It has been hot bed of banditry, cattle rustling, killing and kidnapping. Road users and farmers are kidnapped, slaughtered and burnt daily. Some say the challenge has degenerated as a result of the influx of criminals into the country. The existential threat posed by rural banditry in the North West, Nigeria has left many in doubt about the capacity of the Nigerian State to perform its constitutional responsibility of providing security for lives and property. The impression is that the State has become overwhelmed by the activities of armed bandits and has lost grip over their activities. Therefore, this paper seeks to explain how cultural affinity between Nigeria and her neighboring States induce insecurity in the region. This study is anchored on routine activity theory and argued that cultural homogeneity between Nigeria and her neighbors induce rural banditry in North West, Nigeria. The study relied on secondary data whereby data were gleaned from books, newspapers, and government official documents among others. The data were analyzed using content analysis. The finding revealed that cultural affinity between Nigeria and her neighboring States induce banditry in North West, Nigeria. We recommend stringent migration laws that would take records of every entry and exit of migrants in order to checkmate criminals who would leverage on the porous borders to perpetrate heinous crime in the country. \u0000 \u0000Received: 10 April 2024 / Accepted: 20 June 2024 / Published: 8 July 2024

Rooted in Public Sphere theory by Habermas (1962), the research seeks to uncover dominant themes, frames, and overall sentiment surrounding the discourse, contributing to the understanding of public engagement in the digital age. Employing a mixed content analysis approach, the study examines user-generated content from a diverse array of platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others. By scrutinizing discussions across these platforms, the research endeavors to capture the breadth and depth of public sentiment and dialogue regarding the late monarch's legacy. Initial findings suggest that discussions on Queen Elizabeth II's impact extend beyond national boundaries, with users expressing gratitude for her unifying role and representation of national identity. Furthermore, the study explores the nuanced nature of social media responses, reflecting a spectrum of emotions ranging from sorrow and admiration to critical reflection and debate. The study's conclusion emphasizes the significance of social media platforms in shaping contemporary public discourse and recommends enhancements to facilitate more constructive conversations and interactions. By leveraging the unique affordances of digital platforms, social media can serve as dynamic public spheres, fostering dialogue and understanding in an increasingly interconnected world. \u0000 \u0000Received: 16 April 2024 / Accepted: 24 June 2024 / Published: 8 July 2024 \u0000

From Edwin S. Porter, who experimented with temporal and spatial continuity in editing, to contemporary filmmakers who employ effective screenplay techniques, these methods have been crucial in conveying stories effectively. Animation stories are developed using a series of images and visual actions that are aligned effectively with editing narrative techniques. Therefore, the metaphors in animated movies represent a type of narrative editing techniques produced by multiple elements, as well as a mode of deduction based on real life (Hsien-Yuan Chiu, Wei-Lin Chu, 2019). This research paper focuses on how stories are crafted in the animated series "Baahubali: The Lost Legends," a prequel to the well-known "Baahubali: The Beginning" and "Baahubali: The Conclusion," both created in the animation genre. It closely examines how editing narrative techniques are employed to make the story interesting and engage the audience in the world of animation. The paper explores montage editing theory as it shapes scene changes, story progression, character development, and the alignment of shots in sequences to create an effective narrative. The project would make a huge contribution to Ethiopia’s economic development and energy demand, though Egypt and Sudan are concerned and seek a binding agreement on the dam’s filling and operation. The dam has become a source of contention between Ethiopia, Egypt and Sudan. To de-escalate the intensity and reach a final and comprehensive deal, the three countries have negotiated multiple times, though it usually ends in disagreement. Position, colonial era agreements, securitizing, and internationalizing the GERD have been obstructing the negotiation. The article suggests that since distributive negotiation neither benefits Ethiopia nor Egypt and Sudan, the talks should be concluded with integrative ends. The parties should also have political will and commitment to make the GERD a plat form for cooperation rather than conflict. \u0000 \u0000Received: 13 March 2024 / Accepted: 30 April 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024

What are the apprenticeship processes? How do these apprenticeship learning processes continue to vent and reinvent, frame and reframe, think and rethink, construct and reconstruct such that it is not consumed by western memory frameworks? Employing historical and analytical approaches, this study sought to explore the conceptual clarification of born againism and to determine the historical evolution, growth, attractions and impacts of born againism within the religious landscape of Northern Nigeria. The study revealed that born againism has so far gained wider acceptance among the Northerners with its overwhelming impacts currently being felt in almost every home in Northern Nigeria. Regardless of their religious affiliations, almost every home in the North has recorded the presence of at least a born again Christian. Even in the far North which has been the bastion of Islam religion, Moslems are getting born again by the day in their number and are being discipled secretly. Some of these Moslem converts to Christianity returned back to their people as Christian missionaries and busy evangelizing their fellow Moslem faithful with great zeal and positive responses. The study submitted that if the Northern Christians especially the Pentecostals are given more opportunities and financial backing to evangelized Northern Nigeria freely, there will be more explosion of born again experience that will not only revolutionalized the lives of the normal Christians in the North but also those of Moslems as well as the devotees of our indigenous religion. \u0000 \u0000Received: 20 February 2024 / Accepted: 2 May 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024

This Constitution recognized a series of rights and freedoms, such as that of expression, of the press, of assembly, of association, the right to publicly express one's thoughts, freedom of religion, of conscience, etc. Despite the explicit provisions on religion and conscience, the communist regime began a real ideological battle to repress religious sentiment. The State adopted persecutory policies against religions. Persecutions which they pursued in the light of the Fundamental Charter with the aim of eradicating religions from the souls of Albanians. Without taking into consideration that beyond the feelings rooted in each person, beliefs were part of customs and customs. For this reason, anti-religious policy begins with the weakening of the clergy and then proceeds with state atheism.
