The purpose of this study was to examine empiricallly differences agency cost, GCG, and performance in family firm and not family firm. proxy chosen in describing the agency cost are operational expense ratio on revenue, performance of the firm is return on asset, and top 50 biggest market cap and mid cap of public listed companies in IICD for the GCG measurement. The population used in this study is company in 100 kompas index, during the period 2017-2019. The sample collected by saturation method and secondary data obtained from a IDX.co.id database. In this study, the data collected were 28 family firm and 43 non family firm. The statistically method are used Mann Whitney U and Chi Square with using IBM SPSS 23.0 for data processing. The first result of this research showed that there are differences in agency cost and Good Corporate Governance among family with non family firm. The second result are showed that there are not difference in Return On Asset among family with non family firm. \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tentang teori keagenan, khususnya konflik antara pemilik dan agen di perusahaan keluarga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara empiris perbedaan antara biaya keagenan, GCG, dan kinerja antara perusahaan keluarga dan bukan perusahaan keluarga. Proksi yang dipilih untuk menggambarkan biaya keagenan adalah rasio beban operasi atas pendapatan, ukuran kinerja adalah laba bersih atas aset, dan perusahaan yang masuk dalam 50 perusahaan dengan market kapitatalisasi besar dan menengah untuk ukuran dari GCG. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang masuk dalam index kompas 100 selama periode 2017-2019. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dan data sekunder yang digunakan adalah berasal dari database idx.co.id. dalam penelitian ini, data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari 28 perusahaan keluarga dan 43 perusahaan non keluarga. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah Mann Whitney U dan Chi Square dengan menggunakan SPSS IBM versi 23 untuk pengolahan datanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan biaya keagenan dan GCG antara perusahaan keluarga dan perusahaan non keluarga. The research was carried out at the MSMEs Arabar Shop Bandar Lampung, which is one of the MSMEs whose main activity is marketing Banana Chips. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, namely explaining in depth about the situation or process being researched, namely the Arabar Shop MSMEs. The key informants in this research are the owners of MSMEs and staff. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with key informants to obtain clear information about the application of the business model canvas at the Arabar Shop MSMEs. The general description of the company is explained by the position of company resources and their performance. The business transformation model is analyzed using a business model canvas approach and a customer empathy map. The result of the Arabar Shop MSMEs business transformation development strategy is to improve the preservation of customer segments and as their key resource. Increasing value propositions such as customer customization service, and social media in its value in customer channels and relationships generate a revenue stream from selling new products made of bananas and other ingredients. Increases are also needed in social activities in the main activities, increasing partners such as supplier and delivery services as the main partners, as well as additional costs for adjustments and social activities to the cost structure. \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Bisnis model kanvas dan menciptakan desain transformasi bisnis. Riset ini dilakukan pada UMKM Arabar Shop Bandar Lampung yang kegiatan utamanya adalah memasarkan keripik Pisang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yakni menjelaskan dan menggambarkan secara mendalam tentang situasi atau proses objek yang diteliti yaitu UMKM Arabar Shop. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik UMKM dan staf bagian pemasaran. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam kepada informan penelitian sehingga diperoleh gambaran yang jelas mengenai penerapan business model canvas pada UMKM Arabar Shop. Deskripsi umum perusahaan dijelaskan melalui posisi sumber daya perusahaan dan kinerjanya. Model transformasi bisnisnya dianalisis dengan pendekatan bisnis model kanvas dan peta emphaty pelanggan. The sample used in this study is PT Bali Bintang Sejahtera Tbk which is a company that manages Bali United football club. The type of data used is quantitative data obtained from the IDX website and the club consisting of financial reports 2019. The analysis technique is carried out with a quantitative descriptive method using the Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) methods. The results of the analysis show that 2018 - 2019 has not been able to create added economic value for the company. This is indicated by the negative EVA value for two consecutive years. Whereas in 2020, which can be seen from the semester report per June 2020, the company's EVA value shows positive results, this is a good step for the company considering that the financial statements in the first semester of the company were able to produce a fairly high NOPAT, this also had an influence on the EVA value which positive which means the company has been able to create added value for the company. \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan Klub Sepak Bola Bali United yang merupakan klub sepak bola pertama di Indonesia yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2019. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah PT Bali Bintang Sejahtera Tbk yang merupakan induk perusahaan yang mengelola klub Bali United. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif yang diperolah dari situs BEI dan klub yaitu laporan keungan tahun 2019. Tekknik analisis dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yakni menggunakan metode Evonomic Value Added (EVA) dan Market Value Added (MVA). Hasil analisis menunjukkan tahun 2018 – 2019 belum bisa menciptakan nilai tambah ekonomi bagi perusahaan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai EVA yang negatif selamat dua tahun berturut-turut. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the performance optimization of the KP2KP employees. Qualitative research with an explanatory research approach. Primary data sources were carried out through in-depth interviews with informants from the KP2KP, field observations and collection of written documentation. After analyzing the data, the researcher found that the optimization of the performance of civil servants with limited human resources can be realized through empowerment, development, competency improvement, employee motivation through adequate compensation and leadership effectiveness in KP2KP. Research results are very important for policy makers in perfecting their policies. Optimizing the performance of civil servants through empowerment, development, increasing competence, providing employee motivation through adequate compensation and leadership effectiveness in KP2KP. This study presents different points of view on the topic of civil servant performance. Increasing the performance optimization of civil servants with limited human resources is a new thing and according to the author's knowledge, the results of this study are the first to explain the increase in the performance optimization of KP2KP employees in Ogan Ilir Regency. \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000Kinerja PNS di bidang perpajakan sangat menentukan keberhasilan penerimaan pajak negara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis optimalisasi kinerja pegawai KP2KP. Penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian eksplanatori. Sumber data primer dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan informan dari KP2KP, observasi lapangan dan pengumpulan dokumentasi tertulis. Setelah menganalisis data, peneliti menemukan bahwa optimalisasi kinerja PNS dengan sumber daya manusia yang terbatas dapat diwujudkan melalui pemberdayaan, pengembangan, peningkatan kompetensi, motivasi pegawai melalui kompensasi yang memadai dan efektivitas kepemimpinan di KP2KP. Hasil penelitian sangat penting bagi pengambil kebijakan dalam menyempurnakan kebijakannya. Mengoptimalkan kinerja PNS melalui pemberdayaan, pengembangan, peningkatan kompetensi, pemberian motivasi pegawai melalui kompensasi yang memadai dan efektivitas kepemimpinan di KP2KP. Studi ini menyajikan sudut pandang yang berbeda tentang topik kinerja pegawai negeri. For this reason, mining companies are encouraged to identify stakeholders in the company's operation area, and then communicate and strategize with these stakeholders to mitigate the impact that may arise from the company's operations. Stakeholder analysis approaches are often used to identify stakeholders. In addition, stakeholder analysis also provides an overview of the attributes of each stakeholder related to power, influence and legitimacy. Qualitative methods are used in research based on interviews and observations with all parties related to the operations of oil and gas companies. Through this method, stakeholders are identified in the community, local government and internal oil and gas mining companies. Each identified stakeholder was also analyzed for each attribute, and research finds that each stakeholder has different attributes. Stakeholder attributes affect the position of these stakeholders, and surely affect the relationship between these stakeholders and other stakeholders. The research concludes that a different approach strategy is required from each stakeholder based on the attributes possessed by these stakeholders. \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000Perusahaan pertambangan, seperti pertambangan minyak dan gas dikategorikan memiliki dampak sangat beresiko terhadap lingkungan dan masyarakat sekitar. Untuk itu perusahaan pertambangan didorong untuk mengidentifikasi para pemangku kepentingan (stakeholder) yang berada di wilayah operasi perusahaan tersebut, dan selanjutnya melakukan komunikasi dan strategi dengan stakeholder tersebut untuk memitigasi dampak yang mungkin ditimbulkan dari operasional perusahaan. Analisis pendekatan stakeholder sering digunakan untuk megidentifikasi para pemangku kepentingan. Selain itu, analisis stakeholder juga memberikan gambaran tentang atribut dari setiap stakeholder terkait dengan kekuasaan, pengaruh, dan legitimasi. Metode kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian dengan berdasarkan wawancara dan observasi dengan seluruh pihak yang terkait dengan operasional perusahaan migas. Melalui metode ini, teridentifikasi stakeholder yang terdapat di masyarakat, pemerintah daerah dan internal perusahaan pertambangan migas. Setiap stakeholder yang teridentifikasi juga dianalisis setiap atributnya, dan ditemukan bahwa setiap stakeholder memiliki atribut yang berbeda-beda. Atribut stakeholder mempengaruhi posisi stakeholder tersebut, dan tentunya mempengaruhi hubungan stakeholder tersebut dengan stakeholder lainnya. While the data analysis used in this research includes data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the partial significance test (t-test) show that: 1) employee engagement has a significant value of 0.001. 2) organizational commitment, has a significant value of 0.000. Thus, it means that employee engagement and organizational commitment partially have a significant effect on employee performance. 3) The simultaneous significant test (F test) shows that the significant value is 0.000. Thus, it means that the variable employee engagement and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Suryabumi Agrolanggeng. Sampel menggunakan Teknik simple random sampling dan dipilih 191 responden sebagai sampel. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian meliputi uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil uji signifikan parsial (uji t) menunjukan bahwa: 1) employee engagement, mempunyai nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001. 2) komitmen organisasi, mempunyai nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000. Dengan demikian berarti bahwa employee engagement dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial. Uji signifikan simultan (uji F) menunjukan bahwa nilai signifikan 0,000. Dengan demikian berarti bahwa variabel employee engagement dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. This study aims to examine and measure how much influence the factors that affect the effectiveness of internal audit in the public sector in Indonesia. The results of this study are expected to be used as a consideration for policy making by the Government, which is currently encouraging the improvement of the effectiveness of internal audit in Indonesia. The population in this study were all internal audits of local government in Indonesia. The data collected in this study were 55 internal audits of local government throughout Indonesia. The research was conducted with a quantitative approach using SEM PLS. The results showed that independence and competence had a significant effect on the effectiveness of internal audit and top management support indirectly had a significant effect on the effectiveness of internal audit through competence and independence. However, top management support directly does not have a significant effect on the effectiveness of internal audit. The data used are secondary data in the form of time series 2006-2017 sourced from the DGT Ministry of Finance and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) which have been processed. This research uses the Multiple Linear Regression analysis methods with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The results of this study indicate that during 2006-2017 the expenditure variable directly had a positive and significant effect on private-sector output in South Sumatra. The indirect expenditure variable has a positive and significant effect on private-sector output in South Sumatra. Labor variables have a positive and significant effect on private-sector output in South Sumatra. Overall independent variables have a significant effect on the output of the private sector in South Sumatra. \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh belnja daerah yakni belanja langsung dan belanja tidak langsung, tenaga kerja terhadap sektor swasta di Sumatera Selatan. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dalam bentuk time series tahun 2006-2017 yang bersumber dari DJPK Kementerian Keuangan dan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) yang telah diolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan hasil bahwa selama tahun 2006-2017 variabel belanja langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap output sektor swasta di Sumatera Selatan. Variabel belanja tidak langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap output sektor swasta di Sumatera Selatan. Variabel tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap output sektor swasta di Sumatera Selatan. The performance of lecturers in Indonesia, especially in PTS, is still considered unsatisfactory when compared to lecturers in state universities (PTN). The main factor that is suspected to be the cause is the commitment of the foundation as the owner and leader of the higher education institution as the manager and the compensation which is still low. The research sample was the permanent lecturers of the foundation at PTS in Palembang, totaling 44 respondents. The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling at Universities, Colleges, Academies, and Polytechnics. The statistical analysis technique used multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that commitment and compensation had a significant effect on the performance of lecturers at private universities in Palembang City. The most dominant factor in the performance of PTS lecturers in Palembang City is compensation, meaning that by increasing the compensation for lecturers, their performance will increase. The results of this study really provide input for the improvement of private universities in Palembang City because when viewed from the permanent income of private universities in Palembang City, it is still below the average decent income of a lecturer. \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja dosen pada Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS). Kinerja dosen di Indonesia khususnya di PTS masih dirasa belum memuaskan jika dibandingkan dengan dosen di Perguruan Tinggi negeri (PTN). Faktor utama yang diduga menjadi penyebabnya adalah komitmen yayasan sebagai pemilik dan pimpinan perguruan tinggi sebagai pengelola serta kompensasi yang dirasa masih rendah. Sampel penelitian adalah dosen tetap yayasan pada PTS di Kota Palembang yang berjumlah 44 orang responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah cluster random sampling pada Universitas, Sekolah Tinggi, Akademi dan Politeknik. Teknik analisis statistik digunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen pada PTS di Kota Palembang. Faktor yang paling dominan terhadap kinerja dosen PTS di Kota Palembang adalah kompensasi, artinya bahwa dengan meningkatnya kompensasi bagi dosen, maka kinerjanya akan meningkat.
