Hospital is included in the criteria of workplace with various health hazards, especially for the people who work in hospital. Anxiety is one of health problem faced by workers in hospital. Anxiety is a condition with the feeling of worrying which somatic symptom can be persist also, that may influence occupational health and safety. Nurses in hospital work with shift system which has many negative effect to the health. One of those negative effect is anxiety. There are many factors that can influence anxiety, these factor is for example personality types. Objective. This study aims to determine the correlation of personality type and shift work with anxiety level on nurses who work in Emergency Room and Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit in Mental Hospital “X”. Research Method. The type of this study is observational analytic study using a cross sectional design. The number of research subject were 30 people. Independent variables are personality type and shift work. The dependent variable is anxiety level. Variable measurement of shift work were using respondents identity questionnaire. Variable measurement of personality type was using the Bortner scala. Anxiety level measurement was using Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) questionnaires. The effect strength is calculated by using Odds Ratio (OR) from bivariate analysis with logistic regression. Chi square and Fisher test used as significance test. All test used 95% confidence interval and significance level of p 0,05. Result. The result of analysis showed a significant correlation between personality type and shift work with anxiety level on nurses in ER and PICU with with p value 0,03 OR  0,09 (CI 95% 0,01-0,87) dan OR afternoon shift 4,5 (CI 95% 0,63-32,3) dan OR night shift 15,75 (CI 95% 1,75-141,40). Conclusion. There is a significant correlation in personality type and shift work variable with the anxiety level among nurses in ER and PICU Mental Hospital “X”. Keywords. The loss were losing work time, companies spend a lot of money to do the treatment to the victim or the cost for damages that arise. Industri Baja X Gresik aas one of the largest steel processing industry in Indonesia has potential hazards that can lead to work accidents. The aim of this research was to know the description of work accidents in Industri Baja X Gresik including the characteristics and history of accidents workers. This research was descriptive observational research conducted to crossectional approach. The respondent of this study were the total population of workers who had experienced occupational accidents from September 2016 to August 2017. Most of the workers (55%) from 4 units of work have experienced accidents such as scratched, cut or slashed. The most dominant factor were the unsafe behavior (55%) and the unsafe condition (20%). Conclusion : The work accident that happened in Industri Baja X Gresik in consequence of unsafe act and unsafe condition. Eventhough not a fatal accident if an accident then the main cause should be eliminated. Recommendation : The Company should take prevention with adequate use of PPE, the implementation of 5 R and control of production space and safety promotion activity to increase worker knowledge and awareness in order to decrease accident rate for worker with age group below 45 years. Redesign of the work station based on measurement of physical dimension of work station and anthropometry of operator body. The result of this research is known that some operator work station in doing packing activity less pay attention to ergonomic principles so there need to be redesain work station. Working conditions after the redesign of work stations to be better with the size of work equipment such as table (line conveyor), chairs, and layout boxes that have been adjusted to the anthropometry data of operator. In its fulfillment, the 5R culture (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rajin & Rawat) is implemented in PT.Y Surakarta with the aim of obtaining safely, healthy and productively so that work accidents can be controlled and food products produced quality. Methods of this research was a descriptive research which describes about the application of 5R culture in PT. Y Surakarta. Culture 5R was one of the programs used for the implementation of SNI ISO 22000: 2009 on Food Safety System. Assessment was conducted in 11 sections with 82.33% accounting, 71.3% Engineering, 83.3% HRGAL, 70.17% packing, 81.53% procerument, 82.92% QC, 73, 17% RMU, 66.00% Satellite, 81.25% Sourcing, 85.37 parts supply chain, 75.13% warehouse. The conclusion of this research was 5R culture including one of the programs used for the implementation of SNI ISO 22000: 2009 on Food Safety System and there were 4 parts under the target namely engineering, packing, RMU and satellite. Preferably the under-targeted section was routinely socialized about 5R and improvements were made to the findings of the 5R audit. Prevention efforts the company through by the OHS inspection program to realize the safety culture so as to suppress the occurrence of unsafe behavior. The purpose of this study was to know the OHS inspection program in the achievement of safety culture in the noodle industry. This research employed a descriptive method to describe the implementation of occupational safety and health inspection program as the attempt of creating safety culture observed through data, interview and direct observation then analyzed with related regulation. Results of research in the noodle industry PT. ABC Semarang has implemented OHS inspection program consisting of informal inspection and planned inspection such as safety patrol and special inspection. Based on the analysis of accidents caused, observations and interviews can be seen that safety culture has not been formed properly. It can be seen from the average of work accident caused by unsafe action and labor behavior in using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which still not in accordance the regulations. The Company has applied occupational safety and health inspections program corresponding to Government Regulation, however occupational safety and health inspection program has been able create safety culture in company environment. Thus, the company should restudy the occupational safety and health inspections program and improve the effectiveness of occupational safety and health inspection program implementation. This study aims to determine the relationship of work posture with lumbar pain and severity of Muskuloskeletal Disorder at Dump Truck Operators Production Part at PT Harmoni Panca Utama Site East Kalimatan. This research is an analytic survey research with cross sectional design. The population of this research is the dump truck operator in the production section of PT Harmoni Panca Utama Site East Kalimantan totaling 150 people. The number of samples is determined by Purposive Sampling Technique. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires, Nordic Body Map Questioner questionnaires, Video Record and Work Posture Images, a low back pain complaint questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is Spearman rank associative test. Characteristics of respondents in the form: age, employment and BMI have no relationship with the severity of musculoskeletal disorders. The result of spearman rank test analysis between work posture and severity of musculoskeletal disturbance was obtained on peaceful site (p = 0.47) and site singlurus (p = 0.43). Most accidents are caused by unsafe acts, one of which is the failure to use PPE. The behavior of PPE is influenced by many factors including knowledge and supervision. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and supervision of the use of PPE in construction workers PT WIKA Beton Boyolali. This research is an observational analytic research with Cross Sectional approach with sampling technique that is Simple Random Sampling. The sample of the study was 54 male laborers. Level of Knowledge, Control and Behavior of Use of PPE is measured using a questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed by Gamma and Somers'd test for independent variable relationship with dependent variable, then for multivariate analysis with Multiple Logistic Regression test. The result shows that there is correlation between knowledge level with behavioral usage of APD at significance value p = 0.018 and value r = 0.538 and relationship between supervision with behavior of APD usage at significance value p = 0.012 and value r = 0.291. Based on the multivariate analysis, it was found that the knowledge level was the most influential variable on the behavior of APD with p-value = 0.005 and OR = 37.263, then control with p-value = 0.038 and OR = 9.048 and the working period with p-value = 0.074 and OR = 0.115. Conclusion There is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and supervision of the behavior of PPE. The variable that has the most influence on the behavior of PPE is the level of knowledge. The unsafe actions is likely driven by unawareness, ignorance, and incompetence of the workers to commit safe behavior. As the result, analysis on workplace safety behavior, the activator-behavior-consequence (ABC) model was applied to optimize the prevention of occupational accidents. The main purpose of this study was to analyse the safe behavior of the workers through the ABC model. This was an observational research using the cross-sectional design. The population was all workers (N=32) employed in the Production unit PT. X Mojokerto and the sample was the total population. The results of this study showed that most of workers (90,6%) had good knowledge; 84,4% of workers had good awareness; 84,4% of workers stated the need for safety had been fulfilled; all workers stated that the existing safety rules of the company had been implemented; 65,6% of workers never got positive reinforcement; 87,5% of workers never got punishment; and 87,5% of workers did safety behavior at the workplace. This study aims to determine the relationship of knowledge on OSH and attitudes to the use of PPE at the workplace where accident of knife batik in PT. X. Type of quantitative research, using cross sectional design. The number of research subject were 31 people. The independent variable among others, knowledge on OSH and attitudes of the use of PPE workers batik craftsmen knife. The dependent variable was the incidence of occupational accidents in the workplace of batik craftsmen  knife. Measurements using a questionnaire respondents identity and scale includes 3 kinds knowledge on OSH, attitude use of PPE and work accidents in the workplace. Analyzed by univariate, bivariate, multivariate with analysis product moment Pearson correlation and linear regression. The results showed a significant correlation between knowledge on OSH at work and the attitude of the use of PPE with accidents in the workplace, where knowledge of OSH contributed 16% and the attitude of the use of PPE contributed 22% of the accidents and the attitude of the use of PPE with accidents in the workplace contributes 35.6%. There is a significant effect between knowledge on OSH and attitudes towards the use of PPE accident of knife batik craftsmen in PT. X. There are two kinds of blood pressure abnormality known as hypertension or high blood pressure and low blood pressure or hypontension. Many risk factors to enhace it, or person who suffering hypertension, one of them shift work. A research about Malaysian male workers in a firm showed that the prevalence of shift work related to hypertension was significantly higher shift worker than non-shift worker. The result of Medical Check Up PT. X Gresik worker on 2017, that shift worker and non-shift have hypertension risk approxiametly 15.75 % or 26 workers. The purpose of this research, knowing  the  factors related to blood pressure on shift worker or non-shift worker in PT. X Gresik. This research cross-sectinal designed with 44 workers into 2 grohups and its selected to use purposive sampling. Data taken by through measurement and questionnaire. The data analysis are univariate analysis with cross tabulation and bivariate analysis with statistic test, its chisquared test and spearmen correlation. The result explained that shift worker and non-shift worker who have normal blood pressure 34.1 %, pre hypertension, 52.2%, and hypertension stage one 13.6%. In this research, significantly statistic of the history of family disease and body massa index are correlated to blood pressure (p 0.05). Based on research, it would be suggest to a company provide routine health service, and workers to check routinely blood pressure tension, to set diet with balanced nutrition.
