From the point of view of the way of their creation and evolution, linguists emphasize that both pedagogy and language, are based on a set of rules, so they are systems. In this paper, various pedagogical dictionaries are observed: Dictionary of pedagogy, Dictionary of Terms in Education, Pedagogical Dictionary, published recently in Albanian language. The object of the analysis focuses on a) the construction of pedagogical dictionaries underlining the tendency that appears in recently published dictionaries including the term and its definition and b) on the ways of terms formation included in the corresponding dictionary, pointing out how the ratios between these approaches have changed in the different dictionaries and the trends that are observed. The analysis treats issues that appear in terminological dictionaries in the field of pedagogy. In conclusion, it is pointed out what is mandatory to be considered in drafting future terminological dictionaries in the field of pedagogy. \u0000 \u0000Received: 12 April 2024 / Accepted: 22 June 2024 / Published: 8 July 2024

A qualitative case study methodology involving the administration of questionnaires to fifteen students and in-depth interviews on six lecturers from three selected universities was adopted. The overall finding from the study participants was that the new teaching regime is efficient and has numerous advantages. The absence of proper consultation with stakeholders and dissemination of information regarding the educational reform raised concerns among lecturers. As a result, mixed attitudes were observed among both lecturers and students due to this weakness in the implementation process. The study therefore, recommends that the administration should reconsider the modularization system in order to address all concerns raised by educational stakeholders for a more effective implementation of the teaching and learning reform. \u0000 \u0000Received: 6 May 2024 / Accepted: 26 June 2024 / Published: 8 July 2024

Using a survey methodology with a sample of 400 respondents selected purposively from the postgraduate student population across four public universities in the north-west of Nigeria, namely Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria, Bayero University, Kano (BUK) and Usman Dan Fodio University, Sokoto (UDUS), the research examines the frequency of visits, encounters with posts and the users’ ability to discern fake news. The findings reveal a high engagement with these pages, yet a significant concern over the authenticity of news articles, leading to a cautious and sceptical approach towards online news sources. The implications of these results are profound, suggesting a need for enhanced content moderation, fact-checking measures and media literacy campaigns, particularly within the Nigerian digital media landscape. The study underscores the importance of journalistic integrity and collaborative efforts to combat misinformation, which is crucial for maintaining public discourse integrity and fostering informed citizenship globally. \u0000 \u0000Received: 19 April 2024 / Accepted: 23 June 2024 / Published: 8 July 2024

In education, this necessity was even more crucial as whole education systems switched to remote learning almost overnight. It was also a time when many teaching/learning platforms saw birth or were even developed further. This paper aims at investigating the students’ perceptions about digital tools they deem necessary (and feel comfortable) to be included in a Business English course conducted at the Agricultural University of Tirana, the department of Economics and Rural Development Policies. Through quantitave and qualitative data gathered, the students perceived present needs and target needs in English language communications were identified. Additionally, the research methods collected sufficient data on the preferred digital tools to be used in classroom and outside, in order for the students to be more motivated in language acquisition and skill development. The study concluded that the student were skilled users of digital tools due to remote learning during pandemics and were aware of the BE topics and language skill they needed to possess in their future workplace, thus ensuring input for a successful BE course design. \u0000 \u0000Received: 12 April 2024 / Accepted: 26 June 2024 / Published: 8 July 2024

The study used Rational Behaviour Theory as theoretical framework and thirty purposively selected respondents, with five from each of the six states. We purposively picked the sample for in-depth interviews because they had occupied or occupying critical political positions in their states. Secondary data used are books, journals, government official documents and Nigerian dallies. Data were content analysed. The study found that greediness, political bitterness, and not poverty or poor political culture is responsible for the menaces. Contract awards and inflation, travels, and appointments are some methods used while stealing of government assets cripples good governance, results in indebtedness, poverty, mass suffering, and gloomy democracy. The study suggests legislations for hurried appointments, projects, auction of property, and inauguration of assets management and forfeiture commission to combat the menaces. \u0000 \u0000Received: 19 April 2024 / Accepted: 19 June 2024 / Published: 8 July 2024
