It shows how the test subjects with high procrastination rates are more pessimistic and negative about past events; they are less focused on future plans, goals, and prospects, and are convinced that their future is predetermined and cannot be influenced by individual actions. The discriminant analysis revealed negative attitude toward the past, fatalistic perception of the future, and lack of orientation to the future as factors predicting a high level of procrastination. One of the most interesting changes is the development of knowledge management (KM) and its increasing diffusions in all economic sectors. There is no activity that can be performed without some type of knowledge transfer, irrespective of whether it is tacit or explicit. At the same time, every organization must implement health and safety objectives in order to achieve business effectiveness and efficiency. Through ergonomics working conditions and occupational health and safety (OHS) objectives can be achieved more efficient. Considering that ergonomics is an interdisciplinary science, KM appears as extremely necessary for superior knowledge transfer among expert groups in the organization. The paper aims to demonstrate the usefulness of KM science in the ergonomics approach by highlighting key focus areas to support efficient implementation within organizations. Faster, cheaper, better are the keywords of the current competitive environment. For this to occur, products and services need to address customer needs in such a way as to fulfil what they expect but in the same time delight them through unexpected and attractive features. The theory of attractive quality uses the Kano methodology, a value components model, when thinking about product features in this way. Unfortunately, the Kano questionnaire mainly analyses customer satisfaction regarding an existing offer, thus a post purchase evaluation. In the case of new and innovative products or services, we do not have prior consumer value or a “standard” to compare it with. Therefore, we must rely on pre-purchase judgment. But what is desired customer value and with what concepts should it be associated with? The present paper aims to delimit customer value pre-purchase perception from post-purchase perception and determine the terms and key words which best represent the customer's perspective in this situation. The ultimate goal is to present a first conceptual step into the development of an alternative to the Kano model for the design stage of innovative products and services.</p></div>","PeriodicalId":89222,"journal":{"name":"Procedia, social and behavioral sciences","volume":"238 ","pages":"Pages 207-213"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"https://sci-hub-pdf.com/10.1016/j.sbspro.2018.03.025","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"55109550","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"OA","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Like complex change processes in large systems and organizations, organizational change success depends on internal and external processes and factors. The connection between external stakeholders and internal stakeholders is two-way and is even more emphasized when one talks about change (Mintzberg & Westly, 1992), as on one hand, external stakeholders can initiate by themselves an organizational change where success will depend on cooperation and application of the change by internal stakeholders (Ford et al., 2008). The performed research checked the correlation between the support of external stakeholders and internal stakeholders in the reform of <em>meaningful learning</em> and their link to its success. Within the large amount of electronic products manufactured worldwide, the gold wire bonding is the preferred technology for creating the needed interconnections in the microelectronic industry. In this paper, the quality management improving starts with an experimental research in the automotive industry, based on the gold wire thermosonic bonding, in terms of: conformal structuring, robustness and integrity of the electrical contacts. The experimental research is based on the processing parameters and on the independent variables and objective processing functions. In order to highlight the impact which one or more factors have on the quality of the thermosonic bonding, the dispersion analysis method was used. The calculation and the resulting analysis of efficiency indicators allowed characterizing the position of each form and drawing conclusions regarding the choice of strategy for the development of small-scale production in agriculture.
