fuels. Starting from China, which has been sending waves of deflation for some time, and from Europe itself, which welcomes them through the drop in prices of exported products and at the same time the drop in export prices in Europe for reasons of competitiveness. We ask ourselves how it is possible that international cost inflation is compatible with long-term deflation in Europe. Well, international cost inflation increases but tends to decrease when a new price equilibrium is reached. Unlike classical long-term inflation and deflation, which arise due to problems in the unbalanced economy that last over time and are subject to constant acceleration that depends on the state of the economy at the time of its occurrence. It is not easy to bend the sprint of prices, except with the recessive strategy that rebalances the economy and cuts the monetary anomaly at the root. The co-presence of inflation and deflation is not surprising. But only when the growth of inflation depends on the increase in international prices and therefore almost seems to add algebraically to the coexisting classical monetary anomalies (deflation and inflation). Beyond this hypothesis, inflation and deflation cannot coexist. Beyond this hypothesis, inflation and deflation cannot coexist.","PeriodicalId":92980,"journal":{"name":"Advances in social sciences research journal","volume":"68 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140228222","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Many of these credits are unsecured personal loans, thus credit score of loans is vital to regulate the default risk and improve profit for lenders and platforms. Standard two-fold classifiers may not be appropriate in this lending since there are multiple credit classes and misclassification costs vary largely across classes in the lending platforms. Cost Sensitive Classifiers have been studied extensively in this set of lending, but none of them have analyzed this issue from the perspective of multinomial classifications and measured the misclassification costs of different credit grades using actual losses and opportunity costs. The research intends to model credit score in p-p lending as a cost-sensitive multinomial classification problem. A misclassification cost matrix is proposed for credit scoring with a set of equations and models to estimate the costs. A replication study using a publicly available data is conducted to evaluate the performance and validate the usefulness of the proposed misclassification cost matrix with the help of an R statistical package developed to aid the application of the model. The outcomes showed that the cost-sensitive multinomial classifiers can significantly decrease the total cost, which is vital for the p-p survival and profitability.","PeriodicalId":92980,"journal":{"name":"Advances in social sciences research journal","volume":"2015 27","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140246233","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We examine the demographic data on childlessness in the workplace and the literature on issues and perceptions of childlessness and childfree individuals. Research has demonstrated various social stigmas associated with childfree; among these are perceptions that the childfree are more immature, selfish, autonomous, and less desirable to be around. The social stigma attached to the choice to remain childfree has certainly impacted the extent to which firms have sought to address these issues, and researchers have also tended to avoid conducting significant empirical and qualitative work in this domain. There is a very real need for high quality research efforts focused on understanding the issues raised by childfree workers in the structure of contemporary organizations, along with work needed to identify innovative ways organizations can adapt to the new reality of childfree employees. For managers, there is a clear need to think carefully about the implications of childfree workers in the workplace. Managers should be encouraged to engage in honest discussions with employees about disparities in familial status, and to work with teams to encourage greater acceptance of the diversity that comes from these differences. The trend toward childfree individuals in the workplace is likely to continue, with the result that managers will need to address the issues raised in this analysis.","PeriodicalId":92980,"journal":{"name":"Advances in social sciences research journal","volume":"14 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140245838","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This widespread interest stems from recognising what might be seen as the intrinsic value of developing giftedness. Nurturing gifted students has become an essential part of the mainstream educational system of developed countries. Furthermore, more countries around the world are now becoming aware of the potential benefits of investing in gifted education and the role that such investment can play in their growth and development. However, many gifted students may not receive educational opportunities that match their abilities and needs as instruction in regular classroom settings is usually not tailored to meet the needs of more gifted learners. Much research has shown that gifted children need tailored educational opportunities for their talents to flourish and to stimulate their individual potential in appropriate environments. This paper reviews and analyses the relevant literature on the pedagogical approaches to meeting gifted students’ needs. The four main approaches to meeting diverse students’ needs, comprising acceleration, grouping, enrichment and differentiation, are discussed to explore and understand how to provide adequate support for gifted students.","PeriodicalId":92980,"journal":{"name":"Advances in social sciences research journal","volume":"256 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140247180","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The linear equating method was used to adjust for the difficulties of the test Form A and Form B on students’ Mathematics test scores. A 20-item mathematics instrument was used for data collection. The bootstrap method was used in the determination of the amount of equating errors that come with this equating method. Data on participants’ test scores on these two congeneric parallel test forms were used for this study. All the requirements for equating the two test forms were met with a reliability coefficient of .71. The scores of a new Form B of the test were then equated to its referenced Form A using a linear equating method. Findings from the study revealed that the linear equating method produced scores that were beyond the required possible observed scores, especially at the lower end of the scores. Again, the amount of error associated with the linear equating method seems to decrease consistently from the low ability scores to the high ability scores.","PeriodicalId":92980,"journal":{"name":"Advances in social sciences research journal","volume":"41 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140245939","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose was to investigate the psychosocial factors that influenced retention in female students enrolled in online degree programs. The generic research design was the descriptive-survey design. Participants were 35 female undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in online degree programs. The data collection instrument was the Survey of Female Adult Learners’ Psychosocial Factors Related to Retention-Adapted. Data analysis for the two research questions included the computation of descriptive statistics (means, standard deviations, frequencies, and percentages) and analysis of variance (ANOVA). Findings for Research Question 1 suggested specific psychosocial factors were critical to retention in online degree programs. For instance, 71.43% of students reported the psycho-social factor, I am a capable person, and 62.86% reported the psycho-social factor; with my ability, I will be able to succeed; were critical to retention. Findings for Research Question 2 indicated that, even though there were differences in the mean scores for the marital status subgroups (not married-single, divorced, and never married). ANOVA showed the differences were not statistically significant, F (1, 33) =.21, p=.65, partial eta squared =.006, for the marital status subgroups.","PeriodicalId":92980,"journal":{"name":"Advances in social sciences research journal","volume":"126 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140247335","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
